Abstract:
如何实现抗肿瘤药的靶向给药和可控释放,是药物释放研究领域的焦点问题。本工作通过原位聚合的方法,制备了以生物可降解的聚多酚为包裹壳层的介孔硅纳米颗粒(MSNs),用于构建靶向可控的药物递送体系。该药物递送体系以高负载能力的MSN作为药物载体,选用自然多酚充当多功能封孔材料。
