Abstract：

A　study　on　second　harmonic　generation　(SHG)　and　sum　frequency　mixing　(SFM)　of　Nd:YAlO3　laser　in　7.5mol%　Nb:KTiOPO4　(KTP)　and　KTP　crystals　was　presented.　The　phase　matching　locus　for　the　lasers　in　the　crystals　was　calculated　using　Sellmeier　equations.　Results　indicated　that　the　phase　matching　properties　for　the　two　crystals　were　similar　in　the　two　principal　planes.
