Abstract:
Mass Customization ( MC) is becoming one of the magi production modes in the 21(st) century as well as Customer Relationship Management(CRM) is becoming more and more important. In this paper, conception and classification of MC were introduced, based on the importance of CRM to MC, demands of MC for CRM system were analyzed, and CRM for MC was put forward, then the architecture of CRM system for MC was built and the modules in the system were described. In the end, key technologies of the system, such as Web technology, data warehouse technology and process management technology, were thoroughly analyzed.
