受巯基乙酸钠抑制的铜锌硫硫化矿可浮性规律

Abstract :

通过纯矿物试验,系统考察了巯基乙酸钠对黄铜矿、闪锌矿和黄铁矿可浮性的影响,并研究了丁基黄药、硫酸铜和双氧水对受巯基乙酸钠抑制的三种矿物浮选行为的影响.采用接触角、动电位和红外光谱分析等手段对样品进行分析,深入探讨丁基黄药、硫酸铜和双氧水对受巯基乙酸钠抑制的铜锌硫硫化矿的活化机理.结果表明:对受抑制黄铜矿而言,仅使用丁基黄药就能较好地恢复其可浮性,回收率可达到91.01%,而硫酸铜活化和双氧水氧化对进一步提高可浮性作用较小;受抑制的黄铁矿较黄铜矿更难恢复可浮性,需要经双氧水氧化,然后添加丁基黄药才能使其可浮性有效提高,回收率可达90.22%;受抑制闪锌矿的可浮性最难恢复,而且无论双氧水氧化还是硫酸铜活化均难以恢复其可浮性,其回收率仅不到10%.机理研究表明,丁基黄药通过竞争吸附可恢复黄铜矿表面的疏水性;硫酸铜通过为黄铜矿和黄铁矿表面提供活性位点,促进黄药的吸附;双氧水通过强氧化作用降解巯基乙酸钠,从而利于丁基黄药在黄铜矿和黄铁矿表面的吸附.本研究为受巯基乙酸钠抑制的铜锌硫硫化矿的高效分选提供了理论与技术依据.

Abstract :

This paper presents a treatment process for copper smelter dust's chlorinated leaching solution. Addressing the challenge of separating As and valuable metals from this solution, the process utilized SO2 to reduce As(V) to As(III) and NaOH to neutralize Bi(III), resulting in the stepwise formation of As2O3 and BiOCl. The results indicate that, under optimal conditions, the precipitation ratio of As reached 71.23%, and the Bi precipitation ratio reached 98.38%. Following Bi precipitation, two separation strategies were attempted for the recovery of Cu and Zn. The first strategy involves recovery of Cu using a sulfide precipitation method, followed by the recrystallization of ZnSO4. Under optimal conditions, the Cu precipitation ratio can reach 99.81%. The second strategy involves Cu solvent extraction using Lix984N coupled with Zn solvent extraction using P204. Under appropriate conditions, the Cu extraction rate can achieve 98.59%. A comprehensive assessment indicates that using sulfidation - crystallization to separate Cu and Zn is more economical than employing solvent extraction methods. Consequently, the final process is determined as follows: As removal by SO2 reduction > Bi recovery by NaOH neutralization > Cu recovery by sulfidation precipitation > Zn recovery by crystallization.

Abstract :

With the development of mineral dressing techniques, some sulfide lead-zinc tailings have become valuable because the lead and zinc can be recovered through secondary flotation. However, owing to long-term open storage, the surfaces of lead-zinc sulfide minerals become oxidized, and their floatability is significantly reduced. In this study, the effects of oxidation on the floatability and flotation separation of galena and sphalerite ore of different grain sizes were systematically investigated via microflotation and surface detection analysis techniques. The microflotation results indicated that surface oxidation reduced the floatability of galena and sphalerite and increased the difficulty of flotation separation between them. Within the grain size range, a larger grain size corresponded to a more obvious inhibition effect and more difficult separation of galena and sphalerite after oxidation. This was mainly due to the generation of hydrophilic oxidized substances on the surfaces of the minerals after oxidation, which hindered the adsorption of the collector. Ultrasonic cleaning can remove the oxides on the surface of lead and zinc sulfide ores and restore their floatability, while improving the flotation separation.

Abstract :

To address the challenges associated with the agglomeration and encapsulation of chalcopyrite by molybdenite in flotation slurries, which hinder the effective separation of copper and molybdenum, this study investigated the effects of various dispersants on the dispersion behavior of chalcopyrite and molybdenite, along with the underlying mechanisms. Optical microscopy, focused beam reflectance measurements (FBRM), infrared spectroscopy, zeta potential analysis, and other analytical techniques were employed. The results revealed that the dispersion behaviors of chalcopyrite and molybdenite align with the EDLVO theoretical model. At a slurry pH of 12, the dispersant effectively dispersed molybdenite and minimized its agglomeration around chalcopyrite. The dispersive capabilities of the tested dispersants followed the order: sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) > sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP, (NaPO3)(6)) > sodium silicate (Na2OnSiO(2)) > ammonium bicarbonate (NH4HCO3). Specifically, carbonate ions produced by the hydrolysis of Na2CO3 were chemically adsorbed onto the molybdenite surface, while hexametaphosphate primarily adhered through physical adsorption. This adsorption enhanced the dispersion of molybdenite particles by increasing electrostatic repulsion between them. Mixed ore flotation experiments demonstrated that both Na2CO3 and SHMP significantly reduced the copper grade in the molybdenum concentrate, from 3.95% to 2.69% and 2.67%, respectively.

选用适宜的浮选质量在线监测方法可快速、准确地获取矿浆品位等浮选产品质量信息,从而对浮选状态作出必要的、及时的调整.为了指导相关从业人员科学、准确地选择和运用现有的浮选质量在线监测方法,在系统介绍了不同在线监测方法机理的基础上,逐一回顾了各方法在国内外的应用情况,并对各技术的特点、应用现状及优缺点进行了比较,指出需要结合生产实际环境和精度要求选用合适的监测技术.最后对浮选质量在线监测方法的发展趋势进行了展望.在线监测方法的研发将进一步推动自动化技术在选矿领域的应用,达到稳定生产指标,提高生产效率的目的.

Abstract :

研究了酸反应过程中硫酸质量分数、方解石粒径、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)添加量和动态流体流速对方解石颗粒表观密度的影响.结果表明:硫酸质量分数 1%时,方解石能稳定在低表观密度状态,且方解石粒径越小,表观密度越低;质量浓度 300 mg/L的SDS能够增强方解石表面疏水性,有效增加CO2 气泡在矿物表面的吸附密度和停留时间,延长方解石颗粒的低表观密度时间;动态流体会加速气泡从方解石表面脱附,不利于酸反应过程中降低方解石表观密度,而SDS处理能显著减小这种不利影响.沉降试验结果表明,酸反应能延长方解石颗粒的沉降时间,创造有利分选条件,能通过重选实现方解石与非碳酸盐矿物的分离.

Abstract :

在处理含细泥、高硅有色金属矿物时,常出现沉降速率慢、固液分离难等问题,不利于后续的萃取-电积过程,从而影响生产的正常运转。为解决酸浸矿浆中除硅难的问题,本工作以-2000目(6.5μm)高岭土为原料,探究了细粒高岭土在酸性体系下的絮凝沉降行为。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对高岭土的絮凝性能强于聚乙二醇(PEO)。助凝剂聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(PSS)可以进一步提高絮凝效果,PAM和PEO与100 g/t PSS配合使用时絮凝作用最佳;而单宁酸(TA)的助凝效果不明显;利用聚焦光束反射测量(FBRM)发现,絮凝过程中产生絮团的大小与用药量呈正相关,但絮团越大,抗剪切能力越弱,且絮团的破坏过程是不可逆的;Zeta电位表明,PSS能够有效降低其表面电位,这是高岭土能够在酸性体系下絮凝的主要机理。

我国铅锌尾矿综合利用研究现状及其开发利用意义

Abstract :

我国铅锌浮选尾矿堆存量大,综合利用率低,存在环境污染风险与安全隐患。为推动铅锌尾矿开发利用的技术进步与实践生产,本文系统梳理我国铅锌尾矿资源化利用的研究进展,概述尾矿再选利用与尾矿再加工利用制备水泥、砖、微晶玻璃和胶凝材料等综合利用方法和途径,并重点比较两种方法的优缺点,尾矿再选利用可对其中有价金属提取富集,但成本较高且工艺复杂,且再选后仍存在大量尾矿。而铅锌尾矿中含有硅(Si)、钙(Ca)、铝(Al)和铁(Fe)等氧化矿物可替代黏土、页岩和水泥等原材料通过再加工制备高附加产值的材料,可实现对铅锌尾矿的大量消纳且成本低廉。提出建议提前做好矿区尾矿经济价值评价,以加强对铅锌尾矿的绿色再加工利用,以期实现对矿山尾矿的资源化、无害化和减量化利用。

Abstract :

Lead-zinc tailings in China have large stockpiles and a low comprehensive utilization ratio, which have brought potential environmental pollution risks and safety hazards. This work aims to promote the technology progress and practical production of the development and utilization of lead and zinc tailings. The research progress of resource utilization for lead and zinc tailings was systematically analyzed, and the tailings reselection and tailings reprocessing and utilization to prepare cement, bricks, glass-ceramics, and filling materials were overviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of tailing reselection were compared with those of tailing reprocessing and utilization. Tailings reselection and utilization can extract valuable metals, but with high cost and complicated process, and a large amount of tailings still exist after reselection. In contrast, the lead and zinc tailings themselves contain silicon (Si), calcium (Ca), aluminum (Al) and iron (Fe) and other oxidized minerals, and these oxidized minerals can replace clay, shale and cement and other raw materials through reprocess to prepare high-value-added materials, which can achieve a large number of lead and zinc tailings consumption and low cost. It is proposed that the economic value of mine tailings should be evaluated in advance and the green reprocessing and utilization of lead and zinc tailings should be strengthened to achieve tailings recycling, reuse, and reduction. © 2024 Editorial Board of Geology and Exploration. Arsenic contamination significantly affects the quality of copper concentrates, presenting challenges during smelting processes. Considering that covellite and enargite have similar surface properties, they are difficult to separate by flotation, resulting in copper concentrates with excessive levels of arsenic. To address this issue, this study systematically investigated the flotation separation of covellite and enargite in microflotation and bench-scale flotation tests using calcium lignosulfonate as a depressant, with the results indicating that calcium lignosulfonate can be used to separate covellite and enargite because it enables the separation of arsenic-bearing copper minerals into high- and low-arsenic (As 0.57%) copper concentrates. According to contact angle and adsorption tests, scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the differential adsorption of calcium lignosulfonate onto covellite and enargite is the primary reason for their distinct flotation behaviors in the presence of calcium lignosulfonate. The selective depressive effect of calcium lignosulfonate provides a novel approach for improving the flotation separation of arsenic-bearing minerals from copper sulfide minerals.
