Abstract:
The conventional electrical measurement methods to obtain the core losses by testing the absolute power, and have their inherent drawbacks. A novel method for high-frequency magnetics core losses test based on testing the input power variation of the test circuit was proposed. The corresponding test device was built with a DC/AC inverter circuit as the exciting source of the DUT, as well the test circuit. By the DSP digital control and computer software, an automatic test prototype was built based on the differential method. Finally, the calorimetric method was also built to validate the feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method and the test prototype. © 2017 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
