Objective:　To　study　the　relationship　of　carbon　emission　reduction　and　recycling　prices　of　manufactures　and　informal　organizations.　Methods:　The　profits　and　costs　of　the　manufactures　and　informal　organizations　in　electronic　waste　recycling　process　were　calculated　with　a　model　based　on　game　theory.　Assumptions　and　a　symbol　table　were　presented　as　preparation　of　the　modeling　process.　Models　of　manufactures　and　informal　organizations　were　set　up　with　result　of　Nash　equilibrium.　Results:　With　China’s　electronic　waste　recycling　data　in　2014,　the　effects　of　carbon　taxes　and　reduction　rate　on　recycling　prices　were　shown　in　figures　of　both　manufactures　and　informal　organizations.　Conclusion:　During　the　process　of　electronic　waste　recycling　reverse　logistics　activities,　with　implementation　of　carbon　tax　policy　and　emission　reduction,　the　manufacturers　and　informal　organizations’　recycling　prices,　recycling　rate　will　increase　at　first　and　decrease　with　the　continuously　rise　of　carbon　taxes　and　carbon　reduction　rate.　©　2015　CAFET-INNOVA　TECHNICAL　SOCIETY.　All　rights　reserved.
