冲压件尺寸精度均采用某对称面或二维截面精度来衡量,无法完整量化零件整体成形精度,提出将3D扫描与对比分析技术引入零件的精度评价中,以渐进成形的方锥件为例,将零件进行3D扫描与对比分析,把零件的整体尺寸精度与二维截面尺寸精度进行对比.结果表明,采用3D扫描与对比分析技术能较好的量化零件成形精度,该方法可用于零件整体精度的衡量.
