Abstract :
森林地上碳储量是表征森林生态系统碳储存能力的重要指标.随着遥感技术的进步,基于遥感的森林地上碳储量研究不断发展.通过梳理单一遥感数据在森林地上碳储量估算应用方面的优势与不足,提出多源遥感估算森林地上碳储量是未来研究的发展趋势;着重分析几类机器学习算法在森林地上碳储量反演模型构建方面的应用现状及其优缺点,并指出机器学习算法应用于森林地上碳储量反演模型构建时,特征变量的筛选及数量确定、模型参数的合理设置等是决定模型反演精度的关键.

Abstract :
雄安新区自2017年设立为国家级新区以来,已进行了大量的开发建设,但迄今尚未见对开发建设所产生的生态效应的研究报道。因此,本文选取2017和2020年的Landsat 8影像,分别代表雄安新区未开始建设和建设3年后的两个时期来对此进行对比。利用遥感空间信息技术反演出2017—2020年雄安新区开发建设以来主要地表覆盖类型的变化,并采用遥感生态指数(RSEI)对这些地表覆盖类型变化产生的生态效应进行评估。结果表明:(1)雄安新区2017—2020年间的开发建设已使建筑用地面积增加了60.01 km~2,水体面积增加了8.95 km~2,植被面积减少了69.29 km~2。雄安新区现阶段的开发建设...

雄安新区自2017年设立为国家级新区以来,已进行了大量的开发建设,但迄今尚未见对开发建设所产生的生态效应的研究报道.因此,选取2017年和2020年的Landsat 8影像,分别代表雄安新区未开始建设和建设3年后的两个时期来对此进行对比.利用遥感空间信息技术反演出2017—2020年雄安新区开发建设以来主要地表覆盖类型的变化,并采用遥感生态指数(RSEI)对这些地表覆盖类型变化产生的生态效应进行评估.结果表明:(1)雄安新区2017—2020年间的开发建设已使建筑用地面积增加了60.01 km2,水体面积增加了8.95 km2,植被面积减少了69.29 km2.雄安新区现阶段的开发建设主要集中在区内的容城县和雄县,而安新县的开发强度较小.(2)雄安新区2017—2020年间开发建设的生态效应体现在生态改善面积大于退化面积,生态等级良好以上的面积占比有所提升.因此,新区的生态质量总体略有上升,RSEI均值从0.668上升到0.677.但3个县的表现不一,雄县和安新县的生态有所提升,而容城县则略有下降.(3)雄安新区虽经开发,但生态质量并未下降,这主要得益于其生态优先、绿色可持续发展的规划理念,以及所实施的"千年秀林"、退耕还淀等增加蓝绿比的生态质量提升工程.

利用遥感对地观测技术对2020年夏季鄱阳湖地区发生的洪水灾情进行评估和分析,分别选取Landsat 8卫星4月和Sentinel-1A雷达卫星7月的影像作为洪水发生前、后的影像,利用遥感专题信息提取、随机森林分类和变化检测技术揭示洪水淹没范围,以及被淹没的主要土地覆盖类型面积,同时结合水文气象和地形数据进行灾情和受灾原因分析.研究结果表明,鄱阳湖2020年洪灾的淹没面积为1961.95 km2,共造成区内110.83 km2建筑用地、760.54 km2耕地、71.59 km2林地、992.02 km2草地和26.97 km2裸地被淹,其中尤以鄱阳县受灾最为严重,其总受灾面积达到514 km2,其次为新建区与余干县,分别达到了330 km2和310 km2.持续2个月的强降雨使得鄱阳湖流域的水位超过了其1998年特大洪水的水位,加上长江水倒灌,湖区地势北高南低,积水不能及时排出,圩堤决口等诸多水文气象和地形因素造成了此次鄱阳湖的特大洪灾.

Abstract :
During the outbreak of the COVID-19, China implemented an urban lockdown in the first period. These measures not only effectively curbed the spread of the virus but also brought a positive impact on the ecological environment. The water quality of urban inland river has a significant impact on urban ecology and public health. This study uses Sentinel-2 visible and near-infrared band reflectance and the Normalized Difference Turbidity Index (NDTI) to analyze the water quality of the Haihe River Basin during the control period of COVID-19. It is found that during the lockdown period, the river water quality was significantly improved compared to the same period in 2019. The average NDTI of the Haihe River Basin in March decreased by 0.27, a decrease of 219.06%; in April, it increased by 0.07, that is 38.38%. Further exploration using VIIRS lights found that the brightness of the lights in the main urban area was significantly lower in February, the beginning of the lockdown. However, as the city was unblocked, the lights rose sharply in March and then recovered to normal. There is obvious asynchrony in changes between river turbidity and light. The results can help understand the impact of human activities on the natural environment.

The COVID-19 pandemic in China in the winter-spring of 2019-2020 has decreased and even stopped many human activities. This study investigates whether there were any changes in the water quality of the Lower Min River (China) during the lockdown period. The time-series remote sensing images from November 2019 to April 2020 was used to examine the dynamics of the river's total suspended solids (TSS) concentrations in the period. A new remote sensing-based prototype was developed to recalibrate an existing algorithm for retrieving TSS concentrations in the river. The Nechad and the Novoa algorithms were used to validate the recalibrated algorithm. The results show that the recalibrated algorithm is highly consistent with the two algorithms. All of the three algorithms indicate significant fluctuation in TSS concentrations in the Lower Min River during the study period. February (COVID-19 lockdown period) has witnessed a 48% fall in TSS concentration. The TSS in March-April showed a progressive and recovery back to normal levels of pre-COVID-19. The spatiotemporal change of TSS has worked as a good indicator of human activities, which revealed that the decline of TSS in the lockdown period was due largely to the substantially-reduced discharges from industrial estates, densely populated city center, and river's shipping. Remote sensing monitoring of the spatiotemporal changes of TSS helps understand important contributors to the water-quality changes in the river and the impacts of anthropogenic activities on river systems.

To verify the positioning performance and reliability of multi-system combination Precise Point Positioning in landslide monitoring, we carried out a multi-system combination Precise Point Positioning calculation experiment on the monitoring data of a single landslide disaster area in Fujian Province. The coordinates of the monitoring points obtained by a continuously operating reference station and the monitoring station for static relative positioning were used as reference values. The GPS system was used as the standard system and the combined PPP solution mode of G/R/C, G/R/E and G/R/E/C was used to obtain the surface displacement of the landslide area. The research showed that multi-system combination PPP converges to the centimeter level in about 30 min. The average value of internal accordant precision was more than 1 mm after convergence, and that of the external accordant precision was more than 5 cm, which meets the centimeter-level accuracy requirements in rapid landslide deformation monitoring.

揭示城市塑料垃圾年产量及影响因素、预测其发展趋势对于城市生活垃圾收集系统的优化、处理技术的合理选择和降低环境影响具有重要意义.本研究基于1989年以来北京塑料垃圾占比、城市生活垃圾产量数据和社会经济数据,利用赤池信息量准则(AIC)和灰关联度法研究了北京城市塑料垃圾占比的年变化趋势和城市塑料垃圾年产量的主要影响因素.通过多元线性回归模型(MLR)、灰色系统模型GM(1,1)和BP神经网络模型对北京城市塑料垃圾年产量进行了模拟预测.结果表明,北京城市塑料垃圾占比由1989年的1.88%,增加到2012年的14.87%.基于AIC准则预测2013-2050年北京城市塑料垃圾占比增长趋势较平缓、稳定在14% ~ 19%之间.2000-2012年北京市城市塑料垃圾年产量由40.2× 104 t增加到121.1×104 t,年增长15.5%.人均可支配收入是影响北京城市塑料垃圾年产量的最大社会经济因素,而常住人口的影响较低.BP神经网络是模拟预测北京城市塑料垃圾产量的最佳模型,其模拟预测结果表明:2013年后北京市塑料垃圾年产量随时间呈不规则的非线性增长趋势,到2025、2035、2050年北京城市塑料垃圾产量将分别达到335、488和859× 104 t,将对北京城市生活垃圾处理处置与防控管理带来巨大挑战.

Nanocellulose adsorbent (AA/AM-g-NC) from cotton linter was successfully prepared by high pressure homogenization with the assistance of an ionic liquid. The cotton linter was first swelled, hydrolyzed and grafted with acrylic acid and acrylamide in an ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([Bmim]HSO4)), and then further treated by high pressure homogenization and finally AA/AM-g-NC was obtained. The AA/AM-g-NC adsorbent was characterized and used as adsorbent to adsorb methylene blue. The results show that after the treatment of high pressure homogenization assisted with hydrolysis and graft in ionic liquid AA/AM-g-NC illustrated as crosslinked net with fibril. The crystalline of AA/AM-g-NC remained as cellulose type, with a little increase in the crystallinity. The appearance of functional group from acrylic acid and acrylamide on the AA/AM-g-NC surface was proved. The sorption process towards methylene blue was pH value dependent, spontaneous, exothermic and followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. And the adsorption kinetic is closer to the quasi-second order kinetic equation and controlled by both intraparticle diffusion and surface diffusion.
