Abstract :
本发明涉及一种以改性铝土矿为载体制备钌基水煤气变换催化剂的方法,将改性铝土矿与RuCl3溶液分三次进行等体积浸渍,每次浸渍后进行过滤、烘干,第三次烘干后制成以改性铝土矿为载体的钌基水煤气变换催化剂。本发明制备过程简单,可以充分利用我国具有丰富的铝土矿资源,可大幅度降低催化剂的生产成本,且制备的催化剂负载量低,催化活性高,使用寿命长,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract :
以改性铝土矿为载体, 采用等体积浸渍法, 制备了Ni-Mn-Ce-k体系水煤气变换催化剂. 通过TG、 DTA 、 TPR和活性表征等方法, 系统考察了制备和还原条件对催化剂水煤气变换性能的影响. 结果表明: 催化剂的优化制备工艺为: 第一步浸渍组分Ni、 Mn、 Ce的盐溶液(其摩尔配比为8:7:4), 焙烧温度500 ℃, 第二步浸渍K的加入量为5%(W), 还原最高温度为500 ℃, 还原过程添加适量的水蒸气, 制得的催化剂具有良好的催化性能和热稳定性能, 优于国内外现行工业产品.

以福建漳浦铝土矿为原料,采用水热法,制备具有高比表面积的铝土矿载体;并以其为载体,通过浸渍法获得不同Pt含量的催化剂,应用于一氧化碳氧化反应。采用XRF、低温N2吸附、XRD,和活性评价对铝土矿载体和催化剂的活性进行了表征,并对比表面积增大的原因进行了探讨。结果表明:原矿经130℃温度下水热反应72h,550℃焙烧4h后,所制得的铝土矿比表面积比原矿增大了2.7倍,为153m2·g-1,孔容量为0.20mL·g-1,最可几孔主要在3nm左右。其原因为原矿中的主要成分高岭石在水热作用下,转化为水铝氧(Gibbsite,Al(OH)3),再经焙烧转化为氧化铝.CO氧化反应研究结果表明该催化剂有较好...

Abstract :
In this study, VO2 rods with a rectangular cross-section have successfully been synthesized using a simple hydrothermal route in the absence of templates or catalysts. The synthesized rods were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron micrographs (TEM) measurements. It was found that the rods are single crystal and the size ranges from several tens nanometers to several micrometers. Furthermore, a possible model, nucleating-growing-splitting, was proposed for the formation of rods with a rectangular cross-section. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Abstract :
Single-crystal V2O5 nanowires were successfully synthesized from the starting materials V6O13 powder and water. The experimental results indicate that high purity nanowires can be obtained using this simple synthetic route in absence of templates or catalysts. The diameter of the nanowires was found to be ca. 20 similar to 60 nm and the length up to several tens of micrometers, and the phases of nanowires were determined by XRD and TEM measurements.

Abstract :
A multiple-metal (Ni-Cu-Mn-K/Al2O3) catalyst was prepared by impregnated method. The effects of technology parameters and global kinetics on the water gas shift reaction using this catalyst were investigated. The results of technology parameters showed that the increase of the vapor/gas (v/g) radio enhanced CO conversion, the optimum v/g radio for was gas shift reaction was from 0.8 to 1.5. The space velocity had only a negligible effect on the CO conversion, revealing a good operating flexibility for the catalyst in the water gas shift reaction process. With the reaction temperature rising, there was an extreme operating temperature for CO conversion around 400°C. Its global kinetics was also investigated in an internal-circulation gradientless reactor, and a power law type global kinetics model for the water gas shift reaction using this catalyst was regressed by the non-linear square method. The results based on the global kinetics model were in very good agreement with the experimental data. It is demonstrated that the model is liable and suitable.

Multiple-metal catalysts (Ni-Mn-Ce-K/bauxite) for Water-Gas Shift (WGS) reaction were prepared by impregnation, and the catalytic structure and properties were investigated by N-2 physical, XRD, H-2-TPR, and CO-TPD. The results indicated that the addition of 7.5% CeO2 improved the activity of the WGS reaction obviously, and also increased the specific surface area and pore volume of the catalysts. The addition of CeO2 decreases the reduction temperature, enhanced the adsorption and activation of H2O, and improved the adsorption content of CO. Besides, active sites were not changed and the number of active sites on catalysts did not increase obviously.
