Abstract :
Identifying the critical factors and their interrelationships plays a critical role in system analysis. Fuzzy DEMATEL method is one of the popular techniques widely applied to identify the critical factors and analyze the interrelationship among them under fuzzy and uncertain environment. Different information types are often used to describe given problems in the real world, similar to how experts express their assessments due to their diverse knowledge backgrounds or individual preferences. However, in existing fuzzy DEMATEL studies, experts are allowed to use only a single information type to express their assessments, which cannot reflect the real-world situations. Additionally, dynamic evolution is atypical feature of practical problems. Factors associated with these problems, including critical factors, might change and update alongside this dynamic evolution. Nevertheless, such dynamic evolution has not been considered in existing fuzzy DEMATEL studies. To address the issues of heterogeneous information and dynamic evolution, this study proposes a novel method based on fuzzy DEMATEL that considers both dynamic evolution and heterogeneous information. The dynamic evolution is described not only from the perspective of time changes, but also information updates. The heterogeneous information includes numerical values, interval values, linguistic information, and hesitant fuzzy linguistic term information. The proposed method consists of five parts including problem definition, information gathering, information transformation, information aggregation, and dynamic critical factors identification. A reasonable way based on alpha-level sets is employed to handle the aggregated fuzzy information, and dynamic degrees of different factors at each moment are calculated for critical factors identification. A numerical example, related discussions, and comparison analysis are provided to demonstrate the novelty and superiority of the proposed method.

为有效应对不确定的信息环境,提出 1 种改进失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)的突发事件主要特征分析方法.首先,利用文本挖掘技术充分挖掘突发事件事故报告的文本信息,提取突发事件的不同特征;其次,采用历史案例的事故报告统计各特征的发生度 O和严重度 S,专家利用犹豫模糊语言集定性评估检测度 D,对突发事件不同特征进行综合风险评估,分析突发事件的主要特征;最后,将所提方法应用于瓦斯爆炸事故,并与已有 FMEA方法进行对比分析.研究结果表明:本文所提方法可高效分析突发事件的主要特征,为丰富和拓展 FMEA方法的应用领域及范畴提供参考.

Abstract :
为从历史化工事故中吸取经验教训以指导化工安全生产管理实践,提出基于文本挖掘和改进决策实验室分析法(DEMATEL)的化工事故关键因素识别方法。首先,利用文本挖掘技术充分挖掘1 627份化工事故调查报告的文本信息,结合相关文献及法律法规提取14项化工事故影响因素;然后,使用基于α水平集的模糊DEMATEL法计算化工事故影响因素表现水平,识别出关键因素;最后,分析关键因素与其他因素之间的相互关联性并揭示化工事故产生机制。结果表明:8项化工事故因素被识别为关键因素,分别是极端天气、规章制度、技术规程、隐患排查、风险管控、教育培训、监督管理、经营管理;同时,8项关键因素对设施设备、物料反应、职业素养、岗位职责、应急管理、安全投入等影响因素产生直接影响,最终导致化工事故发生。

Abstract :
To draw lessons from historical chemical accidents and guide the practice of chemical safety production management, a method for identifying critical factors in chemical accidents based on text mining and improved DEMATEL method was proposed. Firstly, text mining technology was used to fully mine the text information of 1 627 chemical accident investigation reports, based on which 14 chemical accident influencing factors were extracted according to related literature, laws and regulations. Then, the fuzzy DEMATEL method based on alpha⁃level sets was used to calculate the performance levels of the factors affecting chemical accidents. Finally, the correlations between critical factors and other factors were analyzed and the mechanism of chemical accidents was revealed. The results show that 8 chemical accident influencing factors are identified as the critical factors, i. e., extreme weather, regulations, technical procedures, hidden danger investigation, risk control, education and training, supervision and management, and operation management. These 8 critical factors have direct impact on the influence factors such as facilities and equipment, material reactions, occupational quality, job responsibilities, emergency management, and safety investment, which eventually lead to chemical accidents. © 2024 Editorial Department of China Safety Science Journal. 针对现阶段大学生面临学业、就业压力而通过依赖网络消遣放松,导致疏于体育锻炼的普遍现象,现以大学生跑步这一易于实现的大众化体育锻炼为研究对象,探究激励大学生跑步的影响因素,为高校制定相关激励政策提供参考意见。根据已有文献和随机访谈等方式构建了12个影响因素,采用基于Alpha水平集的模糊DEMATEL方法识别出6个关键影响因素。高校可以根据识别出的关键影响因素制定相应的激励政策和措施,以提高大学生参加跑步运动的积极性。

Fuzzy DEMATEL method is diffusely employed to analyze the interrelationship among factors in various fields under uncertain and fuzzy environment. In the extant fuzzy DEMATEL studies, fuzzy assessments are converted into related crisp values by means of different defuzzification ways. Such conversion may result in not only the loss of information, but also the discount of consideration of fuzzy information. Therefore, it seems reasonable and necessary to keep as much information as possible during the analysis process, instead of converting it into crisp values at the very beginning. An appropriate way to keep as much information as possible is to employ alpha level sets to handle fuzzy information instead of simple defuzzification. In addition, it is quite common that experts may hesitate under uncertain and fuzzy environment in the real-world situation, when providing their assessments on the interrelationship among factors. However, such practical issue is neglected in the extant fuzzy DEMATEL methods. With respect to aforementioned limitations, this study proposes a novel alpha level sets based fuzzy DEMATEL method to handle the fuzzy information, together with considering experts' hesitation from qualitative context under uncertain and fuzzy environment. Additionally, two different options are provided to analyze the interrelationship among factors in the proposed method. The proposed method not only improves the extant fuzzy DEMATEL studies, but also enriches the theoretical studies of fuzzy DEMATEL, its novelty and superiority is demonstrated through illustrative example and related comparisons.

When an emergency event occurs, emergency plans are usually employed to respond the emergency situations in order to prevent or mitigate possible losses of life and property. Therefore, emergency plans play an important and indispensable part in emergency decision-making. With regard to the question of how to generate emergency plans, extant studies have discussed the problem from various perspectives, and fruitful results have been obtained. Dynamic evolution is a typical feature of emergency events, and usually involves the updating of related information regarding an emergency event. Existing studies have considered dynamic evolution during the emergency plan generation process only from a single perspective, neglecting the related need to update information as dynamic evolution occurs. Information related to the emergency event plays a vital role in the emergency plan generation process, and needs to be considered. To overcome these limitations, the present study proposes a novel dynamic emergency plan generation method based on integer linear programming, which considers different emergency situations and limited resources. An illustrative example and descriptive comparisons are provided to demonstrate the novelty, superiority, and validity of the proposed method.

Many multi-criteria decision sorting (MCDS) methods, a very active and worthy research topic in recent years, have been developed and applied to solve various real-world problems. In MCDS studies, the actions (alternatives) are assigned to a specific predefined class that is clarified in an ordinal manner according to the decision maker's (DM's) knowledge. However, different DMs usually have different psychological behaviors. Different psychological behaviors generally imply different decision behaviors and preferences, which plays a critical role in the sorting process. Yet while it is necessary to consider the DM's psychological behavior during the sorting process, existing MCDS studies have neglected this important issue. Up to now, seldom MCDS method has taken the DM's psychological behavior during the sorting process into consideration; this research proposes a TODIM sorting method to fill this gap. The study provides country risk classification not only to verify the importance of considering the DM's psychological behavior during the sorting process, but also to show its application to real-world problems. 为了改善已有突发事件关键影响因素分析中模糊DEMATEL方法在处理模糊信息过程中存在的不足,以原油油轮气体泄放为例,采用基于α截集的模糊DEMATEL方法分析关键影响因素和相互关联关系。研究结果表明:该方法能够得到不同视角的分析结果区别于传统方法得到的一组结果,从而很好地验证方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果可为模糊DEMATEL方法的改进和突发事件关键影响因素研究提供参考。

Abstract :
对考虑商户重要性和满意度的供应商配送中心选址问题进行研究。首先,将商户间的相似度和空间地理距离抽象为社区网络模型,通过Louvain算法获取社区结构;其次,考虑商户重要性,以各商户的产品货损率最小和配送时长最短为目标建立模型,采用迭代法确定各社区内供应商配送中心的位置;最后,以巴西圣保罗电子商务供货数据为例,比较本模型与重心法在各社区内的平均商户满意度和重要商户满意度。结果表明:平均商户满意度在社区中最高提升了6个百分点,重要商户满意度最高提升了8个百分点;对于商户而言,该模型下的供应商配送中心选址位置能够使得货损率和配送时间均在心理预期之内;对于供应商而言,将商户重要性加权在了商户满意度中优先保证了重要商户的价值,符合差异性服务的实际应用。
