Abstract:

This paper analyses some texture features of necrosis area in pathological image of virus hepatitis. It presents an algorithm based on fuzzy theory to recognize necrosis area. In this algorithm, the renewed standard of the fuzzy classification center V is based on position-dependent information of texture unit. Further, the algorithm effectually initiates fuzzy classification matrix U. It can decrease calculation and iteration frequency. The experiment results show high speed and high recognition rate of the algorithm.
