Abstract:
Influence of heat treatment temperature on the phase structures and capacitive performance of the Ti/RuO2 electrodes was conducted by X-ray diffraction (XRD), galvanostatic charge-discharge test, and electrochemical surface analysis. The results show that with the preparation temperature increases, the degree of crystallization of the RuO2 coatings gradually improved, and the capacitance of the Ti/RuO2 electrodes first increased and then decreased. The electrode prepared at 300°C, around critical crystallization temperature, has the highest specific capacitance, energy density and power density.
