Abstract:

Achieving grain security is a long and arduous task, meanwhile it is a basic national policy of China. Grain logistics is a particularly important link in the process of ensuring grain security. For a long time, grain logistics in China usually use the way of package transport which is inefficient and wasteful. In recent years, China gradually began to carry out the transport way in four bulks mode around. Only grain reserves amount are above the warning line of the grain security scattered reserves, grain security can be guaranteed. This paper uses the gray prediction method to predict the quantity of the grain bulk storage in the next three years in Fujian Province and use MATLAB. For quantify achieving, then carry out square test and error verification. Comparison with the results, the paper could provide some useful advises for future the four bulks mode engineering. © 2016, Aussino Academic Publishing House. All rights reserved.
