几何参数对预应力波纹钢腹板箱梁桥受力性能的影响分析

Abstract :

对实际工程中某三跨波纹钢腹板体外预应力连续箱梁桥建立有限元模型,通过改变腹板参数,探讨几何参数对桥梁整体受力性能的影响。分析表明,随着波纹钢腹板折叠角的增大,波纹钢板的抗弯刚度逐渐减小,当折角在10°~40°范围内变化时,波纹钢板的抗弯刚度变化最为明显;波纹钢腹板水平面板宽度 b 增大会提高箱梁的抗弯刚度,但 b 值太大会影响波纹钢腹板的整体受力性能;增加波纹板的厚度能显著提高箱梁的抗剪性能,并在一定程度上能够提高箱梁的抗弯刚度,但板厚增加到20 mm 时,其对提高箱梁的抗剪性能和抗弯性能的贡献逐渐趋小;波纹钢腹板的倾角不宜太大,宜小于25°。

Abstract :

针对后张法预应力混凝土简支梁连续型布筋和分段型布筋两种型式,认为弯曲孔道处的径向压力p是非线性分布的,利用库仑摩擦定律,推导出任意应力分布情况下弯曲孔道摩擦阻力公式。通过算例分析,表明推导公式计算的摩擦损失值相比规范公式更大,并且随着预应力钢筋曲率增大,两者相差越大;分段型布筋的摩擦损失值与连续型布筋不同。有限元模拟结果及相关试验实测结果表明,推导的公式精确度更高,更接近实测值。

Abstract :

In order to study the extant pre-stressed force in the prestressed concrete beam, the test was using the stress-releasing method on the prestressed hollow slab beam which was served 20 years. To study the effects of different cutting positions, cutting gap spacing on testing stress release rate; analysis of the variation law of the release concrete working stress with depth of notch changes, got the depth of notch when the working stress can release of all; to establish the fitting function realization between the cutting depth and the measured residual stress, To achieve the accurate prediction of existing prestressed beam. In order to provide some reference for the effective prestress evaluation and assessment of bridge structure methods.

Abstract :

To optimize the damping effect of the viscous dampers used for double-pylon cable-stayed bridge, the Huai'an Bridge (a double-pylon cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 416 m) was cited as an example for study. The software SAP2000 was used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model for the whole bridge of the bridge and the damping effect of 4 different layout schemes of the viscous dampers (the dampers were to be respectively laid out at the locations of the pylon bearings, abutment, side pier plus abutment and side pier) was comparatively analyzed by the nonlinear dynamic time-history method. The optimal layout scheme was chosen and the parameters of the viscous dampers were analyzed. By the least square regression analysis method, the mathematical model for the parameters of the critical sections and the dampers was created and on the principle of controlling the internal forces and deformation of the sections to the minimum, the optimal design parameters were obtained through solving the extreme values of the fitting equations. The results of the study show that the scheme of installing the viscous dampers at the abutment of the bridge can result in better damping function of the dampers and will not change the stress of the auxiliary piers. The proposed optimal design method for the parameters of the dampers can be used to effectively calculate the optimal parameters of the dampers and will hence provide convenience for the design. ©, 2014, Bridge Construction. Abstract :

为优化粘滞阻尼器对双塔斜拉桥的减震效果,以淮安大桥(主跨为416 m的双塔斜拉桥)为背景进行研究.采用有限元软件SAP2000建立全桥三维有限元模型,应用非线性动力时程方法对比分析了4种不同阻尼器布设方案(分别将粘滞阻尼器布设在塔支座、桥台、边墩和桥台、边墩位置)的减震效果.选择最优方案进行阻尼参数分析,应用最小二乘回归分析法建立关键截面参数与阻尼参数之间的数学模型,以控制截面内力和变形最小为原则,通过求解拟合方程的极值得到最优设计参数.结果表明:在桥台位置安装粘滞阻尼器能使其更好地发挥减震功能,且不改变辅助墩的受力;所提出的阻尼参数优化设计方法能有效地计算出最优阻尼参数,为设计提供方便.

Abstract :

本文以某座既有多跨混凝土连续梁桥为背景,基于平衡更新随机过程计算特定车队通过桥梁的概率,结合车队总重的概率密度函数以及车队影响线面积最大值数据点集建立该桥的车辆荷载模型,得出正常运营状态不同评估基准期的车辆荷载效应最大值概率分布,并与设计荷载作用下的效应值以及规范限值进行对比评估.结果表明:在不同评估基准期内,车辆荷载效应最大值服从极值Ⅰ型分布,且效应最大值分布的0.95分位值未超过设计荷载效应以及规范限值,由此可知桥梁在后续服役期间能满足正常使用状态的变形要求.

Abstract :

Floating system of cable-stayed bridges under seismic action will produce larger longitudinal bending moment and displacement, in order to ensure the safety of the structure, damping measures should be taken in longitudinal direction. Taking a mainspan for 416 m of the cable-stayed bridge as an example, four different damper layout schemes were analyzed by nonlinear dynamic time history method. The results show that installing viscous dampers at the abutment location to function better comparing with other three cases. For getting the best damping effect, the optimal parameters of damper are analyzed. The investigation indicates that adding viscous dampers can significantly reduce the girder movements, and the reduction depends on damper parameters. Finally, the optimal damping parameters with zeta=0.3 and C=10000 can be chosen for this cable-stayed bridge.
