Abstract:
The recent progress was presented briefly on the characterization method of the isomers of tetra-substituted metal phthalocyanines by H-1 NMR. The tetra-substituted metal phthalocyanines were constituted by four isomers and eight magnetically nonequivalent isoindole units, which exert an influence on the protons of both the aromatic ring and substituted groups. Therefore, the symmetry of isomers can be confirmed by analysis of the H-1 NMR spectra of these protons.
