Abstract :

Electronic grade hydrogen peroxide plays a crucial role in the fabrication of large-scale integrated circuits. However, hydrogen peroxide prepared by the anthraquinone method contains impurities such as lead ions (Pb2+) and phosphate, which can seriously affect the yield of the circuit. Traditional adsorbent materials have difficulty in solving the problem of simultaneous adsorption of trace anions and cations in hydrogen peroxide due to the single adsorption site and poor adsorption kinetics. In this study, UiO-66-NH2 was prepared by introducing a -NH2 group on the terephthalic acid ligand, and a series of hybrid matrix hollow fiber membranes with different UiO-66-NH2 contents were prepared by loading it on polysulfone (PSF). This initiative not only improved the pore size and water flux of hollow fiber membranes but also enhanced the removal efficiency of ions from hydrogen peroxide solution, thereby facilitating practical application. Among them, UiO-66-NH2@PSF-1.5 showed the best adsorption of phosphate and lead ions with adsorption capacities of 3.099 and 2.160 mg g(-1) and reached the removal efficiency of 67.1 and 60.1%, which fully confirms the practicability in the purification of electronic chemicals. This work innovatively proposes that UiO-66-NH2@PSF hybrid matrix hollow fiber membranes have great potential as simultaneous adsorbents for cations and anions in the efficient purification of electronic grade solvents.

针对苯到苯酚制备过程选择性低的问题,介绍了新型探索性实验设计,引导学生以光催化苯制苯酚作为研究对象,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备FeOOH还原氧化石墨烯复合气凝胶,并探究其在光催化苯羟基化制苯酚中的性能。本实验以实现温和条件下提高苯制苯酚选择性为目标,对于培养学生创新思维、提高创新能力与实践能力具有积极的作用。

Abstract :

Removal of hetero ions from the hydrogen peroxide solution is a crucial step in purifying electronic-grade H2O2. Conventional adsorption materials are challenged to meet the need for the simultaneous adsorption of both anions and cations in solvents. UiO-66 (Zr) modified by acetic acid and amino group for simultaneous adsorption of phosphate and Pb2+ in H2O2 purification was fabricated in this work. The as-prepared defective UiO-66-NH2 (Zr) demonstrated a significant increase in specific surface area and porosity, along with more exposed sites for phosphate and Pb2+ adsorption. The adsorption capacity of De-UiO-66-NH2 for phosphate and Pb2+ in H2O2 solution was 52.28 mg g(-1) and 35.4 mg g(-1), which is 1.19 times and 1.88 times that of unmodified UiO-66 (Zr), respectively. The trace simultaneous adsorption with both 100 ppb phosphate and Pb2+ showed removal rates of 94.0% and 88.7%, respectively, confirming the practicality of MOF materials in the purification of electronic chemicals. This work highlights the potential of Zr-based MOFs as anionic and cationic simultaneous adsorbents for highly efficient purification of electronic-grade solvents.

Abstract :

Developing dual-function materials with efficient electromagnetic wave absorption and good thermal conductivity to achieve excellent packaging of devices has considerable appeal in modern electronic devices. Co-MOF74 derivatives/polyacrylamide bifunctional gels (PAM-x) were synthesized by magnetic field assisted technique and in situ radical polymerization. PAM-x showed a minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of-51.6 dB and a maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) of 5.73 GHz at a low filler loading of 5 wt%. The magnetic nanoparticles in the MOF derivatives orient the fillers in the polymer matrix under the action of the magnetic field to form an ordered thermal conductivity path, which improves the thermal conductivity perpendicular to the plane direction and helps to promote rapid heat transfer. This work highlights the potential of MOF derivatives/polymers as bifunctional gels, and also provides a reference for the trade-off between electromagnetic wave absorption and thermal conductivity.

Abstract :

以MOFs为模板,通过水热合成、高温煅烧制备得到Co-C/FeO_x复合材料,在300℃、0.2 MPa条件下探究了其对CO_2的催化还原性能。通过调控Co-C和FeO_x的质量比探究CO_2还原产物的分布,结果表明,当Co-C和FeO_x质量比为1∶4时,CO_2转化率为28.8%,C_2H_6和C_3H_8的选择性提高至28.6%。FeO_x的引入促进了中间体CO~*的生成,Co-C和FeO_x两者的结合使CO_2还原兼顾了CO_2转化率与C_(2+)产物的选择性。该研究不仅为CO_2选择性还原为多碳产物提供了一种有效策略,还展示了以MOFs为前驱体合成的碳负载金属/金属氧化物复合材料在催化中的应用潜力。

Abstract :

The ring opening copolymerization (ROCOP) of epoxides and cyclic anhydrides is one of the most important ways to synthesize polyesters both in industrial and academic fields. Herein, the zeolitic imidazolate framework-67 (ZIF-67) was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the ROCOP of epoxides and cyclic anhydrides without co-catalyst and initiator. Notably, the obtained polyesters with alternate structures were proved by the 1H NMR spectrum and FTIR spectrum, which indicate the ROCOP is alternatively copolymerized. Kinetic study of the ROCOP of cyclohexene oxide (CHO) and phthalic anhydride (PA) shows that the polymerization reaction is first-order kinetics. The apparent activation energy (Ea) of the ROCOP of CHO and PA catalyzed by ZIF-67 was found to be about 104.4 KJ/mol. A possible mechanism of ROCOP of CHO and PA is that the metal Co coordinates with the oxygen atom on the monomer to weaken the C-O bond thereby opening the ring structure and initiating the copolymerization reaction. In this study, a new system for the copolymerization of epoxide and anhydride catalyzed by heterogeneous catalysts was discovered, which has important guiding significance. The zeolitic imidazolate framework-67 was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the alternatively ring opening copolymerization of epoxides and cyclic anhydrides without co-catalyst and initiator. image

Abstract :

以石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)和二水合钨酸钠为原料,采用水热合成法制备了复合材料g-C_3N_4/WO_3·H_2O(CNW-1),通过XRD、XPS、SEM、TEM对其进行了表征,探究了298 K、0.1 MPa条件下其对CO_2的可见光催化还原性能,并提出了可能的反应机理。通过调控WO_3结晶水含量可以实现CO和CH_4的产率调节,在反应10 h后,CNW-1具有最高的CH_4产率(0.33μmol/g),而g-C_3N_4/WO_3(CNW)具有最高的CO产率(0.67μmol/g)。该研究为CO_2选择性还原为C1化合物提供了一种有效策略,同时突出了以g-C_3N_4作为半导体构建Z型光催化体系在催化领域的应用潜力。

Abstract :

The improper disposal of waste high purity acetonitrile (HPA) not only causes environmental degradation but also poses significant risks to human health. One of the major challenges in the recycling and reuse of waste HPA is the removal of trace metal ions. In this study, we successfully fabricated a chitin/ZIF-67 composite hydrogel (CZ-n) by one pot in situ synthesis method for the purification and recovery of waste HPA for the first time. ZIF-67 was embedded into chitin through hydrogen bonding and coordination and provided more active adsorption sites, which resulted in CZ-3 with higher adsorption capacity than CZ-0. The maximum adsorption capacities of CZ-3 for Zn2+ and Ag+, as determined by fitting the Langmuir model, were 85.46 mg·g-1 and 91.26 mg·g-1, respectively. CZ-3 was able to effectively decrease the metal ion (Zn2+ and Ag+) concentration to below 10 ppb within 24 h through a monolayer adsorption process using chelation. Furthermore, the adsorption capacity remained satisfactory even in the presence of an equivalent concentration of NaCl, and CZ-3 exhibited remarkable reusability, with a removal rate exceeding 80 % after five cycles. Additionally, it also displayed notable biodegradability, with complete degradation observed within 60 days. These results indicated that CZ-3 could be a potential absorbent in the purification and recovery of waste HPA. © 2024 Elsevier B.V.

Abstract :

Recovery and separation of anthropogenic emissions of electronic specialty gases (F-gases, such as CF4 and SF6) from the semiconductor sector are of critical importance. In this work, the hierarchical porous UiO-66-Br-2@PS/DVB-packed column was constructed by a high internal phase emulsions strategy. UiO-66-Br-2@PS/DVB exhibits a superior selectivity of CF4/N-2 (2.67) and SF6/N-2 (3.34) predicted by the IAST due to the diffusion limitation in the micropore and the gas-framework affinity. Especially, UiO-66-Br-2@PS/DVB showed significant CF4 and SF6 retention and enabled the successful separation of CF4/N-2 and SF6/N-2 with a resolution of 2.37 and 8.89, respectively, when used as a packed column in gas chromatography. Compared with the Porapak Q column, the HETP of the UiO-66-Br-2@PS/DVB-packed column decreased and showed good reproducibility. This research not only offers a convenient method for fabricating a hierarchical porous MOF-packed column but also showcases the prospective utilization of MOFs for the separation of the F-gas/N-2 mixture.

Abstract :

Composite material g-C3N4/WO3•H2O (CNW-1) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction from graphite phase carbon nitride (g-C3N4) and sodium tungstate dihydrate. The composite material obtained was then characterized by XRD, XPS, SEM and TEM, and its visible light catalytic CO2 reduction performance at 298 K and 0.1 MPa was evaluated, the possible reaction mechanism was proposed. It was found that the yield of CO and CH4 could be regulated by adjusting the crystal water content in tungsten trioxide. CNW-1 had the highest yield of CH4 (0.33 μmol/g), while g-C3N4/WO3 (CNW) had the highest CO yield (0.67 μmol/g) after 10 h of reaction. This study provides an effective strategy for the selective reduction of CO2 to C1 compounds, and highlights the potential application of Z-scheme photocatalytic systems constructed from g-C3N4 semiconductor in the field of catalysis. © 2024 Fine Chemicals.
