深埋零跨距立体交叉隧道稳定性及影响机制研究

Abstract :

以翠屏隧道一号斜井地下联络风道为依托,采用数值模拟方法对零跨距立体交叉隧道施工全过程进行系统分析,探究零跨距立体交叉隧道受力变形特征,揭示斜井与隧道主洞的开挖顺序及开挖方式等因素的影响机制.结果表明:(1)开挖顺序对隧道受力变形特征具有显著影响,各工况下隧道变形均处于容许值内,但在"先下后上"工序下交叉区域衬砌的最大拉应力及最大压应力均小于"先上后下"工序;(2)斜井开挖方式仅对斜井主应力分布及底部变形产生影响,且斜井应力及底部变形随台阶长度增大而减小;(3)主洞开挖方式对衬砌受力变形影响作用较为显著,对交叉区域中心附近的衬砌进行加强处理,能够显著降低该区域最终阶段的应力及变形,保证施工安全.研究成果可为深埋零跨距立体交叉隧道及类似工程的安全施工提供借鉴.

Abstract :

Liquid nitrogen (LN2) fracturing has been proposed to be used in unconventional gas engineering, including shale reservoirs. However, the effect of LN2 cooling on the fracture behaviors of bedding shale has not been well studied. In this study, three-point bending tests were conducted on shale samples at room temperature and under LN2 cooling condition, respectively. Different bedding angles were considered in these tests. The phenomenon of acoustic emission was monitored during the fracture initiation and propagation of bedding shale. The results showed that the tensile strength, fracture toughness, bending elastic modulus and fracture energy decreased with the increase of bedding angle under the same temperature condition, but the bedding angle has no significant effect on energy storage ratio and speed. There was a linear relationship between the tensile strength and fracture toughness of bedding shale. The crack initiation was inconsistent with the loading reference line except in 90 degrees bedding shale, and then turned to the direction parallel to the loading reference line, resulting in various fracture morphology of bedding shale. The acoustic emission signals were mainly concentrated in the failure stage because of the severe brittleness of bedding shale. Under LN2 cooling condition, the tensile strength, fracture toughness, bending elastic modulus, energy storage ratio, fracture energy and AE cumulative ringing counts of bedding shale with the same bedding angle significantly increased, but the energy storage speed decreased. The crack length along bedding direction was longer and the crack inflection point was clearer than those of bedding shale at room temperature.

Abstract :

为获得新建盾构隧道下穿对既有运营隧道的影响规律,以厦门地铁4号线下穿既有运营公路隧道为例,利用数值模拟软件Midas GTS NX模拟盾构隧道左右线分别下穿既有运营隧道全过程,并探究下穿隧道角度等因素对运营隧道力学行为的影响,研究结果表明:随着盾构隧道不断开挖,既有隧道沉降量不断增大,但既有隧道沉降仅在盾构隧道开挖至运营隧道正下方时才会发生显著改变;既有隧道的最终沉降会随着下穿隧道角度的减小而增大.研究结果可为相似工程提供科学的参考依据.

Abstract :

Tight sandstone gas reservoirs can potentially be developed more efficiently with the use of liquid nitrogen (LN2) fracturing. In order to evaluate the effects of LN2 freeze-thaw on the physical and mechanical properties, as well as the failure behavior of sandstone, the research involved conducting a range of experiments and numerical simulations on sandstone samples subjected to various LN2 treatment conditions. The results indicated that the freeze-thaw process had a detrimental effect on the physical and mechanical properties of the sandstone, leading to varied degrees of weakening. The reduction percentages of tensile strength and fracture toughness, which are two key indicators, were found to be 14 % and 21.4 % respectively. Furthermore, there were the bigger degree of volume fracture, multiple branching and tortuous macroscopic cracks and macro fracture surface with larger roughness (increased by15 %) in the freeze-thaw sandstone after destruction. The physical mechanical properties of the freezing sandstone were significantly enhanced, but the complexity of the tensile failure path increased. Numerical simulations indicate that a large temperature gradient leads to the formation of damage zones within the sandstone matrix, and microscopic observations show a significant increase in the length and width of microcracks within the matrix. This indicates that the low temperature of LN2 fully releases the damage potential of initial defects in sandstone, the damage area participates in the formation of crack propagation paths and increases the randomness of path direction selection, which increases the degree of sandstone volume fracture. The research results are anticipated to offer a scientific foundation and data references for the efficient development of tight sandstone gas resources.

Abstract :

This study focuses on the calcareous cemented conglomerate on the side wall of the Zhoukoudian Ape Man Cave site in Beijing. We analyzed the change patterns of cracks in grotto rock under natural conditions using statistical analysis of continuous monitoring data from 12 rock fracture measurement points for 7 years and environmental monitoring data. The results indicated that: (1) Under natural conditions, rock fracture width exhibited seasonal and periodic variations, which can be predicted using autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) model. The ARIMA (2, 1, 1) model has the highest fitting accuracy. (2) The width of rock fractures showed a negative correlation with ambient temperature and relative humidity, with a stronger correlation with temperature. Changes in fracture width lagged behind changes in temperature and relative humidity, with a higher lag correlation and shorter lag time for temperature compared to relative humidity. (3) The degree of correlation and lag correlation between rock fracture width and ambient temperature followed the trend of room-temperature > high-temperature > low-temperature > extremely-low-temperature. The lag time followed the trend of extremely-low-temperature > low-temperature>high-temperature. Additionally, more stable relative humidity of the surroundings indicated a higher correlation. (4) At a constant, the width of rock fractures increased gradually over time, following an approximate exponential growth or asymptotic distribution. (5) At the same temperature, more stable relative humidity corresponded to a slower increase in rock fracture width over time. Under natural conditions, lower ambient temperatures led to a rapid increase in rock fracture width over time. These findings enhance our understanding of the expansion patterns of cracks in grotto rock under natural conditions. Moreover, they provide a reference framework for predicting crack changes in the preventive conservation of ancient rock sites, caves, and stone carvings in temperate monsoon climate regions. © 2024 Biodiversity Research Center Academia Sinica. 本文指出农光互补光伏发电系统通过在农田中布置光伏发电板的方式,有效提高了土地的资源利用率,应用前景广阔;然而作为光伏组件的支撑系统,其支架基础的选型依据和标准尚不统一.基于此,本文对比分析了农光互补光伏支架的常用基础类型,构建了支架基础选型的关键评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法对各指标进行了权重分析,探究了农光互补光伏支架的最佳基础类型.研究成果可为类似光伏系统支架选型提供科学依据和支撑.

通过对太阳能电池进行分类比较,对转换效率、耐久性及成本效益等方面进行比较,总结出不同太阳能电池性能特点,并依托楚歌新能源当阳市庙前镇孟起99 MW农光互补光伏电站工程实例,根据农光互补项目特点,从经济适用性及转换效率性角度出发,提出了组件尺寸、组件单双面、组件抗PID、硅片规格及逆变器选型方法,为类似农光互补工程组件选型提供了一定参考价值。

以翠屏隧道为依托,对受溶洞影响下的零跨距立体交叉隧道施工全过程进行数值模拟,系统分析其受力变形特征,揭示了溶洞位置与尺寸对其稳定性的影响。结果表明:常规施工工法及支护条件下,不同溶洞位置与尺寸对隧道变形特征均有显著影响,但隧道整体稳定性仍然较好;溶洞位于立体交叉结构上下两侧时对隧道受力变形特征影响显著,左右两侧溶洞对隧道受力变形特征影响较小,其中位于上下两侧时位移最大增幅与降幅分别可达18%与12.7%;溶洞尺寸对近距离隧道的变形影响显著,尺寸越大对隧道变形特征的影响越剧烈。

Abstract :

以北京周口店猿人洞遗址侧壁上的钙质胶结砾岩为研究对象,通过12个岩石测缝计连续7年监测数据和周边环境监测数据的统计分析,得出自然条件下石窟岩石裂缝的变化规律。研究表明:(1)自然条件下,岩石裂缝宽度呈现出季节性、周期性变化规律,采用适宜于非平稳季节的ARIMA (2,1,1)模型可对裂缝宽度进行预测;(2)岩石裂缝宽度与环境温度、湿度呈负相关性关系,与环境温度的相关性明显高于湿度;岩石裂缝宽度变化滞后于环境温度和湿度的变化,与温度的滞后相关性高于湿度,与温度的滞后时间远小于与湿度的滞后时间;(3)岩石裂缝宽度与环境温度的相关性及滞后相关性程度为:常温>高温>低温>极端低温;滞后时间为:极端低温>低温>高温;周边环境相对湿度越稳定,它们的相关性越高;(4)相同温度下,岩石裂缝宽度随时间呈缓慢增长趋势,近似呈指数增长或指数渐近式分布;(5)环境温度相同条件下,湿度越稳定,岩石裂缝宽度随时间的增长越缓慢;天然状态下,环境温度越低,岩石裂缝宽度随时间的增长越快。研究成果有助于深入了解石窟岩石裂缝在自然条件下的扩展规律,为温带季风气候地区岩石古遗址、石窟、石刻等的预防性保护提供了裂缝变化的参考依据。

Abstract :

To study the effect of freeze-thaw temperature change rate on the crack propagation characteristics and failure precursor in freeze-thawed sandstone, uniaxial compression tests were simultaneous monitoring for acoustic emission (AE) and microseismic (MS) signals. The results demonstrate that increased temperature change rates resulted in accelerated crack propagation, earlier rock failure, and lower brittleness; the failure mode changes from tensile to shear-tensile mixing; the proportion of tensile cracks decreases from 90.9% to 70.8%; and shear cracks increase from 9.1% to 29.2%. A comparative analysis of AE and MS provided insights into the evolution of crack propagation at multiple scales, enabling the classification of crack types and their relationship with propagation scale. Based on the precursor characteristic of the original waveform and time-domain curve in AE and MS signals, the advantageous areas of early-warming indicators for rock failure were identified. Compared with traditional indicators, the precursory indicators calculated using MS b-values and AE energy rates can obtain a larger early warning window, with maximum windows of 20.52%-29.29% and 7.09%-13.73% in high initial damage rocks and low initial damage rocks, respectively. Examined temperature change rate effects on mechanics and failure modes. Investigate multi-scale crack propagation evolution during loading using AE and MS. Crack type was classified and identified through normalization and KDE methods. The advantages field of early warning indicators for rock failure were evaluated.
