圆钢管掺镍铁渣再生混凝土柱抗震性能及恢复力模型研究

Abstract :

为实现建筑和工业废弃物的再利用,采用镍铁渣代替部分水泥、再生粗骨料代替天然骨料制备镍铁渣再生混凝土(RFC).进一步地,将RFC填入圆钢管中形成钢管掺镍铁渣再生混凝土(RFCFST)柱.对 11 根RFCFST柱进行水平低周往复抗震性能试验研究.试验变量包括再生粗骨料取代率、轴压比、约束水平和剪跨比.试验结果表明,RFCFST柱与传统钢管混凝土柱的破坏模式相似.P-Δ效应会显著降低柱的抗侧能力和变形能力,尤其是在大轴压比和大剪跨比情况下.骨料取代率对RFCFST柱的承载力、变形能力和耗能能力几乎无影响.随着轴压比的增大,柱的变形能力降低,但单圈耗能能力增强.试件的水平承载力和延性随着套箍水平的提高而提高,随着剪跨比的增大而降低.基于试验结果和理论分析,提出了RFCFST柱水平力-位移角恢复力模型.

腹板开六边形与圆形孔的钢梁冲击动力响应对比研究

Abstract :

为了对比不同开孔形式对腹板开孔钢梁抗冲击性能的影响,比较了腹板开六边形与圆形孔的钢梁在孔间距和孔高不同时的等效抗弯刚度,开展了落锤冲击试验和有限元分析.在试验过程中采集了落锤冲击力、位移以及孔周围应变的数据,主要对开孔形式、冲击能量、孔间距、孔高和冲击作用位置进行参数分析.结果表明:相较于圆形腹板开孔钢梁,六边形腹板开孔钢梁在落锤冲击作用下产生变形更大;圆形腹板开孔钢梁的冲击力平台值更大,抵抗冲击作用的能力和能量耗散能力更强;圆形腹板开孔钢梁产生的最大位移为六边形腹板开孔钢梁最大位移的86.49%.有限元数值模型可以较为准确地模拟腹板开孔钢梁在冲击作用下的动力响应.两种腹板开孔钢梁的冲击最不利位置均在距离梁端大约1/4计算长度处.冲击作用在梁端附近产生的位移最小,且受开孔形式的影响较小.

Two-Stage Optimal Design Method for Asymmetric Base-Isolated Structures Subject to Pulse-Type Earthquakes EI

Abstract :

Asymmetric base-isolated structures subjected to severe torsion may suffer further aggravation of their torsional and translational responses under pulse-type earthquakes. To counteract these detrimental impacts, this study introduces a two-stage optimal design method. The first stage involved the application of the NSGA-II algorithm for determining an optimal isolator arrangement—namely, position and category—with the objective of reducing both the maximum interstory rotation of the superstructure and the isolation layer. In the second stage, the inclusion of viscous dampers served to minimize the excessive translational response triggered by pulse-type earthquakes. The influence of these dampers’ positions on the structural response was carefully evaluated. The final application of this optimal design method was demonstrated on an asymmetric base-isolated structure. The results indicated a significant reduction in the translational and torsional responses of the asymmetric base-isolated structure when the two-stage optimal design method was utilized, compared to those of structures designed using traditional conceptual methods. It was found that by installing viscous dampers in the isolation layer along both the x and the y directions—specifically, underneath the mass center of the superstructure (CMS)—the effectiveness of the torsional resistance from the first stage could be effectively maintained. © 2024 by the authors.

Abstract :

为研究钢管再生混凝土柱在冲击荷载作用下的损伤,进行了16根钢管再生混凝土柱的落锤冲击试验。在试验的基础上建立了钢管再生混凝土柱的有限元模型,分析不同冲击速度、冲击质量、截面含钢率对钢管再生混凝土柱损伤程度的影响。通过控制冲击质量与冲击速度,基于损伤因子d_s和弹塑性转角θ,划分损伤评估等级,拟合钢管再生混凝土柱损伤评估曲线。结果表明:建立的有限元模型能很好地吻合落锤冲击试验的结果,最大误差不超过10%;冲击过程中跨中挠度峰值出现时间远远滞后于冲击力峰值出现的时间,冲量是动量的1.23倍;随着冲击速度的增加,跨中挠度呈抛物线形的增长趋势,冲击质量增加对冲击力峰值影响较小,但对跨中挠度有较大影响,随着截面含钢率的增加,构件的耗能几乎稳定在90%附近;从损伤曲线图可以快速判断钢管再生混凝土柱的整体损伤情况及局部损伤情况。

Abstract :

To study the effects of the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate (R C A) and eccentricity on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate concrete with ferronickel slag filled circular steel tube columns, 13 specimens were designed for axial and eccentric compression tests, and load-mid-span deflection curve, lateral deflection curve, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation were analyzed. Based on the research results of ordinary concrete filled steel tube (CFST) column, the prediction formula for the compression-bending capacity of recycled CFST is regressed. Results show that the deflection shape of the biased specimen conforms to the sinusoidal half wave curve. The position of the neutral axis of the cross section deviates to the compression zone during loading. When the replacement rate exceeds 30%, with the increase of R C A replacement rate, the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen decreases, the stiffness degrades more,and the energy dissipation coefficient of the specimen decreases. With the increase of eccentricity,the ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen decreases,the envelops area of the lateral deflection curve increases gradually,and the stiffness degenerates more. The values calculated by the fitting formulas are in good agreement with the experimental results. © 2024 Xi'an Jiaotong University. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

To study the damage of a recycled aggregate concrete filled-steel tubular (RACFST) column under impact load, 16 RACFST columns were subjected to drop hammer impact tests. Based on the test, a finite element model of RACFST was established to analyze the influence of different impact velocity, impact mass and section steel content on the damage degree of the RACFST columns. By controlling impact mass and impact velocity, damage assessment grades were divided based on damage factor d^ and elastic-plastic angle 0, and the damage assessment curves of the RACFST columns were fit by simulation. The results show that the difference between FEM results and experimental results is less than 10%, and the former can reflect the change of the latter. The peak time of mid-span deflection in the impact process lagged far behind the peak time of impact force, and impulse is 1. 23 times of momentum. With the increase of impact velocity, the mid-span deflection increases in a parabolic trend. The increase of impact mass has little effect on the peak of impact force but has great effect on the mid-span deflection. With the increase of steel content in the section, the energy consumption of the member almost stabilizes around 90% . The overall damage and local damage of the RACFST columns could be quickly judged from the damage curve. © 2024 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society. All rights reserved.

Abstract :

为了研究再生粗骨料取代率和偏心距对圆钢管再生镍铁渣混凝土柱力学性能的影响,设计了13个试件进行轴心和偏心受压试验,分析试件的荷载-跨中挠度曲线、侧向挠度曲线、刚度退化和耗能。在普通钢管混凝土的研究结果基础上,回归拟合适用于钢管再生混凝土的压弯承载力预测公式。结果表明:偏压试件的挠度沿柱高呈对称分布,形状符合正弦半波曲线;加载过程中截面中性轴的位置向受压区偏移,表明受压区面积逐渐缩小,受压区高度减小;当取代率超过30%后,随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,试件的极限承载力降低,刚度逐渐退化,试件破坏时的耗能系数表现为降低的趋势;随着偏心距的增大,试件的极限承载力降低,侧向挠度曲线的包络面积逐渐增大,刚度逐渐退化;根据拟合的压弯承载力计算公式得到的计算值与试验结果吻合较好。

Abstract :

In order to study the impact resistance of recycled concrete columns of steel tubular with nickel iron slag, 11 specimens of recycled concrete columns of round steel tubes are designed with coarse aggregate substitution rate, axial compression ratio, weight of drop weight and impact energy as the changing parameters. The influence of axial compression ratio, coarse aggregate substitution rate, impact energy and drop weight steel tube on the lateral impact performance of recycled concrete column is studied. The results show that the impact resistance of recycled concrete filled steel tube column is good, and the energy absorption rate is basically constant at about 67%. Compared with the replacement rate of 0%, the mid-span deflection of the specimen decreased by 8.9% on average when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30%. The replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 70%, and the mid-span deflection of the specimen decreases by 11.4% on average. With the increase of impact energy, the mid-span residual displacement increases significantly. When the axial compression ratio is less than 0~0.4, the axial force can improve the impact resistance of recycled concrete filled steel tube. The drop weight increases from 330 kg to 430 kg, and the impact duration increases by 16%. Abstract :

为研究掺镍铁渣钢管再生混凝土柱抗冲击性能,以粗骨料替代率、轴压比、落锤质量及冲击能量为变化参数,设计并制作了11根圆钢管再生混凝土柱。通过落锤冲击试验,得到了试件的破坏形态、位移时程曲线及冲击力时程曲线,研究了轴压比、粗骨料取代率、冲击能量和落锤质量对钢管再生混凝土柱侧向冲击性能的影响。结果表明:钢管再生混凝土柱抗冲击性能良好,能量吸收率基本恒定在67%左右;与取代率为0%相比,再生粗骨料取代率为30%时,试件跨中挠度平均降低8.9%;再生粗骨料取代率为70%时,试件跨中挠度平均降低11.4%;随着冲击能量的增加,试件跨中残余位移显著增大;轴压比在0~0.4以内,轴向力对钢管再生混凝土抗冲击性能有提高作用;落锤质量由330 kg增加至430 kg,冲击持续时间增加16%;套箍系数增大,跨中挠度减小。
