预应力连接UHPC预制拼装管廊受力性能试验研究

Abstract :

相比于钢筋混凝土(RC)管廊,超高性能混凝土(UHPC)管廊可以减小结构板厚,获得更大使用空间,并可以提升耐久性和使用寿命.为比较两种管廊在受力情况下的损伤机理和破坏模式,以及开裂荷载、刚度、极限承载力和接缝张开量等指标,进行了预应力筋连接UHPC管廊和RC管廊的静力作用下的受力性能试验,并通过有限元模型分析了预应力度对UHPC管廊纵向刚度的影响规律,研究了纵向刚度的简化计算方法.研究结果表明:相较于RC管廊,UHPC管廊的开裂荷载、屈服荷载和极限荷载分别提高了 84%、36%、45.5%;UHPC管廊抗弯刚度大于RC管廊;在达到极限荷载时,UHPC管廊接头竖向错位相较于RC管廊小38.0%,说明UHPC管廊接头性能优于RC管廊,根据有限元分析得到的刚度计算式可为UHPC管廊的设计计算提供依据.

Recent Advances in Research on Damage Identification Method for Cables in Bridges EI

Abstract :

As the main force component of cable suspending structure, the cable would have the problems of aging and damage in the bridge operation stage. How to quickly identify the damage of the cable is of great significance to ensure the healthy and stable development of the traffic in China. According to different physical quantities, the damage identification methods such as dynamic based damage identification method, static based damage identification method, dynamic and static combined damage identification method were introduced, and the application of intelligent algorithms of neural network and genetic algorithm in cable damage identification were also discussed. Based on analysis on the damage identification methods for the cables, the problems existing in the damage identification of the cable were concluded. According to features of the actual bridge structural forms, such as external prestressed concrete bridges, long-span cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges and concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges, etc., the corresponding adaptive identification method should be proposed, which will be more targeted and practical. With the development of big data technology, the combination of traditional indicators and intelligent algorithms will be the research development directions for cable damage identification. © Tongji University Press 2024.

Abstract :

JGJ 138 2016, CH 3-78, YB 9082 2006, AISC 360-16, and YE Lie-ping's formulas were used to calculate the ultimate flexural capacities of 51 collected specimens of steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams with rectangular sections. The calculated results were compared with the test values. The ranges of parameters of the collected specimens and the reasons for the calculation errors of the existing calculation methods were analyzed. The limitations of the existing calculation methods were discussed in terms of the calculation theory and other aspects. Theoretical derivations were performed, and a method for calculating the ultimate flexural capacities of SRC beams with rectangular sections was proposed, and the ultimate flexural capacities of the collected specimens were calculated by using the proposed method. Analysis results show that some deviations arc found between the calculated values obtained by the existing calculation methods and the test values. The height value of the compression zone in CH 3-78 is not appropriate, and the calculation error of this method increases with the increase in concrete strength. The impact of the relative relationship between the neutral axis and the position of the structural steel on the calculation results is not considered in JGJ 138—2016, and limitations exist. YB 9082—2006 and AISC 360-16 do not take into account the interaction between structural steel and concrete or the arrangement of the structural steel. The YE Lie-ping's formulas produce conservative results. The average ratio of the values calculated by the proposed method for the ultimate flexural capacity to the test values of specimens is 0. 953, with a variance of 0. 015. The calculated values agree well with the test values. The steel ratios of the collected SRC beam specimens range from 1. 77% to 5. 77%, which is smaller than the reasonable steel ratio range suggested by YB 9082—2006. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further supplementary tests of specimens with high steel ratios in the future, so as to improve the calculation method for the ultimate flexural capacity of SRC beams with rectangular sections. 1 tab, 10 figs, 31 refs. © 2024 Chang'an University. Abstract :

To study the seismic restoring force model of basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) shell reinforced RC pier columns without drainage, numerical analysis was conducted on the shell reinforced reinforced concrete (RC) pier columns using OpenSees finite element software on the basis of quasi-static tests. The main research parameters were the strength of filled layer concrete, shell thickness, reinforcement height, and axial compression ratio. Results show that the higher the strength level of the filled layer concrete, the stronger the seismic performance of the pier column. However, the seismic performance of the filled layer concrete with a strength level above C40 is relatively similar to that of the pier columns. The seismic performance of pier columns with larger thickness reinforced by formwork is better than that of pier columns with smaller thickness. When the reinforcement height of the formwork is high, the seismic performance of the pier column is good. When the reinforcement height is greater than 2-3 times the plastic hinge height of the original pier columns, the seismic performance improvement effect tends to be stable. The larger the axial compression ratio, the faster the stiffness degradation of the pier column, which is unfavorable for the development of ductility. Then through data regression analysis, a restoring force model for BFRP shell reinforced RC pier columns was established. The comparison shows that the restoring force model fitted well with the experimental curve and could effectively reflect the hysteresis performance of the reinforced pier columns, providing reference for the seismic performance analysis of such structures. © 2024 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society. Abstract :

To clarify and improve the ability of fabricated piers with socket connection to resist composite loads such as compression, bending and torsion, a novel socket connection method for prefabricated piers combining grouting sleeves and sockets was proposed for application in ordinary cap. The damage characteristics and hysteresis energy dissipation performance of cast-in-place piers, fabricated piers with grouting sleeves, fabricated piers with sockets and fabricated piers with novel socket connection through quasi-static tests under compound loads, and the effect of socket height on hysteresis performance was analyzed with numerical simulation, and its application feasibility in shallow socket connection was discussed. The results show that the failure modes of the four specimens are the bending-torsional failures dominated by bending failure, among which the SU specimen has a slight phenomenon of pulling up, while the corresponding GSU specimen does not have this phenomenon, which is close to the RC specimen. The development trend of the shear force-pier top displacement skeleton curves of each specimen is relatively consistent. Due to the longitudinal steel bar of the GSU specimen is continuous, it has better overall performance, and its flexural load capacity is close to that of RC specimen, and is significantly larger than that of SU and GS specimens. The bending hysteresis energy consumption of the four specimens is relatively close. The torsional bearing capacity of the GSU specimen with the depth of the socket is ID and slightly higher than that of the RC specimen, and is significantly greater than that of other fabricated pier specimens. The torsional stiffness, ductility coefficient and energy dissipation capacity of the GSU specimen are greater than that of the other three piers. When the depth of the socket is 0. 5 times the cross-section width of the specimen, the flexural bearing capacity and torsional bearing capacity of the specimen with novel socket connection are higher than that of the cast-in-place RC specimen, which has a good ability to resist compression, bending and torsional loads, and can realize shallow socket connections. The results can provide an experimental basis for the application of fabricated piers under the combined action of compression, bending and torsion. © 2024 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society. Abstract :

With the rapid development of urban transportation,its construction requirements are increasingly high,urban bridges are mainly ramp bridges,ramps and other non-regular bridges. In order to obtain the damage mechanism and hysteresis characteristics of the fabricated pier under the combined seismic action of compression-bending- shearing-torsion,the quasi-static test for three types of bridge piers including prefabricated piers with grouting sleeves(GS),prefabricated piers with grouting sleeve and concrete-filled steel tube(GSS)and cast-in-place reinforced concrete(RC)pier subjected to combined loads was carried out. Combining the shearing-torsion correlation curve in the existing code for design of concrete structures,the shearing and torsion load capacity of the fabricated pier under the combined load was analyzed and compared with the test results. The results show that the GS specimen and RC specimen are dominated by compression bending and torsion damage,while the GSS specimen with inserted steel tube shear keys undergo plastic hinge uplift and exhibit shear torsion damage. GS and RC speci⁃ mens have better bending energy dissipation capacity,while GSS specimen with the steel tube shear key has a larger bending capacity. The assembled pier joints resulted in weaker integrity,and the torsional load capacity of the GS and GSS specimens were less than that of the RC specimen. The shear torsion correlation of each specimen under combined load is close to the quarter-circle theoretical curve in the specification. The research results can provide a reference for the seismic performance analysis of fabricated piers with grouting sleeves under the combined action of compression-bending-shearing-torsion. © 2024 Hunan University. Abstract :

为揭示考虑二次受力UHPC加固桥墩偏压受力的损伤机理和极限状态,设计制作了UHPC加固RC墩和未加固墩构件,并进行了相应的试验研究和理论分析,并与未加固墩进行了比较.开展了考虑二次受力的UHPC增大截面法加固RC桥墩的小偏压试验,研究了不同初始受力条件下加固墩的破坏模式和极限承载力.结合有限元模型讨论了UHPC抗压强度、加固层的厚度和配筋率对极限承载力的影响.根据极限状态下的受力特性和平衡关系,推导了UHPC加固RC墩偏压极限承载力计算公式.结果表明:UHPC搭配钢筋网加固墩小偏压承载力与未加固墩相比,提升幅度达到了 183%以上.UHPC强度对试件极限承载力的影响较大,UHPC厚度增大对加固试件承载力提高也较明显,加固层配筋率对构件承载力的提高影响较小.初始荷载的增大会降低原墩的混凝土利用率,降低加固墩的极限承载力.所提出考虑二次受力公式的计算承载力与实测值误差在3%之内,与有限元计算值误差在 8%之内,具有较高的计算精度.研究结果可以为UHPC加固RC墩偏压承载力计算提供理论依据.

Abstract :

At present, RC utility tunnels are widely used in urban utility tunnels. As a typical confined space, the complex load effect generated by the internal gas explosion of the gas tank of utility tunnel may lead to local damage or overall destruction of the structure of RC utility tunnel. Therefore, it is an important topic to improve the anti-explosion capability of the utility tunnel and ensure the normal operation of the utility tunnel after gas explosion. UHPC structure is considered to have excellent anti-explosion performance, so a ribbed thin-walled UHPC utility tunnel structure was proposed, which improved the overall stiffness and anti-explosion performance of the UHPC utility tunnel through the ribbed section. In view of the shortcomings of fluid-solid coupling method in gas simulation, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was used to calculate the overpressure distribution after gas explosion in UHPC utility tunnel. The accuracy of UHPC constitutive model and prestress simulation method was verified by testing results from the gas explosion on unbonded prestressed UHPC slab. The gas explosion damage mechanism of ribbed thin-walled UHPC utility tunnel, UHPC-NC combined utility tunnel and RC utility tunnel were comparatively analyzed. And the pre-fabricated stiffener height, UHPC slab thickness and UHPC strength were investigated on the anti-explosion performance of ribbed thin-walled UHPC utility tunnel against gas explosion. It is found that the UHPC strength needs to be enhanced dramatically to improve the blast resistance. The anti-explosion capability of utility tunnel can be effectively increased by increasing the rib height or increasing the thickness of the UHPC utility tunnel structure, and the damage pattern of the utility tunnel can also be changed from flexureshear failure to bending failure. The results of the study can provide a reference for the damage analysis and anti-explosion design of ribbed thin-walled UHPC utility tunnels.

To meet the demand for high-precision recognition and real-time processing when using intelligent detection methods in daily concrete bridge crack detection tasks, a high-precision lightweight crack image recognition method based on knowledge distillation is proposed. Through semisupervised learning, the information embedded in unlabeled data is used to train a lightweight network to obtain high-precision crack recognition results. First, by comparing the recognition accuracy of lightweight network under different training strategies, the effectiveness of the knowledge distillation method in improving the accuracy of lightweight network is verified. Second, a label-free knowledge distillation method for engineering detection is proposed. Finally, using MobileNetv3 as the student model, under the self-built three-classification dataset of nearly 700,000 images, the accuracy reached 99.84% through the proposed knowledge distillation method, which is very close to the teacher model ResNeXt101 accuracy (-0.08%), and MobileNetv3 compared with ResNeXt101 its model inference speed increased by more than 13 times. At the same time, the MobileNetv3 model improves the inference speed by more than 13 times and reduces the number of model parameters by more than 35 times compared to the ResNeXt101 model. The research results fully demonstrate that under the premise of having a large amount of unlabeled data, using the proposed knowledge distillation method, the recognition accuracy of the trained lightweight model has a significant advantage over the existing lightweight network training strategies.

联合CNN与LSTM神经网络的斜拉索损伤识别方法

Abstract :

索结构中,拉索响应与损伤之间处于高度非线性状态,常规数学模型对拉索损伤识别普遍存在精度欠佳问题.针对该问题创建了七丝钢绞线的拉索有限元模型,提出基于组合指标的CNN&LSTM神经网络损伤识别方法.借助该拉索有限元模型模拟 4 类损伤工况,分类提取响应.对比分析总能量变化率、频率、能量比偏差与能量比方差等不同指标对损伤程度的表征,建立能量与频率相结合的组合损伤指标.对比分析联合CNN&LSTM神经网络面对各损伤指标,以及传统中单独的卷积神经网络(CNN)与长短记忆法(LSTM)针对组合损伤指标的识别结果.研究发现,基于组合指标的联合CNN&LSTM深度学习网络的拉索损伤识别准确率最高,达到 96.67%,高于CNN的86.63%及LSTM的82.15%,表明CNN&LSTM在斜拉索损伤识别应用中具有较大潜力.
