The　title　compound　with　formula　C24H128B18N24Ni6O75V12(M-r　=　3111.62)　has　been　synthesized　under　hydrothermal　conditions　and　its　crystal　structure　was　determined　by　X-ray　diffraction.　It　belongs　to　trigonal　system,　space　group　R3　with　a　=　13.942(2)　Angstrom,　alpha　=　96.476(2)degrees,　V　=　2653.9(5)　Angstrom(3),　Z　=　1,　D-c　=　1.947　g/cm(3),　mu　=　21.55　cm(-1),　F(000)　=　1574　and　S　=　1.009.　The　final　R　and　wR　are　0.0594　and　0.1398　for　2108　observed　reflections　with　I　＞　2sigma(I),　respectively.　In　the　structure　of　this　compound　there　exists　an　18-membered　ring　of　B18O42　sandwiched　between　two　vanadium-oxygen　clusters　V6O15　by　eighteen　B-(mu(3)-O)-V　bonds,　and　six　[Ni(en)(2)]　were　connected　with　the　B18O42　ring　by　two　Ni-(mu(3)-O)-B,　respectively.
