Abstract :

The 3D point cloud can directly provide accurate distance information, which facilitates many applications such as autonomous driving and environmental modeling. In order to construct more complete environmental information for these applications, it is necessary to register point clouds that are obtained from different poses. Registration after coarse localization is an effective method for understanding the pose of the device among the context of its environment. Here, a method for extracting plane features based on voxels is proposed and used for coarse registration and localization. The point cloud is divided into voxels by an octree, and voxels with the same plane characteristics are merged to obtain plane features. The candidate transformation matrix is calculated by using the corresponding plane set, and the RANSAC process with two-level transformation matrix verification, including quick verification and fine verification, is used to find the optimum transformation matrix from the candidates after clustering. Then, the coarse registration can be achieved. With the extracted plane features, a combined plane feature description of the point cloud frame is constructed to fulfill fast frame-level global localization. With the integration of the registration method presented in the current paper, pose localization can also be achieved. Experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve more than 85% successful registration rate with short time consumptions. This implies that the proposed method is more efficient than the benchmark method. Even when the map is large, frame-level localization is still fast, and has a successful localization rate of over 90%. 随着科技的发展,数字信号处理成为人工智能、模式识别、神经网络、数字通信等新兴学科的理论基础,许多高校在电子信息类的本科和研究生都将数字信号处理课程设为专业必修课程。本文针对数字信号处理课程教学现状及存在问题,探讨基于互联网+的智慧课堂的改革方案,利用互联网的优势,延伸课堂教学的时间和空间维度,提高学生的自主学习能力。

Dynamic Wind Field Simulation and Efficiency Analysis Over 3D Terrain Based on the Lagrangian Method SCIE

Abstract :

A method for simulating a three-dimensional wind field is proposed in which a graphics engine is used together with some feature data from CFD (computational fluid dynamics) calculations. First, important data such as DEM (digital elevation model), wind speed and wind direction data are extracted from the CFD output file. Combined with data that may represent the characteristics of wind, including wind speeds, wind directions, grid unit wind direction vectors and unit vectors normal to the topography, the wind properties of each grid are derived. Then, the organization mode of the terrain grid is optimized based on the OSG (OpenSceneGraph) graphics engine. Furthermore, multithreading tasks load the segmented terrain maps and generate the texture. The main thread renders all the generated textures in batches according to the index file and synthesizes the whole terrain. In this way, the nodes of the wind field are set up and modified according to the properties of the corresponding grids. Finally, the Euler and Lagrangian methods are applied to describe the wind field features: the former describes the velocity and direction of each point in the field at a certain time, while the latter is adopted to continuously represent the changes in the velocity and direction of a particle. Experimental results show that the FPS (frames per second) value is within a reasonable range and can still meet the real-time requirements of rendering as the research area expands.

Abstract :

Tailings ponds are a major hazard, and are ranked 18th in the risk assessment of world accident hazards. The saturation line height is one of the most important factors that affects the safety of tailings ponds. Due to the extremely complicated seepage boundary conditions of tailings ponds, a precise calculation method is urgently needed for predicting the saturation lines. Therefore, the dynamic model should be investigated to evaluate the potential for dam breakage. In this paper, based on an analysis of tailings ponds in various regions, we use the long short-term memory (LSTM) algorithm to predict the time-series variation of the saturation line height. To evaluate and validate our model, we compare with traditional models. The results demonstrate that the deep learning method significantly outperforms the traditional methods, provides a new strategy and has significant potential for tailings ponds safety prediction.

Abstract :

Localization of the optic disc (OD) and the fovea is a crucial task towards developing automatic diagnosis and screening tools for retinal disease. The aim of the paper was to propose a simplified method for detecting the both features jointly. On the basis of directional local contrast (DLC) technique, the fovea and OD candidates were detected successively, then position constraint information between them was used to determine the true features. The proposed method was evaluated using publicly available databases MESSIDOR (containing 1200 images) and HEI-MED (containing 169 images). The experiment showed that a good success rates of 97.41% and 97.33% for the fovea and OD detection can be achieved on the MESSIDOR database, respectively, and 98.8% for both on the HEI-MED dataset. In terms of the fovea localization accuracy, by analyzing the 1136 cases among MESSIDOR with ground-truth fovea position, the method could provide a fovea center pixel categorized within R/8, R/4, R/2 and 1R criteria in 60.39%, 91.36%, 98.32%, and 99.03% of the cases, respectively. Overall, the proposed method can be a feasible tool for eye diseases screening or assisted diagnosis.

Abstract :

本文结合欧拉法和纯拉格朗日法两种方法的优势,提出了基于网格和无网格相结合的方法实现血流仿真.该方法首先将整个血流系统看成一个粒子系统,然后采用有限差分法(FDM)实现对Navier-Stokes方程的离散化,并通过Gauss-Seidel方法对构造出的poission方程进行求解,将得到的数值解用来驱动粒子实现血流模型的构建,接着利用屏幕域抛雪球算法(screen space splatting)对血流表面进行渲染,最终实现整个血流过程的仿真.仿真结果表明:该方法提高了血流仿真的细节边界,能够保证血流效果的真实性,并且运算速度快,提高了仿真实时性.

Abstract :

虚拟手术系统研究是计算机图形学的一个重要领域,为了提高肌肉纤维纹理合成的真实感与实时性,文章采用了基于场向参数化的方法,并结合最光滑方向场进行了三维模型上的肌肉纤维纹理映射与合成,通过布置奇异点,模拟肌肉纤维损伤的状态.该系统实现了场向参数化的可视化及肌肉纤维纹理合成的简单交互,实验结果表明,系统的实时性与真实感均得到提高.

Abstract :

针对分数阶信道化接收机自身的结构特点,提出了一种适用于分数阶信道化接收机的信号检测方法,以满足更低的信噪比环境和不同脉冲宽度的雷达侦察信号.首先研究了时域法、频域法和自相关积累法3种信号检测方法,并对这3种方法进行了对比,在此基础上提出了改进后的自相关积累检测算法,使其适用于检测分数阶信道化接收机的输出信号,并给出了MATLAB仿真结果.最后完成了FPGA中奇偶分数阶信道化接收机系统的实现,完善了接收机系统.
