Abstract :
通过10片普通钢筋混凝土(RC)梁及4片部分预应力混凝土(PPC)梁采用CFRP板抗剪加固的试验研究和非线性有限元分析,研究不同损伤程度、剪跨比、配箍率及预应力水平等因素对CFRP板加固RC&PPC梁抗剪性能的影响。结果表明:采用CFRP板对RC&PPC梁进行抗剪加固能够有效抑制斜裂缝的开展,提高加固梁斜截面抗剪承载能力,并改善梁的延性;RC梁损伤后加固,随着配箍率的增大以及剪跨比的减小,将提高加固RC梁的斜向开裂荷载、箍筋屈服荷载以及抗剪极限承载能力;随着预应力水平的提高,PPC加固梁的极限承载力增大,CFRP板抗剪加固效果比较显著;非线性有限元模型能够预测CFRP加固RC/PPC梁的抗剪性...

Abstract :
An experimental study and nonlinear finite element analysis including reinforced concrete (RC) beams and partial prestressed concrete (PPC) beams strengthened with CFRP strips were carried out under static loading. The influences of damage degree, ratio of shear span, stirrup ratio, and level of effective prestressing on the shear characteristics of these strengthened beams were investigated. Some important conclusions were extracted from the testing and numerical analysis and listed as follows: 1) The inclined cracking development can be effectively restrained using the proposed strengthening method with CFRP strips, and the shear load-carrying capacity and ductility of the strengthened RC&PPC beams can be effectively improved. 2) The synclinal cracking load, yielding loads of the stirrup, and the shear load-carrying capacity of RC beams strengthened after the damage would be enhanced while the ratios of shear span becoming smaller and stirrup ratio becoming larger. 3) The improvements of shear carrying-capacity of PPC beams strengthened with CFRP strips would become larger if the level of effective prestressing increasing. 4) The proposed nonlinear finite element (FE) model can better predict the shear performance of strengthened RC&PPC beams, and the results from FE model can correlate very well with those from testing. 5) The strength of CFRP strips should be effectively reduced during the shear strengthening design of the practical engineering cases.

In order to figure out flexural performance of reinforced concrete girders strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates, test and nonlinear finite element analysis on six reinforced concrete (RC) girders and four partially prestressed concrete (PPC) girders strengthened with prestressed CFRP plates were carried out under static load. The influences of the damage degrees, initial prestresses of CFRP plates and effective prestresses of girders on the flexural performance of these strengthened girders were investigated. The results show that the formation and development of cracks can be restrained effectively using prestressed CFRP strengthening methodology, the crack width and deflection of components can be reduced, and the flexural capacities of the strengthened RC&PPC girders can be improved significantly. The greater the pre-strengthening damage degree, the earlier the concrete stripping, the larger the decrease of ultimate flexural capacity as well. At the failure stage, the stripping of the CFRP plates always occurs firstly and then the rupture. The flexural performance of strengthened RC&PPC girders can be predicted by the nonlinear finite element (FE) model before the stripping of CFRP plates, and the calculated results show good agreement with experimental results. In practical engineering, the reasonable initial prestressing degree in CFRP plates should be about 0.5.

为了掌握预应力CFRP板加固混凝土梁的抗弯性能,进行了6片普通钢筋混凝土(RC)梁及4片部分预应力混凝土(PPC)梁的预应力CFRP板抗弯加固静载试验和非线性有限元分析,探讨不同损伤程度、CFRP板初始预应力大小、梁有效预应力大小等对RC和PPC加固梁的抗弯性能影响.结果表明:采用预应力CFRP板加固后能有效抑制裂缝产生和开展,减小裂缝宽度和构件挠度,显著提高RC和PPC梁的抗弯承载力;加固前的损伤程度越大,CFRP板也越早发生剥离,抗弯极限承载力降低也越大,破坏时CFRP板总是先发生剥离而后断裂;非线性有限元模型能够预测预应力CFRP板剥离前加固梁的抗弯行为,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好;建议CFRP板的初始预应力度控制在0.5左右比较合适.

该文侧重研究了采用高强钢绞线网——聚合物砂浆加固技术三面加固普通钢筋混凝土(RC)梁和预应力混凝土(PRC)梁的抗弯性能。进行了6片RC梁及5片PRC梁的抗弯静载试验,探讨了不同初始损伤程度、有效预应力大小和加载方式等对高强钢绞线网——渗透性聚合物砂浆加固梁的抗弯性能影响。结果表明:采用高强钢绞线网——聚合物砂浆加固技术加固RC/PRC梁能够有效抑制裂缝的开展,能有效地提高RC/PRC加固梁的抗弯承载能力和抗弯刚度;重复加载会导致加固梁刚度一定程度的退化,初始损伤程度大小不会显著改变加固后RC/PRC梁的抗弯承载力;该文研究对于大量既有RC/PRC梁的抗弯加固具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract :
Bi-directional pseudo-dynamic test and nonlinear seismic response analysis were conducted on a 1:2 scaled two-story brick masonry building model with precast floor slabs under different seismic intensities to investigate its seismic behavior including the failure mechanism, deformation, hysteretic characteristics and energy dissipation, etc. Some important conclusions can be drawn from the testing and analysis and are listed as follows. The existence of constructional columns and ring beams in masonry building with precast floor slabs can effectively resist horizontal earthquake loadings and result in good ductility. The earthquake damage and failure concentrate at the lower story of the two-story masonry building. Even if the brick walls are severely cracked, the whole structure may not collapse suddenly. The seismic performance of masonry structure in the horizontal X and Y directions are different. Under the bi-directional earthquake loading, degradation of stiffness and strength in one direction may aggravate to the degradation of stiffness and strength in the other direction, resulting in the overall degradation of seismic performance of masonry building. The hysteresis loops start from the bow shape and become reversed S-shape at the failure stage. The constructed non-linear space finite element (FE) model of brick masonry building can predict the elasto-plastic seismic performance of masonry structures with precast floor slabs. The calculation results from FE simulation are basically consistent with the results from testing. The designed two-story brick masonry building model can meet siesmic requirements of design codes.

Abstract :
对一栋缩尺为1∶2的两层单开间预制板砖砌体结构房屋模型进行不同强度地震作用下的双向拟动力试验和非线性地震响应分析,研究该结构在地震作用下的破坏机制、变形、滞回特性及耗能能力等。结果表明:构造柱与圈梁的存在,使得预制板砌体结构具有较好的延性,地震破坏主要集中在底层,即使墙体严重开裂,也不至于整体结构垮塌;双向地震作用下一个方向的承载力与刚度退化会加剧另一个方向承载力与刚度的退化,从而导致砌体结构整体抗震能力的下降;滞回曲线由弓形最后发展到反S形,具有明显的捏缩和滑移效应;建立的砌体结构非线性空间有限元模型,能够反映预制板砌体结构的弹塑性地震响应,计算结果与实测结果基本吻合;两层砌体结构房屋能够满足设计规范的抗震要求。

In this paper, the flexural performance of the concrete beams strengthened with U-shaped high strength steel wire and permeable polymer mortar (HSSW-PPM) were studied. An experimental study including six reinforced concrete (RC) beams and five prestressed reinforced concrete (PRC) beams strengthened with HSSW-PPM was carried out under static loading. The influences of damage intensity, level of effective prestressing and loading regime on the flexural performance of these strengthened beams were investigated. Some conclusions were extracted from the testing as follows: (1) The cracking development can be effectively restrained using the proposed U-shaped strengthening method with HSSW-PPM, and the flexural load-carrying capacity, the rigidity, and the ductility of the strengthened RC/PRC beams can also be enhanced. (2) The rating of rigidity of the strengthened beams might be occurred under a recycle loading, and the flexural carrying capacity of the strengthened RC/PRC beams can not be obviously changed while the initial damage degree changed. This kind of study may be employed as the reference of flexural strengthening for the amount of existing RC/PRC beam structures.
