Abstract ：
To promote the anti-ageing performance of asphalt, layered double hydroxides (LDHs) modified by propyl trimethoxylsilane (MPMS) was prepared and applied to modify asphalt. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that MPMS was chemically-grafted on the surface of LDHs. The interaction between LDHs and asphalt was significantly enhanced after MPMS organic modification, and MPMS organic LDHs (OMLDHs) exhibited better compatibility in asphalt. OMLDHs and LDHs could enhance the high-temperature properties of asphalt, particularly OMLDHs. After ageing, the properties and structure of asphalt were dramatically degenerated. The incorporation of LDHs could inhibit the oxygenic groups increase in asphalt molecules during ageing, and retard the gelatinization of colloidal structures. LDHs could alleviate the negative effect of ageing on asphalt, and improve the anti-ageing performance of asphalt. The improvement effectiveness of LDHs on the anti-ageing performance of asphalt was remarkably improved after MPMS modification.

乡村产业振兴离不开农业科技创新的支撑和驱动,乡村产业振兴对农业科技创新也具有正向促进作用,两者相互促进构成交互作用关系.基于福建省2005～2020年数据实证分析农业科技创新与乡村产业振兴的交互作用关系,结果表明:农业科技创新可以显著驱动乡村产业振兴,但乡村产业发展对农业科技提升的带动效果未能得到很好的发挥.为此,在农业科技创新层面,应健全农业科技原始创新保障机制,提升乡村产业竞争力;加速农业科技创新成果快速转化应用,促进乡村产业链延伸和结构优化;强化农业科技协同创新机制建设,实现乡村产业融合发展;加快农业科技成果推广应用,催生乡村产业新模式、新业态发展;加强农业科技创新人才队伍建设,发挥乡村产业振兴主力军作用.在乡村产业振兴层面,应以乡村产业振兴新要求,激发农业科技创新新动力;以乡村产业载体创新为依托,营造农业科技创新环境.

Two organic layered double hydroxides (LDHs) were synthesized and utilized to enhance the anti-aging property of bitumen. Fourier infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction showed that sodium dodecyl sulfate was inter-calated into the interlayers of LDHs (I-LDHs), and gamma-(2,3-Epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxy silane was chemically grafted onto the surface of LDHs (S-LDHs). Compared with LDHs, organic LDHs possessed better compatibility and organic LDHs modified bitumen exhibited better performance in high-temperature regions, especially S-LDHs. After aging, the rheological properties dramatically deteriorated. The content of aromatic in bitumen evidently decreased, and the asphaltene noteworthy increased, the colloid structure verged on the gel system. The incorporation of LDHs could relieve the damage of aging on the rheological properties and colloid structure, and strengthen the anti-aging property of bitumen. Moreover, the consequence of LDHs had been further enhanced obviously after organic modification, and S-LDHs exhibited more excellent performance compared with I-LDHs.

3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane surface organic layered double hydroxides (OLDHs) was prepared and applied to improve the ultraviolet aging resistance of bitumen. X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS) showed that 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane has been chemically introduced on the surface of LDHs, which resulted in the decrease of hydroxide radical and the introduction of organic groups on the surface of LDHs. Compared with LDHs, the particle agglomeration of OLDHs obviously diminished, the hydrophilia of OLDHs has been decreased obviously, which was beneficial to improve the compatibility of OLDHs in bitumen. After ultraviolet aging, bitumen became hard and brittle, aromatic obviously decreased, and asphaltene observably increased, the physical and rheological properties of bitumen seriously deteriorated. The introduction of LDHs could inhibit the impact of ultraviolet aging on the performance, chemical structure and chemical constituents of bitumen, and improve the ultraviolet aging resistance of bitumen, the improvement of LDHs was further enhanced significantly after 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane surface organic modification. 收集和整理了1998-2017年省级面板数据,基于合成控制法实证研究福建自由贸易试验区设立的消费拉动及其动态效应.结果 表明,如果没有设立自由贸易试验区,福建省2015-2017年的年均居民消费水平为21728.07元,而实际的年均居民消费水平则为23384.02元,可见福建自由贸易试验区的政策溢出效应平均每年约为1655.95元,年均溢出率为7.62％.此外,稳健性检验的结果在统计意义上也较显著,证实福建自由贸易试验区对区域内居民消费水平提升产生了积极作用.最后在实证分析的基础上给出相应的政策建议.

Isobutyltriethoxysilane surface organic grafted layered double hydroxide (OLDH) was prepared and utilized to improve the ultraviolet aging resistance of bitumen. The results of Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and Static contact angle showed that isobutyltriethoxysilane has been grafted on the surface of LDH and the hydrophilic property of OLDH was observably weakened. The storage stability test indicated that OLDH had better compatibility and stability in bitumen compared with LDH, which was due to the decrease of hydroxyl and the introduction of organic group on the surface of LDH after isobutyltriethoxysilane organic grafting modification. Furthermore, OLDH modified bitumen showed more excellent high-temperature behavior than that of LDH modified bitumen. After ultraviolet aging, the performance of bitumen seriously deteriorated and the colloid stability notably decreased. Comparing with LDH, OLDH exhibited better in inhibiting the performance deterioration and gelefication of bitumen after ultraviolet aging, which implied that isobutyltriethoxysilane surface organic grafting modification was beneficial to strengthen the improvement of LDH on the ultraviolet aging resistance of bitumen. 强省会并不是造成城乡收入差距的长期原因,单就区域均衡性发展而言,省会首位度的扩大可能会挤压其他城市的发展空间,但是对整个省域而言,适时的"强省会战略"在一定程度上反而有助于本省的城乡收入差距减小.其可能的内在机制是省会城市的"虹吸效应"和"溢出效应"在不同阶段呈现出不同的强弱关系,由此导致不同发展阶段的省会城市具有不同的总体效应,从而对区域内的收入分配结果产生截然不同的影响.
