Abstract ：
Big technology companies have undeniably left an indelible mark on society, shaping it with their groundbreaking products and services. However, concerns have arisen regarding their market dominance and the potential stifling of competition and innovation, resulting in the formation of ominous "kill zones." As a response to these concerns, regulatory scrutiny has intensified. To contribute to a better understanding of this issue, this paper introduces a distinctive dataset encompassing the years from 2010 to 2018, drawing from the Chinese equity investment market. We conduct an empirical analysis to examine the impact of corporate venture capital investments made by tech giants on the innovation of the recipient firms. Our results unveil a positive and notable influence of these investments on innovation, particularly in the domain of substantial innovations such as invention patents. Additionally, we delve into the underlying mechanisms propelling this effect, identifying that the innovation incentives of tech behemoths primarily stem from the infusion of financial resources, technological synergies, and a wealth of diversified knowledge accrued through joint investments. These findings bear significant implications for policymakers and regulators who must delicately balance the scales of competition and innovation within the technology sector.

互联网平台是激活下沉市场、释放国内需求的重要方式.基于纵向差异化模型,本文分析了流量竞争情境下,不同的流量类型、流量定价方式对市场绩效的影响.研究发现,公域流量在促进竞争、降低价格的同时,也因扩张市场规模提升了商家利润.然而,具有垄断势力的平台参与流量定价分发后,对异质性流量将采取不同垄断收益获取方式,此时公域流量对商家和消费者的积极作用有所减弱,特别是对下沉市场开发的积极作用将进一步减弱.

大科技平台是产业创新和经济增长的重要引擎.股权投资已经成为了大科技平台对外扩张的重要方式之一,其对创新的影响在全球范围内引发了广泛争议.大科技平台的股权投资究竟是激励了产业创新、还是建立了"创新封杀区"?本文基于2005～2021年创业投资与专利申请的独特数据集,利用超过11万条观测值样本进行了实证检验.研究发现:大科技平台的创投显著提升了被投资企业的创新水平,特别是以发明专利为代表的实质性创新.这一提升来自大科技平台创投后的支持,而不能完全归因大科技平台事前的投资策略选择.支持方式包括财务资源、技术协同、数字生态带来的多样化知识等.本文基于大规模微观证据揭示了大科技创投的创新效应,实证检验了当前学界与政策实践者广泛争议的"创新封杀区".研究结论为我国规范大科技平台与数字经济竞争策略、引导平台资本健康发展提供了事实依据和经验启示.

We provide a network game to analyze the innovation network structure by incorporating endogenous R&D spillovers and diffusion effects, reconciling the limited types of innovation alliance in practice. In our network model, enterprises can actively choose to invest in R&D or establish links with others to absorb R&D spillovers. We characterize the network structure of enterprises' strategic R&D decisions in different types of spatial equilibrium. We further extend the theoretical framework to generate industry-specific implications under cooperative R&D, location choice, spatial agglomeration, and social capital allocation in innovation networks.

国有流通企业是中国特色流通体系微观基础的重要分支，在“放管服”改革背景下，也是政府治理的“特殊的市场之手”。从政府流通治理视角出发，国有企业既需要在充分竞争中不断提升微观效率以实现盈利和市场占有的市场性目标，又需要通过承担调配货物、应急储备等宏观职能来实现供给保障的公共性目标，从而具有“提效”与“保供”的双重功能定位。结合理论分析和企业实践，本文剖析了国有流通企业“提效保供”的理论逻辑与现实路径，并由此提出政府借助国有企业提升流通治理能力的相关启示和政策建议。

The rise of fintech in the past decade has received growing scholarly attention. Does the application of fintech promote innovation efficiency at the regional level? Will fintech heterogeneously affect a different stage of innovation? Motivated by these questions, this paper studies the impact of fintech on innovation efficiency and the spatial spillover effects of fintech by using regional-level data on China. We employ a two-stage DEA method to evaluate the innovation efficiency, namely, the R&D efficiency and launching efficiency, of different innovation processes. We conduct an empirical test by using the spatial Durbin model in combination with the fintech development index. The results suggest that fintech promotes overall innovation efficiency and launching efficiency but less affects R&D efficiency. Fintech also exhibits adverse spatial spillover effects on the surrounding regions in the launching stage. We further studied the effects of the breadth and depth of fintech on innovation and the impacts on different types of patents. The results show a heterogeneous impact of fintech, which generates regional development policy implications in the digital era.

We develop a model of R&D networks in which firms can choose to invest in R&D or to establish network links with other firms to absorb R&D spillovers in innovation networks. We characterize the network structure of firms' strategic R&D decisions in different types of spatial equilibrium. We further extend the theoretical framework to address empirical implications for the industry structure under cooperative R&D, firms' location choice, spatial agglomeration, and social capital allocation.

流通时间在流通问题的研究中居于关键地位,但相关研究多年来存在理论基础与实证方法相对割裂的问题.因此,本文在对马克思主义经济学流通理论和概念进行梳理、整合和扩展的基础上,从资本循环理论视角对流通时间的理论模型和测算方法进行研究.据此,本文使用面板数据对流通时间进行试算,发现我国的流通时间整体而言平稳中略有上升,但在不同区域的发展趋势不相同;初步验证了资本周转率、批发业和运输条件的发展有助于缩短流通时间.最后,本文还比较了流通时间与产销率、储蓄率等相近概念的异同,并讨论了不同计算方法的优势与不足.

对国有企业来说,宏观职能的承担与企业效率的实现往往很难平衡,对于充分竞争的市场流通领域,通常更是如此。通过对国有流通企业"超市发"进行案例研究,文章归纳提炼出"国有体制""民营机制"和"先进企业家意识"等构念,并发现在先进企业家意识的黏合作用下,国有流通企业通过实践"国有体制+民营机制"的模式,可以在兼顾宏观职能的同时实现充分的微观效率。

本文使用DEA-Malmquist指数方法对2002-2012年我国分行业全要素生产率、技术效率与技术进步进行测算,并基于我国地区投入产出表构建了ICT资本投入强度。在此基础上,本文就ICT投资对生产率的影响进行了实证检验。研究发现,ICT投资对全要素生产率提升具有积极作用,并且主要通过ICT投资促进技术效率提升实现。面板门限回归模型的结果显示,只有达到一定互联网普及率时,ICT投资促进技术效率提升的作用才显现,并在高互联网普及率时进一步增强;但在高互联网普及率下,ICT投资对技术进步存在抑制作用,在全要素生产率层面表现为ICT投资的促进作用消失。因此,现实的ICT投资应重视通过信息化管理提升...
