Translated Abstract
CuO/CNT composite were prepared via coating CNTs on different shapes of CuO nanostructures, which were vertically grown on a copper substrate by the hydrothermal method.The impacts of CuO nanostructures on the field emission properties of CuO/CNT composite were evaluated.The morphology and composition of the products were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively.The results show that the CuO nanostructures have a great influence on the field emission characteristics of CuO/CNT composite.Compared with the CuO nanosphere/CNT and CuO nanowire/CNT composites, the CuO nanorod/CNT composite exhibits better field emission properties with a low turn-on field of 0.5V/μ m.
