配电网发生高阻接地故障(HIF)时其电流变化量较小,因此故障检测起来较为困难.本文阐述了高阻接地故障时线路的暂态和稳态特性,介绍了小电阻接地系统、中性点不接地系统以及消弧线圈接地系统的故障选线和定位技术以及各自的优缺点.采用多种方式协同的方法可以提高故障检测的可靠性、灵敏性以及经济性.
