Abstract :
This paper proposes a single-stage three-port isolated H-bridge inverter. Five operating modes and five switching equivalent circuits of the inverter are studied, and three H-bridge three-phase-shift modulation strategy and multi-loop energy management control strategy are proposed to achieve the maximum power tracking of the photovoltaic cells, at the same time, the energy flow and power balance between the three ports of photovoltaic, battery and load are realized by reasonably controlling the charging and discharging of the battery, so as to ensure the continuous and stable power supply of the system to the load. The circuit topology, operation modes, switching equivalent circuits, phase-shift modulation strategy and control strategy, and circuit parameter design of the inverter are also theoretically analyzed. On this basis, a single-stage three-port isolated H-bridge inverter experimental prototype is designed and developed, and the experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the proposed topology and control strategy.

Abstract :
In order to realize a single-stage single-phase boost inverter and effectively suppress the secondary ripple current on the DC side, a current inverter circuit topology with source buffer was proposed. Six circuit modes of the inverter were investigated and two-modal modulation strategies and three-modal modulation strategies were proposed. A model prediction control strategy under the two modulation strategies was designed, and design guidelines for the parameters of the main circuit were provided. The two modulation strategies were compared and analyzed in terms of the maximum pulsation of the storage inductor current and the secondary ripple content. It is concluded that the three-modal modulation strategy has a better ripple suppression effect. The inverter under the two modulation strategies was simulated and analyzed, and the simulation results show that the total harmonic distortion rate of the output voltage, the relative pulsation and dual frequency content of the inductor current under three-mode modulation are lower than those under two-mode modulation. A 500VA 48VDC/220V50HzAC active buffered single-stage single-phase boost inverter experimental setup was designed and constructed, and the experimental waveforms of the inverter based on the model predictive control under the three-mode modulation were given, which further confirms that the proposed research scheme has the ability of secondary ripple suppression while realizing the single-stage boost inverter. © 2024 Editorial Department of Electric Machines and Control. 基于模块化多电平变换器的有源电力滤波器MMC-APF(modular multilevel converter-based active power filter)是用来处理非线性负载对电网带来的污染问题最有效的拓扑之一.提出了一种基于改进有限状态多步模型预测控制的MMC-APF,仅通过基波同步旋转坐标系实现对所有谐波的控制.首先,使用PI加重复控制的电流环复合控制得到上、下桥臂预导通子模块数,在此基础上进行多步交流侧电流模型预测,最终得到桥臂投入子模块数的最优解,缩小了寻找目标函数最优电平的搜索范围,无需设计权重因子,每相桥臂子模块的总投入数为[N-1,N+1],交流侧输出电平数最大可达2N+1,提高了MMC-APF交流侧电流补偿精度,并改善了系统动态性能.最后,搭建了MMC-APF平台,仿真和实验结果与理论分析一致,进一步验证了所提研究方案的可行性和有效性.

Abstract :
电力系统逐渐发展成为以电力电子为基础的电力系统,各种电能质量问题的存在,推动了有源电力滤波器(Active Power Filter, APF)的发展。APF作为综合性电能质量调节器,是一种具备动态谐波抑制和无功补偿功能的新型电力电子装置,其性能优劣与所采用的拓扑结构、电流追踪控制方法等密切相关。为了推广在高压大容量下APF的控制技术,拓宽其应用范围,分类整理了APF拓扑结构,归纳总结了APF的电流跟踪控制技术,将各种控制方法进行了性能对比,并从多个角度阐述了当前所存在的问题,为研究人员提供参考。此外,还简要总结了APF的进一步发展趋势。

双向车载充电器作为电动汽车-电网交互(V2G)技术实现的媒介之一,能够使得电动汽车的利用率最大化。本文将双向车载充电器分为两级式变换器与单级式变换器两类,整理了不同拓扑结构的双向车载充电器并加以优越性与局限性的分析。最后,通过各种性能的对比,给出了电动汽车双向车载充电器的前景展望。

Abstract :
为实现单级单相升压逆变并能有效抑制直流侧二次纹波电流,提出一种带有源缓冲的电流型逆变器电路拓扑,研究该逆变器的6种电路模态并提出其两模态调制策略和三模态调制策略,设计2种调制策略下的模型预测控制策略,提供主电路参数设计准则。从储能电感电流的最大脉动量与二次纹波含量两方面对2种调制策略进行对比分析,得出了三模态调制策略具有更好纹波抑制效果的结论。对2种调制策略下的逆变器进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,三模态调制下电路的输出电压总谐波失真率、电感电流相对脉动量与二倍频含量均低于两模态调制下的数据。设计并搭建500VA 48VDC/220V50HzAC有源缓冲型单级单相升压逆变器实验装置,给出了三模态调制下基于模型预测控制的逆变器实验波形,进一步证实了所提研究方案在实现单级升压逆变的同时具有二次纹波抑制能力。

Abstract :
It is difficult to take into account the second-order current ripple, common-mode (CM) current, and efficiency of the converter in the application of vehicle-to-grid (V2G). To address this issue, an asymmetric full-bridge dc-ac converter is presented in this article, which can realize single-stage conversion by multiplexing switches and suppress CM current from the topology principle. A dual-target control strategy for this converter is proposed to implement bidirectional power transmission and power decoupling. Through power decoupling the dc port secondary ripple is transferred to the dc bus capacitor voltage. Besides, the circuit topology, control strategy, operation principle, high-frequency switching process, key circuit parameters design, and losses are analyzed theoretically. A 250 W prototype is built to verify the theoretical analysis. Based on the experimental results, the efficiency is 92.21% while the secondary ripple current of dc port is less than 3% and the common mode leakage current is almost zero at rated power. Finally, the proposed converter system is compared with other research solutions, and the experimental results indicate that the converter system has the optimal comprehensive performance.

Abstract :
The low frequency ripple of the input side current of the single-phase inverter will reduce the efficiency of the power generation system and affect the overall performance of the system. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a two-modal modulation method and its MPC multi-loop composite control strategy on the circuit topology of a single-stage boost inverter with a buffer unit. The control strategy achieves the balance of active power on both sides of AC and DC by controlling the stable average value of the buffer capacitor voltage, and provides a current reference for inductance current of the DC input side. At the same time, the MPC controller uses the minimum inductor current error as the cost function to control inductor current to track its reference to achieve low frequency ripple suppression of the input current. In principle, it is expounded that the inverter using the proposed control strategy has better low frequency ripple suppression effect than the multi-loop PI control strategy, and the conclusion is proved by the simulation data. Finally, an experimental device of a single-stage boost inverter using MPC multi-loop composite control strategy is designed and fabricated, and the experimental results show that the proposed research scheme has good low frequency ripple suppression effect and strong adaptability to different types of loads.

Abstract :
In order to evaluate the feasibility of steel slag powder as filler, the coating properties of steel slag and limestone aggregate were compared by water boiling test, the micro morphology differences between steel slag powder and mineral powder (limestone powder) were compared by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the high-temperature rheological properties of asphalt mortar with different ratio of filler quality to asphalt quality (F/A) and different substitution rates of mineral powder (S/F) were studied by dynamic shear rheological test. The results show that the surface microstructure of steel slag powder is more abundant than that of mineral powder, and the adhesion of steel slag to asphalt is better than that of limestone. At the same temperature, the lower the ratio of S/F is, the greater the rutting factor and complex modulus will be. In addition, the complex modulus and rutting factor of the asphalt mortar increase with the increase of F/A, and the filler type and F/A have a negligible effect on the phase angle.

In order to realize the single-stage boost inverter, a single-stage single-phase current mode PWM inverter with source buffer was proposed, and its output voltage feedback compound single-cycle control strategy under the state quantity limit was proposed. The circuit topology, control strategy, key circuit parameter design, system modeling and simulation of the inverter were analyzed and studied, and some important conclusions were obtained.The inverter circuit topology is mainly composed of the energy storage inductor, the active buffer circuit and the current type single-phase inverter bridge.There are three operating modes and four circuit modes.The purpose of limiting the state quantity of energy storage inductor current and buffer capacitor voltage can be achieved by flexibly switching three working modes.The output sinusoidal voltage was stabilized by compound single period control of feedforward energy storage inductor current and feedback output voltage.The experimental results of 1 kVA 100 V DC/220 V 50 Hz AC inverter show that the proposed inverter can realize single-stage boost inverter, and has the advantages of high quality output voltage waveform, strong load adaptability and good dynamic performance. © 2022, Harbin University of Science and Technology Publication.
