Abstract:

A target-initiated proximity ligation assay (PLA) protocol accompanying DNAzyme formation was for the first time designed for ultrasensitive impedimetricmonitoring of heavy metal ions (silver ionswere used in this case) by coupling with enzymatic biocatalytic precipitation.
