Abstract :
为了探讨零售商履行企业社会责任(CSR)情形下制造商分批发售策略对绿色供应链运营决策的影响,将绿色产品在首发市场中的零售价格作为非首发市场中消费者的参照价格,构建制造商主导的Stackelberg博弈模型,并给出了制造商采取不同发售策略的边界条件.在此基础上,将模型拓展到考虑制造商边际成本、区域市场潜在需求不对称和响应性决策的情形.结果表明,当制造商具备事前决策能力时,分批发售策略能够提高产品需求总量、产品绿色度和渠道成员利润;但是,当制造商只能进行响应性决策时,分批发售策略不一定是有利的.制造商在不同区域市场中的边际成本差异、区域市场潜在需求差异、消费者参照价格效用系数和零售商CSR水平的变化都会影响分批发售策略的实施效果,甚至改变制造商对不同分批发售次序的偏好.所得结论可以为制造商制定最优发售策略提供决策参考.

Abstract :
为了探讨技术效率不确定对绿色供应链成员决策的影响,构建一个由技术服务商、制造商以及零售商组成的供应链模型.研究结果表明:①如果制造商不具备自主创新条件,在研发效率较高时,制造商才会购买技术;如果制造商具备自主创新条件,在绿色技术平均水平和研发效率都较低或者适中时,制造商将选择购买技术,否则将选择自主创新;而且,购买技术策略在一定条件下能更好地应对技术效率不确定的影响.②在自主创新策略下,绿色技术平均水平的提高,将使制造商绿色水平增加,对制造商和零售商有积极作用.绿色技术波动程度与风险规避程度的提高,则会对制造商和零售商造成不利影响.③在购买技术策略下,风险规避程度、绿色技术平均水平与波动程度对技术服务商与零售商有正向影响,但是对制造商可能产生负面影响.

Abstract :
为了探讨政府对消费者补贴的长期影响以及渠道成员的应对策略,构建了由一个产能约束的供应商和一个绿色制造商构成的两期绿色供应链模型。研究发现:一致性定价策略下,政府补贴不仅会导致产品绿色度的下降,而且会降低市场需求和制造商利润;当供应商具有产能扩充能力时,较高的政府补贴水平将会促进供应商进行产能扩充,从而导致产品绿色度和市场需求的提升,最终实现渠道成员的帕累托改进;差异化定价策略能够缓解一致性定价策略下政府补贴的不利影响,提高供应链利润;无论是产能扩充策略还是差异化定价策略,都可以有效改善政府补贴效率,在一定条件下还可以提升社会福利。研究结论为政府补贴政策的制定以及渠道成员的应对策略提供了参考。

This study examines the interaction between extended warranty service and demand forecast information sharing in a green supply chain. Key findings indicate: (1) The retailer shares demand forecast information only when consumer green sensitivity (CGS) exceeds a threshold, creating mutual benefits but requiring caution against the 'precision trap'. (2) Although the paid extended warranty service (PEWS) is only beneficial to the retailer if and only if CGS is high or PEWS's period is short, it is always beneficial to the manufacturer. (3) Information sharing incentivizes the manufacturer to offer PEWS, though PEWS positively influences information sharing only when the forecast expectation of manufacturer falls below that of retailer. (4) Comparative analysis reveals that free extended warranty service outperforms PEWS when CGS is low and PEWS's period is moderate. The findings in this paper provide valuable references for the extended warranty service and information sharing decisions of green supply chain members.

Abstract :
This paper considers a supply chain with a manufacturer (M) and two retailers (R1 and R2). To investigate the effects of R1's corporate social responsibility (CSR) level on emission reduction cooperation, four cooperation modes are discussed. The results show that R1 can use CSR as a strategic tool to obtain competitive advantages, strengthen his cooperation with M and prevent cooperation of M and R2 under certain conditions. The increase of R1's CSR level enhances the emission reduction level and consumer surplus, while its impact on channel members' profits depends on the emission reduction cost. A side-payment contract is proposed to motivate channel members to participate in cooperation. Under this contract, the profit improvement rate for the manufacturer initially reduces and then enhances as R1's CSR level increases. Moreover, the research is extended to the case that the retailers' products are imperfect substitutes and thus indicates that channel members' mode preferences are affected not only by product homogeneity but also by R1's CSR level.

This paper considers a supply chain comprising a retailer and a low-carbon manufacturer that adopts a nonmandatory emission reduction target (NERT) as a reference point. Using a game-theoretic framework, we first analyze the impact of exogenous NERT on supply chain dynamics. Subsequently, we extend the analysis to explore three additional dimensions: the power structure of channel members, the loss aversion of the manufacturer, and the endogeneity of NERT. The results show that (1) an exogenous NERT benefits the retailer and consumers but harms the manufacturer when it is relatively high. In contrast, an endogenous NERT always benefits channel members and consumers. (2) An exogenous NERT can mitigate the negative effects of consumer environmental awareness (CEA) on channel members, while an endogenous NERT can eliminate such negative effects. (3) Increasing the manufacturer's target sensitivity improves the emission reduction level (ERL) in the exogenous NERT model but may reduce the ERL in the endogenous NERT model. (4) Although the manufacturer's utility first decreases and then increases as its target sensitivity increases, increasing the manufacturer's target sensitivity helps to achieve the NERT.

To explore the impact of uncertain technical efficiency on the decision-making of green supply chain mem-bers, a supply chain model consisting of technical Service Providers, manufacturers and retailers was constructed. The results showed that: ©If the manufacturer did not have the conditions for independent innovation, the manufacturer would only purchase technology when the R&-D efficiency was high; if the manufacturer had the conditions for independent innovation, when the average level of green technology and R&-D efficiency were low or moderate, the manufacturer would choose to purchase technology, otherwise it would choose independent innovation; moreover, the purchase technology strategy could better cope with the impact of uncertain technical efficiency under certain conditions. © Under the independent innovation strategy, the improvement of the average level of green technology would increase the green level of manufacturers and have a positive effect on manufacturers and retailers. The in-crease of green technology volatility and risk aversion would have a negative impact on manufacturers and retailers. ©Under the purchase technology strategy, the degree of risk aversion, the average level and volatility of green technology had a positive impact on technology Service Providers and retailers, but might have a negative impact on manufacturers. © 2025 CIMS. In the low-carbon environment, green manufacturing by manufacturers often requires upstream to provide precision components. However, the lack of production experience of high-tech upstream leads to yield uncertainty. To explore the impact of yield uncertainty on green supply chain operations and analyze its solution, we propose a contract manufacturing mode with technology licensing and further consider pricing licensing or production licensing. The Stackelberg game is employed to construct these three models and a benchmark model without contract manufacturing. Moreover, we discuss the supplier's mode preference by numerical analysis. Our findings reveal that the contract manufacturing mode with technology licensing mitigates the detrimental influence of yield uncertainty, boosting supplier profitability by 49.00% and manufacturer profitability by 61.76% when the expected yield rate is small or the expected yield rate is large with a small yield fluctuation. Furthermore, when both expected yield rate and profit-sharing ratio are low, increased yield fluctuation predominantly affects the downstream, whereas a win-win-win situation can be achieved through increased profitsharing ratio. Additionally, compared with contract manufacturing mode with technology licensing, additional pricing licensing or production licensing augments supplier profitability by more than 10.56% in certain cases. Interestingly, improving production efficiency may not enhance the contract manufacturer profitability in both modes due to potential trade-offs with competition and the high cost. This paper contributes to the development of contract manufacturing policies, guiding suppliers and contract manufacturers towards achieving synergetic economic and environmental development. Future research could examine the applicability of the proposed contract manufacturing mode in various industries or identify additional factors affecting supplier profitability.

在碳交易机制背景下,考虑消费者具有低碳偏好的情况,文章通过构建一个竞争性双寡头垄断市场,研究了创新型企业的最优减排技术授权策略的选择问题,分析了固定费用、特许费用和两部制费用三种授权策略,并探究了技术授权策略对环境产生的影响.研究发现:1)两部制费用授权策略对技术持有企业来说总是最优的,而固定费用授权和特许费用授权二者之间的优劣,由产品间替代度和减排率两个因素共同决定;2)无论创新程度如何,固定费用授权对环境的影响最大,而当减排率很小时,两部制费用授权产生的碳排放总量最小.否则,特许费用授权下的碳排放总量最小.

针对多产品族市场竞争问题,考虑产品族存在模块通用性,构建产品族网络古诺竞争模型,并基于矩阵分析求解其均衡结果.然后,分析各产品变体需求、单位生产成本、模块通用性等因素对网络均衡结果的影响,发现它们对网络均衡的影响均与网络结构相关,且网络中存在与网络结构相关的涟漪效应.在此基础上,分析企业新增产品变体和联盟两种网络结构变化方式下,网络中各企业的策略调整及消费者剩余的变化情况.研究发现:1)企业新增产品变体,对网络中与自身有(没有)供应相同产品变体的企业不利(有利);2)由于存在模块通用性,企业新增产品变体可能会减小网络的消费者总剩余;3)模块通用性越好,企业新增产品变体进行市场拓展的效果越好;4)企业联盟的均衡结果一定存在,同时企业应选择与自身有供应相同产品变体的企业进行联盟.
