Abstract:
钨青铜型材料具有优异的热释电、非线性光学等性能,广泛应用于光波导、光调制器、红外探测器等领域。对充满型钨青铜陶瓷Ba5NdTi3Nb7O30 进行氧气氛下退火,晶格常数变小,铁电相变温度朝低温偏移。退火后,Ba5NdTi3Nb7O3 陶瓷室温介电常数和经典损耗明显提高;介电弛豫现象有减弱的趋势。从氧空位和A 位离子有序程度讨论分析了充满型钨青铜陶瓷的介电弛豫的影响因素。
