Abstract:
Product conceptual design often depended on the designer's experience to translate the customer requirements into function requirements, which brought negative influence in design progress and effectiveness. Based on this, an automatic conversion model of customers' requirements based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD) was proposed. First, conversion of customer requirement in QFD was analyzed. Then an automatic system conversion model of customer requirement based on QFD was put forward. According to the different degree of innovation, evolutionary search mode and innovative search mode were designed. Grey-association theory and apriori algorithm were introduced to carry out searches with different modes in a knowledge base, customer requirement were automatically mapped into function technical characteristics. Finally, an automatic mapping system was developed and feasibility of the mapping system was validated by a case study.
