Abstract :
本发明涉及一种可抗炎促进骨缺损修复的仿生骨组织工程支架制备方法,通过熔融沉积3D打印技术和表面涂层的方式制备聚多巴胺‑聚乳酸支架,再将甲基丙烯酸化明胶预聚物、黑磷纳米片溶液和羰基锰甲醇混合溶液注入支架,经过紫外光交联后得到仿生多功能骨组织工程支架。将3D打印技术引入骨组织工程支架领域,利于仿生骨组织的密质骨‑松质骨的微观结构,实现支架的多层次结构仿生。黑磷纳米片的加入提高了黑磷在缺损部位利用生物矿化作用加强磷酸钙的均匀分布,加强诱导骨形成的能力。羰基锰的引入可与骨缺损部位酸性微环境中的过氧化氢发生反应形成一氧化碳气体,实现对炎症的气体治疗。

Abstract :
The solids circulation behaviour in a circulating fluidized bed with a concentric annular feeder (a-CFB) was investigated, with a focus on the effect of the entrance structure design and gas flow rates in the riser and the annular region on the solids circulation rate. The pressure drop in the annular region was found to be strongly correlated to the entrance region configuration and solids circulation rate for a given type of particles. Based on a systematic experimental study of the riser bottom configuration and operating parameters on solids circulation rate of the a-CFB, a new method was proposed for in-situ monitoring solids circulation rate based on the measurement of pressure drop in the annular region of the a-CFB.

Abstract :
Flow regime transition between dilute pneumatic conveying and fast fluidization is identified for two Geldart A particles and four Geldart B particles in a novel gas-solid fluidization system configuration without exit restrictions. The results indicate that both saturation carrying capacity G(s)* and saturated solid fraction epsilon(s, ch) strongly depend on superficial gas velocity and particle properties. Based on data from this study and literature, improved correlations for estimating G(s)* and epsilon(s, ch) were developed. The correlations predictions agreed much better with experimental data than previously reported correlations. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

本发明涉及一种均匀进料式循环流化床反应器,包括炉膛、导流筒、旋风分离器、伴床、出料管、下降管及返料管,炉膛内部经由布风板分隔成进风腔室和反应腔室,进风腔室中部竖直穿设有用以向上输送提升风的提升风输送管,进风腔室的侧壁设有流化风输入口;导流筒呈锥形状且设于反应腔室的下端,导流筒的下端口位于提升风输送管的正上方,导流筒的上端进口经由出料管与旋风分离器的输入口相连接,旋风分离器的下端出口连接伴床,所述伴床和下降管连接,下降管与返料管的一端相连接,返料管的另一端与反应腔室的下端相连接。本发明通过在炉膛内增加中心管和导流筒,使床内截面上固体颗粒混合更加均匀、气固两相接触时间更多,且能够稳定运行。

本实用新型提供一种多相流化系统中颗粒循环速率的控制阀,包括阀体及设置于阀体上部与阀体内腔连通的立管,阀体中部设置有由阀体上部插入阀体内能上下移动的隔板,隔板侧部外沿与阀体内壁贴合且隔板底部与阀体内腔之间留有间隙,阀体左侧上部设有与阀体内腔连通斜向下方延伸的返料管,返料管与隔板之间具有由阀体下部插入阀体内的溢流板,溢流板侧部外沿与阀体内壁贴合,溢流板上端与阀体之间留有间隙,阀体下方具有向控制阀本体吹气的第一风管,阀体底部具有以让第一风管的气流均布的气体分布板,气体分布板上表面具有防止颗粒掉落的筛网,本实用新型结构简单通过隔板、溢流板、第一风管、通风管及第二风管的调节作用,以达到对气固流化系统中控制固体颗粒循环速率的目的。

Gas-liquid-solid packed bed reactors or trickle-bed reactors (TBRs) have been widely employed in various industrial applications such as hydrocracking, selective hydrogenation process of gas oil, wastewater treatment and so on. Since the multiphase flow in TBRs is complex, uniform liquid distribution can hardly be obtained. The liquid coverage on particles at various locations in the bed affects the overall reactor performance. In this work, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations with a volume of fluid (VOF) model were employed to investigate liquid mal-distribution at the micro-level in a packed bed reactor. In this study, two different parameters (the local liquid coverage (H-L) and local liquid holdup (h(L))) were employed to describe liquid distribution on individual particles. The liquid distribution at different particle layers was investigated. The results revealed that the distributions for local liquid coverage and local liquid holdup were similar. The wetting efficiency and the liquid residence time decreased with increasing the voidage. In a packed bed with cylindrical particles, the capillary effect cannot be ignored in smaller channels formed between the particles, leading to higher flow resistance. It was also found that the wetting efficiency and liquid film thickness increased with an increase in the liquid velocity. Both wetting efficiency and the time required to reach steady state decreased when increasing the contact angle. The flow on particle surface could change from rivulet to film as the liquid density decreased. The newly unveiled information of local liquid holdup distribution could significantly advance the understanding of gas-liquid flow hysteresis inside packed beds, based on which the reactor performance can be further improved. The void size distribution inside a packed bed is one of the most important parameters affecting the reactor performance. The non-uniform distribution of material and energy flows can be avoided by a reasonable arrangement of the void size distribution. In this work, the void size distributions in a packed bed with structured and random packing were investigated through both theoretical calculations and statistical analysis of experimental results to characterize the bed voids between the particles. In theoretical analysis, the equivalent diameters of voids at different two-dimensional layers in a packed bed with three types of structured packing were first calculated, and then the wax replacement method was adopted to measure the voids inside a randomly packed bed. Different two-dimensional layers of the bed were sliced and photographed for further analysis. The effects of particle size, shape, and packing method were investigated, and the results showed that the relative void size (void size/particle size) was not affected by the particle size. In contrast, the particle shape, which can be represented by particle sphericity, significantly affected the void size distribution. A more flat void size distribution curve was obtained for particles with sphericity close to unity. A new correlation was established based on statistical analysis of the experimental data to account for the void size distribution. This new correlation was validated by predicting the pressure drop of a packed bed and the results of comparison showed good agreement with experimental results.
