Abstract :
页岩是黔东深部锰矿等金属矿体的重要围岩.由于矿体开采导致的复杂应力与地下水重分布条件,矿体顶板页岩失稳灾害频繁发生.研究含水率和加卸载路径影响下页岩力学及声发射特性具有重要意义.开展不同围压与含水率下页岩试样的三轴多级加卸载试验,结合声发射监测,研究了页岩力学及声发射特性,并探究了含水率对页岩强度的影响机理.结果表明:相同含水率与围压下,页岩单调加载下三轴压缩强度大于多级加卸载循环条件;在三轴多级加卸载下,页岩三轴抗压强度随含水率的增加而显著降低;随着含水率和围压的增加,页岩破坏模式由拉伸破坏主导型向剪切破坏主导型转变;含水率越高,页岩的主穿透裂缝越多,声发射b值越大,Felicity比值越低;含水率增加时,矿物溶解和液桥结合力降低等因素综合导致页岩抗压强度降低.研究结论可为黔东深部锰矿等矿体顶板页岩力学参数的确定与声发射破坏前兆的甄别提供支撑.

基于地下水封洞库工程特征与典型洞库工程实例,整理分析大量洞室围岩内部变形、表层变形、波速与锚杆应力等监测数据.结果表明:预埋的多点位移计测点位移主要为0.5~3.0 mm,收敛位移监测值主要为4~8 mm,拱顶沉降监测值主要为3~6 mm,围岩时效变形不明显;围岩变形与爆破开挖有关,当掌子面或后续台阶开挖面接近监测断面时,变形出现陡增;围岩质量越差,开挖面空间效应越不明显.提出洞室围岩损失位移确定方法,发现损失位移占最终收敛位移50%~60%;基于波速变化率提出围岩松弛程度评价指标,发现围岩最大松弛程度约为0.47,松弛深度为1.5 m;洞室围岩锚杆受力普遍较小,锚杆拉应力与围岩变形基本同步变化.

Abstract :
The existence of kaolinite inside the granite joints reduces the direct contact between the jointed rock walls, which is an unfavorable factor for the stability of underground engineering. However, there are limited studies addressing kaolinite-filled granite joints of different filling degrees (the ratio of filling thickness t to the maximum fluctuation height a of the joint surface (t/a)) even to this day, and the shear failure mechanisms of kaolinite-filled joints remain unclear. Direct shear tests of kaolinite-filled joints with different filling degrees are carried out in this study, and the acoustic emission (AE) activities during the shearing are real-timely monitored. The results show that the filling degree has a significant influence on the shear properties and AE characteristics of kaolinite-filled joints. With the increase of the filling degree, the shear stress drop is less significant, and the normal deformation gradually transitions from "first shear contraction and then shear dilation" to "shear contraction", which is accompanied by the weakening of AE signals. The increase in filling degree allows a transition of the joint behavior from the asperity-dominated damage mode to the kaolinite-dominated shear sliding mode. Moreover, the filling degree is correlated with the joint roughness coefficient (JRC) in the form of an exponential function to modify Barton's shear strength criterion. The present study gets insights into the shear failure mechanisms of kaolinite-filled joints with various filling degrees and helps interpret the field observations.

Shale is a common rock type that is associated with underground engineering projects, and several important factors, such as bedding structure, confining pressure, and the loading and unloading path, significantly influence the anisotropy of shale. Triaxial monotonic loading tests and triaxial incremental cyclic loading and unloading tests of shale under three kinds of confining pressures and five types of bedding inclination angles (theta) were thus performed to investigate the anisotropy of shale in terms of mechanical behavior, acoustic emission (AE), and energy evolution, and reveal the mechanism by which shale anisotropy is weakened. The results show that (1) the compressive strength and elastic modulus of shale decrease and then increase as the theta increases, and that both sigma 3 and incremental cyclic loading and unloading reduce the anisotropy in terms of the compressive strength and elastic modulus of shale, with the ratio of plastic strain to total strain reaching its maximum at a theta of 60 degrees during each loading and unloading cycle. (2) The failure modes of shale with theta of 0 degrees, 30 degrees, and 90 degrees under triaxial monotonic loading are similar to the counterparts under triaxial incremental cyclic loading and unloading, while the failure modes of shale with theta of 45 degrees and 60 degrees differ significantly under the two loading conditions, and interestingly, the degree to which the bedding plane participates in shale crack evolution under incremental cyclic loading and unloading is considerably lower than that under triaxial monotonic loading. (3) The cumulative AE count and AE b-value of shale first decrease and then increase as the theta increases, while the Felicity ratio decreases as the number of cycles increases. (4) As the theta increases, the total energy density U0 and the parameter m, which reflects the accumulation rate of elastic energy, first decrease and then increase, with both reaching a minimum at a theta of 60 degrees. (5) The mode by which cyclic loading and unloading leads to failure in shale with a theta of 60 degrees is similar to that at a theta of 0 degrees and is the main mechanism by which shale anisotropy weakening occurs as a result of cyclic loading and unloading. The results provide experimental support and a theoretical basis for safer and more efficient underground engineering projects that involve shale.

总结分析地下水封洞库工程地质特征,综合考虑工程地质勘察与监测信息等已知条件与设计目标、约束条件,提出考虑洞室断面收缩、岩体结构模型与力学参数同步反馈修正的地下水封洞库洞室智能动态设计方法.该方法在初步设计阶段,应用反映场地岩体结构等效特征的岩体离散介质模型构建技术,结合不同模型条件下岩体、结构面力学参数综合确定方法与围岩稳定性、水封性评价指标,并充分利用进化神经网络算法等智能优化方法进行洞室设计;在施工图设计与施工阶段,应用反映开挖区段岩体结构真实特征的岩体离散介质模型动态反馈修正数值模型,并基于多场监测数据开展岩体与结构面力学参数智能反演以进行洞室设计,同时提出洞室断面收缩调整策略.选取浙江某地下水封洞库作为典型案例,分别从两阶段介绍设计方法应用过程与成效,结果表明该方法具有较高可行性与可靠性.

Abstract :
Carbonaceous shale is the common carrier of underground engineering, and its strength assessment and failure behavior prediction are essential for the analysis of engineering stability. Carbonaceous shale naturally contains defects in different forms such as bedding plane and fissures, acting as the potential sources for the crack development and failure. To investigate the shale behaviors in underground engineering, true triaxial compression experiments are performed on transversely isotropic shale samples containing twin fissures, and the mechanical properties and failure characteristics are the main concern. Results show that the strength difference of shales with the same bedding angle under different s(3) directions, respectively, reaches 33.34 MPa and 9.63 MPa, and the strength difference with the same s(3) direction under different bedding angles attains 43.8 MPa and 20.09 MPa. A new mechanism of the "effect of s(1)-defect-coupling-induced fracture" is proposed to interpret the s(1)-dominated crack damage, the fissure-dominated crack damage, and bedding plane effect. For the shale, the shear mechanism is dominated during the initial loading stage, while the tensile mechanism is progressively enhanced as the loading proceeds toward the failure. Moreover, nine crack types and five crack coalescence modes are found in current true triaxial experiments. This study provides the experimental basis for the evaluation of the shale behaviors in response to a truly three-dimensional stress circumstance.

假定岩体随机结构面形状为薄圆盘,为能科学合理估算其平均直径,基于半迹长测线法,在未对分布形式作任何假设的条件下,通过理论推导获得与测线交切半迹长和岩体随机结构面直径之间的普适关系式.为便于工程应用,假设岩体随机结构面直径服从负指数分布,推导出其平均直径和与测线交切平均半迹长的关系式,基于该式提出一种岩体随机结构面平均直径的估算方法.采用岩体随机结构面三维网络模拟技术对此方法进行应用检验,结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确性与较强的工程适用性.

对不同龄期、不同钢纤维掺量的钢纤维/混凝土(SFRC)单轴压缩过程中声发射(AE)和微震(MS)信号进行分析,探究SFRC的声震信号特征及裂纹扩展规律。结果表明:(1) SFRC加载过程中裂纹扩展可分为裂纹压密(I)、裂纹稳定发育(II)、裂纹急速扩展(III)和峰后破坏(IV) 4个阶段;(2)随龄期增加,第I、第II阶段中AE、MS的能率、振率及微观裂纹和细、宏观裂纹的整体扩展速率均逐渐降低;第III、第IV阶段中AE、MS的能率、振率及微观裂纹及细、宏观裂纹的整体扩展速率均逐渐增大;(3)随钢纤维掺量增加,除第I阶段外,其余3个阶段的AE能率和振率、微观裂纹整体扩展速率均逐渐增大;各个阶段的MS能率和振率逐渐减小,MS能量突增点的时间比逐渐增大,表明细、宏观裂纹整体扩展速率降低,破坏时间延迟;(4) SFRC失稳前,AE、MS的能率和振率、MS能量占比均出现明显陡增,可作为SFRC的失稳前兆指标。
