Abstract:
本文以金属Ti片为基底,在NH4F/H2O/乙二醇(EG)电解液中,采用电化学阳极氧化法制备了高度有序、大小均一的TiO2纳米管(TNT)阵列。用XRD、DRS、FESEM、TEM等手段对其晶型、光吸收、微观形貌及结构作了初步表征,并以有机染料甲基橙(MO)为模拟污染物,考察了TNT阵列在254nm紫外光照射下降解MO的液相光催化活性。
