培育和提高公管类专业创新人才的就业竞争力,是当前高校公管类专业人才培养模式改革的重要任务.公管类专业创新性人才的就业竞争力由公管学科素养、综合管理技能、个人道德品质、学习与思考能力、自我调适能力、实践操作能力等要素组成.当前,公管类专业创新性人才就业竞争力培养尚存在一些困境,有必要从高校、社会、家庭、个人等方面入手,多措并举,着力培育和提升其就业竞争力.
