基于莫尔条纹的全周转角精密测量方法 PKU

Abstract :

由于将莫尔条纹图进行快速傅里叶变换时会导致频谱泄露,导致无法实现360°的全周精确测量,因此提出基于莫尔条纹的全周转角测量方法并搭建转角测量系统。以1°为步距,利用CMOS相机采集不同宽度的莫尔条纹图像,采用快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform, FFT)对条纹进行处理,得到光栅频谱信息。同时采用汉宁窗能量重心校正算法(Hanning-window energy centrobaric method, HnWECM)校正频谱,得到莫尔条纹图像表征转角的真实有效信息,实现全周精确测量。实验结果表明,该系统可快速精准地实现转角的全周测量,测量范围广,最大误差率为0.243 3%。

面向PCB电子元器件的DCW-YOLOv8检测算法

Abstract :

针对PCB表面电子元器件尺寸跨度大、种类多样、小尺寸元器件特征相似等检测难题,本文以YOLOv8算法为基线模型,提出一种DCW-YOLOv8算法.首先在C2f模块中嵌入可变形卷积DCNv2,扩大感受野,更好地提取不同尺寸、不同形状的电子元器件特征;其次设计了 C-PANet颈部网络结构,该结构引入CARAFE上采样算子,同时构建跨尺度特征拼接通道,兼顾特征细节信息与特征感受范围,提高特征融合能力;最后将WIoU作为边界框损失函数,提高模型对电子元器件的定位精度与收敛速度.实验结果表明,DCW-YOLOv8算法在自建PCB电子元器件数据集检测中mAP@0.5达到94.7%,相比于YOLOv8n提升2.1%,并且计算量仅为8.1GFLOPs,保证了检测效率与精度.

Abstract :

To investigate the mechanism of aquatic pathogens in quorum sensing (QS) and decode the signal transmission of aquatic Gram-negative pathogens, this paper proposes a novel method for the intelligent matching identification of eight quorum signaling molecules (N-acyl-homoserine lactones, AHLs) with similar molecular structures, using terahertz (THz) spectroscopy combined with molecular dynamics simulation and spectral similarity calculation. The THz fingerprint absorption spectral peaks of the eight AHLs were identified, attributed, and resolved using the density functional theory (DFT) for molecular dynamics simulation. To reduce the computational complexity of matching recognition, spectra with high peak matching values with the target were preliminarily selected, based on the peak position features of AHL samples. A comprehensive similarity calculation (CSC) method using a weighted improved Jaccard similarity algorithm (IJS) and discrete Frechet distance algorithm (DFD) is proposed to calculate the similarity between the selected spectra and the targets, as well as to return the matching result with the highest accuracy. The results show that all AHL molecular types can be correctly identified, and the average quantization accuracy of CSC is 98.48%. This study provides a theoretical and data-supported foundation for the identification of AHLs, based on THz spectroscopy, and offers a new method for the high-throughput and automatic identification of AHLs.

Abstract :

Due to the leakage of frequency spectrum caused by applying fast Fourier transform to the Moiré fringe image, it becomes challenging to achieve accurate 360° full-cycle measurements. A measurement method of full-cycle torsion angle based on Moiré fringe was proposed and a set of torsion angle measurement system was built. The Moiré fringe images with different widths were acquired by a CMOS camera at 1° intervals, and then the grating frequency spectrum information could be obtained by adopting fast Fourier transform (FFT). In addition, the frequency spectrum was corrected by the Hanning-window energy centrobaric method (HnWECM), and the real and effective information of torsion angle represented by Moiré fringe image could be obtained to achieve precision measurement of full-cycle torsion angle. Experimental results show that the system can quickly and accurately realize the full-cycle measurement of the torsion angle with the advantage of wide measurement range, and its maximum error rate is 0.243 3%. © 2024 Editorial office of Journal of Applied Optics. Abstract :

磁流变弹性体在智能缓冲减振等技术领域具有广阔的应用前景.文中利用硅橡胶和羰基铁粉在预结构化条件下制备了各向异性的磁流变弹性体,设计了磁流变弹性体压缩性能测试励磁装置,并采用有限元方法对其磁场分布进行了仿真优化,使弹性体测试区间磁场强度水平方向均匀度小于0.1,竖直方向均匀度小于0.15.最后,在不同励磁电流条件下,采用不同压缩速率对安装在该励磁装置中的不同厚度的磁流变弹性体分别进行了压缩性能测试.结果表明,由于磁场耦合效应,随着厚度的增加,磁致压缩模量从0.08 MPa上升到0.44 MPa再下降到0.05 MPa,磁流变效应从3.98%上升到25.73%再下降到2.82%,呈现先增加后减小的趋势;随着励磁电流的增大,基体中磁性颗粒间相互作用能增大,使得磁流变弹性体的磁致压缩模量随着磁场强度的增强从0.11 MPa增加到0.44 MPa,且应变越大,磁致压缩模量的增幅越明显;磁流变弹性体的压缩模量随压缩速率的增大而增大,且应变和励磁电流越大,压缩速率对压缩模量增强效果越显著.

Abstract :

针对空间用磁悬浮隔振平台六自由度运动量测量系统复杂、成本高、测量与驱动异位等问题,提出一种激励器磁感应位置测量方法。首先运用分子环流法、镜像法和Biot-Savar定律建立激励器气隙磁场精确解析模型;进而结合法拉第电磁感应定律建立激励线圈在单自由度方向以恒定速度运动时位置与感应电压的解析模型;最后通过有限元仿真和物理实验对上述位置与电压关系进行了验证。结果显示,所提出解析模型的计算结果与实验及仿真结果的满量程偏差均在±5%以内,拟用于测量的线性区的偏差在5%以内,可知所提出的激励器磁感应位置测量方法是可行的。

Abstract :

Dynamic characteristics play a crucial role in evaluating the performance of weight sensors and are essential for achieving fast and accurate weight measurements. This study focuses on a weight sensor based on optical coherence displacement. Using finite element analysis, the sensor was numerically simulated. Frequency domain and time domain dynamic response characteristics were explored through harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis. The superior dynamic performance and reduced conditioning time of the non-contact optical coherence-based displacement weight sensor were confirmed via a negative step response experiment that compared the proposed sensing method to strain sensing. Moreover, dynamic performance metrics for the optical coherence displacement-type weight sensor were determined. Ultimately, the sensor's dynamic performance was enhanced using the pole-zero placement method, decreasing the overshoot to 4.72% and reducing the response time to 0.0132 s. These enhancements broaden the sensor's operational bandwidth and amplify its dynamic response capabilities.

本发明提出一种仿生蚯蚓装置及其工作方法,所述蚯蚓装置包括通过转向单元相连的多个伸缩单元;所述伸缩单元包括推杆机构和沿首尾方向设置的弹性件;所述伸缩单元的伸缩动作由弹性件在推杆机构作用下的形变、弹性件的自然恢复来驱动;当蚯蚓装置移动时,各伸缩单元按预设的伸缩次序执行伸缩动作以驱动蚯蚓装置;所述转向单元由微型丝杆滑台提供推动力;当蚯蚓装置转向时,转向单元的各微型丝杆滑台相互配合推动鱼眼杆端关节轴承,进而控制各伸缩单元以单杆球头关节轴承球心为原点的相互夹角以实现蚯蚓身体的弯曲;本发明以微型电推杆和微型丝杆滑台作为动力源,利用金属弹簧片提供快速恢复力,运行速度较快。
