Abstract:

采用由5 g/L Na2SiO3、5 g/L (NaPO3)6和3 g/L Na2WO4?2H2O组成的电解液,在30 °C以下对运动器械用铸造Al–Si–Cu铝合金进行微弧氧化30 min.研究了电流密度、占空比和频率对微弧氧化膜厚度、粗糙度、显微结构和耐磨性的影响,得到较优的电参数为:电流密度10 A/dm2,占空比50%,频率600 Hz.在该条件下所得微弧氧化膜由Al、γ-Al2O3和ɑ-Al2O3组成,厚约15 μm,表面平整、均匀、致密,粗糙度为0.51 μm,耐磨性良好.
