Abstract :

该文以生物质材料作为原料制备了单组分膨胀型阻燃剂,并将其加入聚乳酸中制备了复合材料。实验结果表明,该阻燃剂能够显著提高聚乳酸的阻燃性能和抗熔滴性能,且热稳定性良好。该实验涉及高分子材料配方设计、成型加工、性能测试、结构表征等专业知识,可使学生掌握高分子材料阻燃机理,熟练使用相关仪器设备进行测试与分析,有利于他们提高综合运用知识的能力,并针对高分子材料与工程领域的复杂工程问题设计解决方案。

Preparation of clay-supported sodium benzoate and its effect on the rheology, crystallization and foaming of long chain branched polypropylene SCIE

Abstract :

The foaming of PP has encountered challenges because of its low melt strength and semi-crystalline characteristics. Introducing long chain branching (LCB) onto the PP backbone and the addition of particles as cell nucleating agent are the commonly used methods to improve the cell structure of PP foams. In this paper, clay-supported sodium benzoate (NaB-OMMT) was prepared from Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) via the partial ion exchange reaction with surfactant and subsequent reaction with benzoic acid. The as prepared NaB-OMMTs were then applied to prepare LCBPP/NaB-OMMT nanocomposites and their foams. The dispersion state of clay, crystallization behaviors and rheological properties of the nanocomposites, as well as the cell structure and compression properties of the foams were investigated. The results show that clay layers are mostly exfoliated in the nanocomposites with low NaB-OMMT content, while intercalated layers dominant with the content reaches 2% or higher. The melting temperature of the nanocomposites decreases and the crystallinity increases, while the spherulite size decreases compared to LCBPP. The melt viscosity and elasticity of nanocomposites increase significantly when the content of NaB-OMMT reaches 2% or higher. LCBPP/ NaB-OMMT nanocomposites foams exhibit higher cell density, smaller cell size and its standard deviation. Therein, the foam with 1% of NaB-OMMT shows the maximum cell density and the minimum cell size. It is concluded that the cell structure of the foam is highly dependent on the content, dispersion state and structure of the cell nucleating agent. When NaB is supported on well dispersed and exfoliated clay layers, the cell nucleation efficiency is significantly enhanced. The compression properties of the foams depend on their cell structures and exhibit the similar variation trend with the latter with the content of NaB-OMMT increasing.

本文以“双一流”建设为背景,以《高分子化学实验》课程为研究对象,并结合多年的教学实践经验,简要介绍了在教学过程中所遇到的一些问题。基于“双一流”建设对创新人才培养的理念,我们提出了相应的教学改革措施,涉及到实验课程的教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式等方面。这些措施旨在培养和提高学生的学习主动性和创新能力,从而推进《高分子化学实验》课程的建设。

Abstract :

Long chain branched polypropylene/clay-supported calcium pimelate (LCBPP/CaHA-OMMT) composites and their foams were prepared using self-made CaHA-OMMTs. The CaHA-OMMT showed high beta-nucleation efficiency, especially that with larger initial interlayer distance could induce 89% of beta crystal in LCBPP with a dosage of 0.5%. Clay layers were mostly exfoliated in the composites with low CaHA-OMMT content, while intercalated structure was dominant and agglomeration occurred when the content of CaHA-OMMT was higher than 2%. The composite foams were prepared with improved compression molding. The cell structure of the composite foams is improved, that is, the density, cell size, and cell size distribution decreased, and the cell density increased compared with that of LCBPP foam. The minimum average cell size of LCBPP/CaHA-OMMT foams was 77 mu m and the maximum cell density was 2.8 x 10(6) cells/cm(3) with the CaHA-OMMT content of 2%. It is concluded that there are two requirements for high nucleation efficiency: the CaHA was supported on OMMT layers, and the OMMT platelets were dispersed well and exfoliated. The compression properties of the composite foams, including compression modulus, energy absorption density and failure strength increased first and then decreased with the increase of CaHA-OMMT content.

Two new model complexes related to the [FeFe]-hydrogenase active site (mu-SCH2CCCH2Cl)(2)Fe-2(CO)(6) (1) and (mu-SC2H5)(mu-SCH2CCCH2Cl)Fe-2(CO)(6) (2) were obtained by treating (mu-LiS)(2)Fe-2(CO)(6) with 1, 4-dichloro-2-butyne. By controllable CO displacement of 1 or 2 with PPh3, mono- and di-substituted complexes, namely [mu-SCH2CCCH2Cl)(2)Fe-2(CO2)(6-x)(PPh3)(x)] (3, X = 1; 5, X = 2), and [(mu-SC2H5)(mu-SCH2CCCH2Cl)Fe-2(CO)(6-x)(PPh3)(x)] (4, X = 1; 6, X = 2) could be prepared in moderate yields. Treatment of 1 or 2 with bis(diphenylphosphino) ethane (dppe) afforded a double butterfly complex [(mu-SCH2CCCH2Cl)(2)Fe-2(CO)(5)](2) (mu-dppe) (7) and (mu-SC2H5)(mu-SCH2CCCH2Cl)Fe-2(CO)(5)](2) (1-dppe) (8), respectively. These molecular structures were characterized by FT-IR, H-1, P-31 NMR spectra and the molecular structures of complexes 1, 3, 6 and 8 were determined by single crystal X-ray analyses. The electrochemistry of 1-8 was studied and the electrocatalytic property of 1 was investigated for proton reduction in the presence of acetic acid.

Abstract :

Three new phosphine disubstituted derivatives of [2Fe2S] model complexes with pendant pyridine family, [(mu-SEt)(mu-SCH2C6H4N)Fe-2(CO)(4)(L)(2)] (2, L = PPh3; 3, L = dppm; 4, L = PMe3), have been synthesized and the molecular structure of 2 was determinated by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. They were all characterized by MS, FT-IR, P-31 and H-1 NMR spectra and their electrochemical behaviors were also conducted. The protonation of complex 4 with HBF4 center dot Et2O was also investigated by FT-IR, P-31 and H-1 NMR spectroscopies at variable temperature, which reveals the formations of both bridging and terminal hydride intermediates.
