Abstract :
二维红外光谱普遍应用于温度对蛋白质结构的影响和中草药鉴别等领域。我们课题组在X射线单晶结构分析的基础上,利用热扰动和磁微扰的二维IR-COS研究了化合物中在热微扰和磁微扰下的二维相关红外光谱与化合物结构的关系规律。为进一步研究化合物磁性机理、生物应用等方面提供理论和实验依据。

EDTA(乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐)浓度标定是大学化学中重要的基础实验。通过深化设计EDTA浓度标定实验方案,详细探究基准物质、氨水、NH_3-NH_4Cl缓冲液、Mg-EDTA(Mg-Y)及镁溶液、指示剂等关键试剂用量对标定过程和结果的影响,帮助学生加深对络合滴定的认识,掌握不同标定方法的适用条件,增强对实验试剂的作用和“量”的把握,提高分析和解决问题的能力。

Abstract :
在分析化学实验教学基础上,引入光谱分析和数据处理,设计了用紫外-可见分光光度法测定铬黑T解离常数的实验.根据系列pH下铬黑T溶液的吸光度,利用ORIGIN进行数学拟合,推导出相应的数学模型,计算铬黑T水溶液的解离常数pKa1、pKa2、pKa3.实验方案简单高效,结果准确度高,可以拓展本科化学实验内容,深入理解酸碱解离过程,加强对仪器分析的认识和应用,培养学生实验设计、数据处理、拟合建模、推导判断的综合能力.

Abstract :
A novel triclinic polyoxosilicotungstate Cu[(en)(2) (H2O)1, {Cu (en)(2) SiW12 O-39.5]}(n) (OH)(n) center dot n (en) was hydrothermally synthesized with P (1) over bar space group and a one-dimensional double chains structure. The hydrogen bonds between ligands and cluster anions formed a two-dimensional layered structure. The layers were connected to form a three-dimensional supramolecule by strong hydrogen bonds between free en molecules, hydroxyls and cluster anions. The compound was characterized by XRD, FTIR, two-dimensional(2D) correlation infrared spectroscopy under magnetic and thermal perturbation, UV-Vis DRS spectrum and TG etc. XRD showed that the spectrum was basically consistent with the simulation by single crystal structure data, and the main peaks were the same, indicating that the synthesized compound was relatively pure. The FT-IR spectrum indicated that there was four characteristic stretching vibration of Keggin cluster anion skeleton in the range of 1100 to 700 cm(-1), the nu(as)(O - H) at 3 600 similar to 3 300 cm(-1) was broadened due to the formation of hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, the twodimensional infrared correlation spectroscopy under 5 similar to 50 mT magnetic showed that the strong response peaks at 890, 800 and 780 cm(-1) were nu(s) (W=O-d), nu(W-O-b-W) and nu(W-O-c-W) respectively. This might be caused by the coordination between magnetic Cu and Od of cluster anion, which led to the variation of the dipole moment of W 0 skeleton stretching vibration with magnetic. The 2D-IR COS under 50 similar to 120 degrees C illustrated that there was a strong v (W=Od) response peak at 920 cm while v (W-O-b-W) at 762 cm(-1) and nu(W-O-c-W) at 748 cm(-1) was relatively weak, which verified that the hydrogen bonds formed by Od were more than those of Ob in the structural analysis. The strong hydrogen bonding made the whole cluster anion skeleton more sensitive to the thermal response. UV-Vis DRS found the O-mu -> (LMCT) and d -> d transition of Cu2+ happened at 309 and 558 nm respectively. TGA showed that the weight loss process could be divided into three stages. In the first stage, the free en and hydroxyl groups were lost, and in the second, the coordinated en and coordination water was lost. At last, in the third stage, the framework of the tungsten oxide cluster began to collapse from 540 degrees C. The complex reaction of the compound and RhB under different pH conditions were performed and discussed. The results showed that strong acid condition was more favorable for the complex reaction and the formation of the purple complex. The standard concentration curve of RhB was drawn under pH 1, and the absorbance of residual RhB in the test solution after the complex reaction was detected by UV-Vis. Through further calculation, the best ratio of RhB to the compound was determined as 4 1. This research provided a novel way to remove organic pollutant RhB from industrial wastewater and revealed the potential application prospects of the compound.

We used the traditional hydro-thermal synthesis method to generate the first photochromic pyrimidinium/polyoxometalate (POM) salt material (C4N2H4-C4N2H3) [Mn(H2O)(6)](0.5){SiW12O40}(0.5)center dot 5H(2)O in situ by using silicotungstic acid and pyrimidine as raw materials. The solid UV diffuse reflectance spectrum of compound 1 was shifted before and after illumination. There was a new broad absorption peak appeared near 370 nm and 624 nm after illumination. With the increase of irradiation time, the peak at 624 nm will shift to 588 nm at which the sample reached light saturation. The color of the sample changed from yellow to grayish green. By studying a series of test: EPR, XPS, UV-Vis, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and density of states (PDOS) calculation, we conclude that the charge transfer mechanism of photochromism may be due to: the generation of pyrimidinium free radicals by light-induced, photochemical reduction of polyoxometalates and the interaction of two aspects. 在大学化学实验"硫酸铜中铜含量测定(碘量法)"过程中,探索加入KSCN时机及不加入KSCN对滴定测试结果的影响,并且采用不同浓度的硫酸铜溶液进行验证.实验结果显示,碘量法测定铜含量过程中,临近滴定终点加入KSCN、滴定到浅黄色时加入淀粉之后加入KSCN,两者测试结果基本一致;但在加入KI之后加入KSCN、不加入KSCN,铜含量测定结果明显偏低.该研究可应用于本科实验教学,按不同实验条件将学生分组,在分别实验基础上,引导学生对各组实验结果进行对比、分析及讨论,从而培养学生探索创新意识,有效改进"唯书本"的教学方法.

水热法合成了两个新的钒同多酸化合物[H2 en]3n[V6 O18]n(化合物1)和[Cu(en)2]3[V10 O28]·6H2 O(化合物2).通过 X 射线单晶衍射确定化合物1 属于三斜晶系,呈一维链状结构;化合物2 属于单斜晶系,为孤立结构.二维红外相关光谱显示钒多酸阴离子骨架及 N—H…O氢键对外界热微扰比较敏感,固体紫外漫反射光谱反映了结构中 O→V 的荷移跃迁,热重分析揭示多酸化合物热稳定性及结构变化,高温红外测试进一步验证随着温度变化,游离水、游离有机胺分子、胺合金属阳离子的脱除顺序.
