With the emergence of complex giant systems, the traditional operating mode based on division of labor has begun to restrict the development of enterprises, and the integration model that emphasizes the coordination of resource elements and the integration of superior competition has become more suitable for economic development today. Based on the theory of integrated management, this paper first studies the forming motivation, operating principle, composition, action mechanism and force model of integrated management system, and then establishes the effect model of integrated management system as well as proving operating efficiency under two circumstances by using the strategy optimization method. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward to improve the efficiency of the integrated management system from two aspects： system operation improvement and management efficiency optimization.
