Abstract :
我国现行公路桥梁养护规范体系没有对保证结构达到预期寿命做出相应的规定,这使得在役桥梁的实际使用寿命往往明显低于其设计使用年限.为研究在役公路混凝土梁桥寿命期的养护优化策略,以保证结构实际使用寿命不低于其设计使用年限,将桥梁养护措施划分为预防性养护和纠正性养护两大类.考虑影响养护决策的各随机因素,以寿命期总养护活动成本最小作为优化目标,提出在役公路混凝土梁桥寿命期养护优化决策的数学模型,通过调查统计福建省内81座公路混凝土梁桥的历史养护记录数据,确定了各随机变量的统计特征值.以福建省内某在役公路混凝土梁桥作为分析案例,利用Matlab软件的遗传算法进行养护策略优化分析,得到了该桥在设计使用年限内混凝土主梁和桥墩的最佳养护时间和养护方法.案例分析结果表明,在役混凝土梁桥寿命期总养护成本与其使用寿命和结构性能均不成正相关关系;仅通过预防性养护,混凝土梁桥不能满足在设计使用年限内结构安全的要求;在满足桥梁设计使用年限和最低性能的双重约束条件下,采用预防性与纠正性养护组合的综合养护优化策略对应的寿命期养护成本为最小;在桥梁结构性能指标接近最低限值时进行纠正性养护,也可使寿命期总养护成本显著减小.

Abstract :
In this study, an experimentally validated spatial analysis method for the vehicle-bridge interaction system was modified to include the features of vehicle braking and accelerating. The effect of braking or accelerating was considered as external force acting on the vehicular center of gravity and was quasi-statically distributed to every tandem, for which the formulae of load redistribution were derived. The effect of centrifugal force was also incorporated in the model. Based on the modified spatial analysis method, the dynamic responses of a three-span continuous concrete box girder bridge due to vehicle braking and accelerating were studied. Impact factors, including deflection, bending moment, torsional moment and shear force, were examined. The results show that vehicle braking has considerable effect on dynamic responses and the impact factors are related to braking rise time and braking position, but cases of vehicle braking do not always cause larger effects. While the increase in initial speed can produce higher maximum dynamic responses and corresponding impact factors, the dynamic responses in the first span of a multi-span bridge are smaller than those in other spans due to vehicle accelerating.

Seven self-compacting concrete short column specimens with 500 MPa reinforced bars were tested under eccentric compression load to investigate the mechanical behaviors and the co-working performance between high-strength steel bars and self-compacting concrete. The experimental results indicate that the 500 MPa steel bars can work well with self-compacting concrete, and the average axial strains of the specimens basically agree with the assumption of plane section under the whole process of eccentric compression loading. Finite element (FE) models for the eccentrically compressed short columns were built by ABAQUS software, and the FE models were verified by the test results. Furthermore, numerical analysis was carried out to study the influence of strength of self-compacting concrete, initial eccentricity and ratio of longitudinal reinforcement. The results show that normal section bearing capacities of eccentrically compressed self-compacting concrete short columns with 500 MPa reinforced bars can be calculated according to the current Chinese code. Moreover, the design strength of 500 MPa steel bars are suggested as fsd= fsd'=420 MPa, and partial coefficient of the material is suggested as γs=1.2. © 2018, Engineering Mechanics Press. Abstract :
为研究界面剂对新旧混凝土界面粘结强度的影响及其粘结机理,进行未涂刷界面剂与涂刷水泥净浆、掺10%粉煤灰水泥浆、掺10%U型膨胀剂水泥浆、掺10%丁苯乳液水泥浆等5组Z形试件的直剪试验,测定各试件新旧混凝土界面的剪切强度;同时,采用显微硬度仪与扫描电子显微镜,分析界面过渡区的显微硬度值分布规律、微观结构形貌以及水化产物种类与分布特征.试验结果表明,新旧混凝土界面为薄弱区域,涂刷合适的界面剂可优化孔结构,改善界面密实度,增大新旧混凝土在微观层面上的机械咬合作用.此外,常用的4种界面剂中,水泥净浆和掺U型膨胀剂水泥浆的性价比相对较高.

新旧混凝土黏结面的剪切强度是衡量黏结性能的重要指标.采用Z形直剪试验,分析新、旧混凝土强度、粗糙度、界面剂以及黏结龄期对剪切强度的影响,根据试验结果建议实际工程中新混凝土应较旧混凝土强度等级提高一级,粗糙度宜处理至4~6 mm,水泥净浆或掺U型膨胀剂水泥浆作为界面剂较为经济实用,加固黏结期应注重养护,90 d内避免过大荷载.对212组试验结果进行多元回归分析,提出剪切强度改进计算公式,该公式较已有理论公式与试验结果的吻合度更高且离散性更小,可供混凝土加固设计计算时参考采用.

Abstract :
The greatly increasing vehicle amount results in the increasing probability of vehicles on bridge while earthquake arises. In order to investigate the impact of moving vehicles on the seismic response characteristics of highway continuous girder bridge, a 3×40 m continuous T-shaped girder bridge and a motorcade of super-20 were involved in the study. Based on the force and geometric compatibility condition at the contact points of the vehicle-bridge system, a methodology for analyzing the vehicle-bridge-earthquake (VBE) interaction system was first developed. Then the motorcade was modeled as a series of multi-DOFs axial loading vehicles incorporating the vehicle dynamic effects. A numerical program was developed by APDL language of ANSYS, and hereby a comprehensive parametric study was conducted to investigate the effects of moving vehicular loadings on the seismic responses of the bridge under small to moderate level three-directional ground motion input. The results show that under the action of the three-directional typical seismic records, the seismic responses on pier moments and bearing displacements of the continuous beam bridge are significantly influenced by the moving vehicles, whereas the degree of impact is directly related to the vehicle speed, the tire stiffness and the pier's height. The longitudinal pier moment and bearing displacement will decrease as the number of lateral loading lanes increase. However on the contrary, the concurrent lateral pier moment and bearing displacement will increase with increasing of loading lanes, but the ratio of change will decrease. The effects of moving vehicles on seismic responses of the bridge fluctuate with changing of the vehicle speeds and tandem weights. However the road surface roughness has little impact on the bridge seismic response. 采用经试验验证的数值模拟方法对大量不同跨度、半径、支承类型和截面形式的混凝土连续曲线箱梁桥进行分析,讨论了各种不平度等级下冲击系数与圆心角、弯扭刚度比、综合影响系数和竖向弯曲振动基频之间的参数相关性,计算了对应的相关系数.结果表明:当不平度等级从A级变化到D级时,除中跨跨中的内力冲击系数外,主梁的弯矩、扭矩、剪力、挠度和反力冲击系数与竖向弯曲振动基频、圆心角和综合影响系数均呈负相关,而与弯扭刚度比则呈正相关;各项内力、挠度和支座反力的冲击系数与结构竖弯基频的相关性最大,且受不平度等级变化的影响较小.

把车辆和桥梁看作两个分离的系统,运用虚功原理和模态叠加法建立车辆和桥梁的振动方程,在车轮和桥梁随时间变化的接触点处保持接触力和位移的协调,并运用迭代技术进行求解,采用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS实现斜交梁桥车桥耦合振动的方法分析.分别以混凝土简支和连续斜交梁桥为分析对象,研究桥面不平度、车辆行驶速度、车辆加载位置和斜交角对桥梁冲击效应的影响.结果表明:车辆荷载对斜交梁桥的冲击效应随桥梁斜交角增大而减小;车辆对斜交梁桥的冲击效应与车速之间存在至少一个由车速控制的共振车速点;桥面不平度对桥梁冲击系数的影响很大,随桥面不平度等级的降低,车辆对桥梁的冲击效应显著提高.简支斜交梁桥在车辆荷载作用下跨中截面的动载挠度小于连续斜交梁桥;而连续斜交梁桥在车辆荷载作用下的冲击效应幅值略小于简支斜梁桥.

为探讨静止车辆对公路连续梁桥地震反应特性的影响,以3×40m的连续T梁桥和汽车超-20级车队为研究对象,借助ANSYS软件建立静止车辆作用下的连续梁桥地震反应分析模型,并以典型实测地震动作为外部激励,采用线性时程分析方法计算静止车辆作用下的横向加载车道数、车辆轴重、轮胎刚度、墩高、不同地震波和地震动强度等因素对连续梁桥地震反应.分析结果表明:静止车辆对不同地震波作用下的连续梁桥地震反应均有一定放大作用,特别是对墩柱较矮的连续梁桥地震反应的影响更为明显,且其影响程度随横向加载车道数和车辆轴重的增加而逐渐增大,但轮胎刚度的改变对静止车辆作用下的桥梁地震反应影响很小.

Abstract :
An ANSYS-based spatial approach of analysis is proposed for the bridge-vehicle interaction to investigate the dynamic responses of a curved concrete box girder bridge and vehicles. The governing equations of a vehicle model with twelve-degrees-of-freedom (12DOF) are derived from the energy method using the Lagrange equation of motion. Both the bridge and the vehicle system are discretized adopting element type BEAM44, MASS21 and COMBIN14 in the ANSYS program. The interaction forces between the vehicle and bridge are deduced considering the road surface roughness and its velocity term based on the compatibility conditions of the contact points, and detailed formula are presented. The separate iterative algorithm is developed to solve the vehicle-bridge interaction problem. A three-axle cargo truck and a dual-cell box girder curved overpass bridge are chosen for both numerical and field test analysis. The dynamic properties and the dynamic responses of the bridge are both obtained from the numerical and experiment way, and the results agree well with each other by comparison. It's indicated that the procedures presented in this paper can be taken for the further vibration analysis study of curved concrete box girder bridges. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications.
