Camera　self-calibration　is　recently　the　most　flexible　calibration　method.　It　shows　huge　potential　in　many　different　applications.　Many　robust　as　well　as　efficient　methods　have　been　developed　to　reconstruct　3D　models　from　images.　This　review　aims　at　giving　an　overview　of　self-calibration　methods,　discussing　the　pros　and　cons　of　various　methods　carried　out　by　different　researchers,　and　analyzing　potential　problems　as　a　guideline　for　further　study.
