Abstract :
The gradual increase in the penetration rate of distributed renewable energy has become a new situation. Under the new situation, industrial users with high energy consumption need to make reasonable decisions in electricity and carbon markets while ensuring power quality. This is a real problem that needs to be solved for high energy consumption industrial users. Therefore, we propose a decision model for industrial users participating in electricity and carbon markets considering differentiated power quality based on information gap decision theory (IGDT). Firstly, we analyze the impact of users' installation of distributed renewable energy on their power quality and carbon emissions. Considering the differentiated power quality services in the future electricity market, the carbon emissions when the user chooses different levels of power quality are quantified. Secondly, a decision-making model of industrial users participating in electricity market and carbon market considering differentiated power quality services is established. The objective function is the maximum profit of the user participating in the double market trading performance period. Thirdly, the IGDT theory is used to describe the uncertainty of distributed renewable energy generation, which reduces the decision-making risk of industrial users. Finally, we take a steel production enterprise as an example to analyze. The numerical results show that the proposed model can reduce carbon emissions and obtain maximum benefits for industrial users. The proposed model can realize the coordination and optimization of monthly electricity purchase and carbon quota trading volume. Moreover, it can help industrial users rationally arrange the access capacity of distributed renewable energy devices and select the improved power quality level.

Abstract :
The pollution of the common connection point (CCP) in the power grid is the result of the interaction of multiple harmonic sources. In order to more accurately and fairly divide the harmonic responsibility and harmonic influence of each harmonic source at the CCP, a comprehensive evaluation method considering the user’s harmonic tolerance and grid loss is proposed. Through power flow calculation and correlation analysis, the influence degree of multi-harmonic sources on the common connection point is divided. Considering the degree of harmonic tolerance of general users on the user side and the network loss factors on the grid side, the multi-harmonic source access distribution network is comprehensively evaluated. Combined with the power flow calculation results and the harmonic compatibility level of the distribution network, a comprehensive evaluation index is formulated. This method can objectively evaluate the influence degree of the harmonic source on the distribution network, and has certain guiding significance for the location selection of the harmonic source access to the distribution network, the harmonic responsibility allocation of the multi-harmonic source access to the distribution network, and the subsequent harmonic control. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

Abstract :
In order to suppress microgrid resonance and bus voltage fluctuation and further improve system stability,a novel resonance suppression strategy based on fully reduced order hybrid control algorithm is proposed. The output voltage of LRC is controlled, and the current prediction model is introduced into the inner loop to improve the dynamic response speed of the system and eliminate the PWM modulator and parameter setting,so as to realize the unit of the inner loop of current. The inverse model of the controlled object is constructed in the outer loop to realize the unitization of the voltage outer loop under the control of two-degree-of-freedom. The bus voltage can completely follow the reference voltage and restrain the resonance peak in the voltage transfer function and the bus voltage fluctuation. Finally, the proposed fully reduced order hybrid control algorithm is simulated and verified on Matlab∕Simulink platform. The results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively suppress the DC microgrid resonance and bus voltage fluctuation, and improve the dynamic characteristics and anti-interference ability of the microgrid. © 2024 Science Press. Abstract :

Abstract :
This paper proposes an optimal output synchronization control method for heterogeneous multi -agent systems (HMASs) under a performance -dependent switching topology and DoS attacks. First, local and global switched performance index functions (SPIF) and SPIF-dependent topology switching law are proposed, respectively, thus, the control performance and topology quality can be quantitatively expressed. Second, an adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) algorithm with mode switching is proposed, aimed at dealing with the difficult Hamilton-Jacobi- Bellman equation, as well as the analytical complexity caused by the switching dynamics. The convergence of the switched ADP algorithm is proven to ensure its correct implementation. Then, for different topologies, multi -mode Actor-Critic neural networks (NNs) are built for each agent to calculate optimized control policies and SPIF, respectively. Furthermore, an NNbased state compensation mechanism is designed to expand the applicability of the designed switched ADP algorithm when the leader's output transmission is unreliable. Finally, the results of numerical examples confirm that the proposed method is feasible.

Abstract :
In electric vehicle wireless power transfer (EVWPT) systems, unipolar (UP), bipolar, and multipolar coils produced by different manufacturers are not well compatible with each other, resulting in the interoperability issues. In order to solve this contradiction, a family of self-adaptive interoperable receivers based on multiple decoupled receiving poles is proposed. Based on the two decoupled poles as the receiving coil, the proposed self-adaptive two-pole interoperable receiver can tolerate both the UP transmitting coil and the bipolar (BP) transmitting coil along one direction. On this basis, it is extended to a self-adaptive four-pole interoperable receiver. The four poles are coplanar and decoupled by using four externally decoupling windings. This self-adaptive four-pole receiver can tolerate the UP transmitting coil, the BP transmitting coil along two directions, and the quadrupole (QP) transmitting coil by forming effective equivalent mutual inductances with them, thus achieving interoperability. Moreover, misalignment tolerance is also realized. The experimental results of the two-pole and four-pole proposals show that efficient power transmission can be achieved with various transmitting coils including the UP, BP, and QP transmitting coils, realizing interoperability and misalignment tolerance.

Abstract :
This paper introduces a novel type of coupling coil structure that can be used for wireless charging of consumer electronics. The coupling loop configuration includes an eight-shaped transceiver coil and dual rectangular coils integrated on the printed circuit board (PCB). Moreover, when numerous transmitting coils of this structure are staged in parallel, it can sustain a consistent mutual inductance even when the receiver coil is not aligned, which can efficiently stabilize output power during charging. The article first models three different coil structures based on circuit theory and simulates their electromagnetic fields in commercial software and then performs a comparison among the three types of coils. Finally, it verifies the anti-offset capability of the modified structure through a 25 W wireless power transmission experimental platform. The experimental outcomes are in accordance with the simulation and theoretical analysis, and compared with traditional dual-transmitting coil structures, better overall power transmission efficiency has been achieved. This paper presents an innovative coupling coil structure designed for wireless charging consumer electronics. It showcases an eight-shaped transceiver coil in combination with dual rectangular coils integrated onto a printed circuit board (PCB). When multiple coils of this kind are arranged in parallel, they consistently maintain mutual inductance, ensuring a stable power output even in the case of misalignment of the receiver coil. By examining the results of modeling, simulations, and experiments, the performance of the proposed structure in terms of anti-offset capability is compared with traditional designs.image

Abstract :
As a complex dynamically strongly coupled system, DC distribution system often suffers from voltage collapse due to system resonance. In order to suppress distribution network resonance and bus voltage fluctuation, this paper proposes a hybrid control algorithm to suppress DC distribution system resonance to further enhance DC system stability. In this paper, the output voltage of the line regulation converter (LRC) is the target of the study. A current prediction model is introduced in the inner loop of the converter control, which can enhance the dynamic responsiveness of the system and eliminate the PWM modulator and parameter tuning, achieve the unitization of the inner loop of the current. By constructing the inverse model of the controlled object, the outer voltage loop is unitized under the control of two-degree-of-freedom. The hybrid control enables the bus voltage to follow the reference voltage exactly, which suppresses resonance peaks in the voltage transfer function and reduces bus voltage fluctuations. Finally, the proposed hybrid control algorithm is simulated and verified in MATLAB/Simulink platform. The results show that the control strategy can effectively suppress the resonance and bus voltage fluctuation of the DC distribution system and enhance the dynamic characteristics and anti-interference capability of the distribution network.

Abstract :
Maintaining accurate and fast transient stability is essential for safe operation of the power system. With the development of wide-area measurement system, machine learning-based transient stability assessment has become the trend. However, in realistic application of the power system, the impacts on evaluation rules between critical samples and noncritical samples are different. Thus, an improved cost-sensitive coefficient assignment method based on fault severity is proposed. First, the fault severity of each unstable sample is calculated. Then, the correction coefficient of the loss function of the unstable sample is linearized according to different fault severities. The closer the sample is to the critical case, the higher the cost coefficient is. Finally, the improved cost-sensitive method is combined with the deep learning model and tested in the IEEE-39 bus system. As shown in the results, the improved cost-sensitive method, which gives different correction coefficients to samples according to different fault severities, has better performance.
