高阻接地故障(HIF)发生时的故障点接地电阻较大,并常伴随着电弧熄灭与重燃,引起的故障电流很小且随机性强.由于故障时电压、电流突变量不明显,常规保护难以准确动作,所以辨识较为困难.本文提出了LCD带通滤波结合支持向量机(SVM)的配电网高阻接地故障分类识别方法,将高阻接地故障与电容投切、负荷投切、励磁涌流等暂态工况进行区分.该算法采用LCD带通滤波构造主变低压侧电流波形的时频矩阵,求取各频带标准差作为特征向量,将特征向量输入SVM以实现故障分类识别.
