Abstract :
Because the noise in lower limb surface electromyography (sEMG) is so high, extracting characteristics and recognizing lower limb motion is difficult. This research offers an improved threshold algorithm based on parameter a for sEMG signal denoising, convolution neural network (CNN) feature extraction, and kernel extreme learning machine (KELM) classification of lower limb motion recognition to address these issues. First, the sEMG signal decomposes into multiple variational mode functions (VMF) by variational mode decomposition, and the denoised sEMG signal is reconstructed after the VMF is processed by the enhanced threshold algorithm. The denoised sEMG signal is then sent into the CNN network as a matrix to achieve independent feature extraction of the sEMG signal. Finally, KELM is used to classify the retrieved feature signal. The experimental results reveal that this approach has a high signal-to-noise ratio, the root mean square is small, and a good denoising impact. The accuracy of lower limb classification is 95.90%, Based on traditional features and CNN, it is 18.29% and 11.86% higher than KELM, respectively. It can be seen that this research method can improve the accuracy of lower limb motion recognition.

Abstract :
文章通过分析经穴电学检测仪器的特点及其测量干扰因素,并结合当前电信号分析多采用简单的线性规律对比方法,以探讨目前经穴电学特征研究的困境,进而梳理近年腧穴电敏检测技术改良的相关研究。在此基础上,根据穴位动态性特征的敏化概念以及针灸临床干预体系的理念,提出基于经穴电学特征的电敏研究应表征体表刺激的远端响应亦或疾病状态的体表反映。进而提出采用阵列式电极联合非线性动力学的方法研究腧穴电敏体表分布规律并对其进行了初步探索,以期为穴位分布规律的科学表述提供研究策略与参考。

Abstract :
生物电信号属于强噪声背景下的低频微弱信号,工频干扰的滤除很有必要。为保证工频偏移时滤波的精准性和有效性,提出了一种基于频率密度的局部离群因子(FLOF)算法,并结合经验模态分解(EMD)对信号进行自适应去噪。首先,将信号进行短时傅里叶变换,将局部离群因子算法拓展到频域,通过FLOF找到工频干扰的频率偏移量和偏移时刻;其次,根据偏移时刻对信号进行分段,使用段内瞬时工频的平均值作为段内实际工频;最后,对每段信号进行EMD分解,生成多个不同时间尺度的局部特征分量,仅对包含工频信号的局部特征分量滤波保留更多有用信息。结果表明:此方法频率估计精度较高,在不同信噪比下滤波后信噪比、均方根误差、相似度均得到一定改善。以原信噪比-30 dB为例,相较于最小均方误差滤波和递推最小二乘滤波信噪比提升16.266、7.671 dB,均方根误差减小16.017、4.388 dB,相似度提升0.200、0.013,可以看出所提方法滤波效果优于常规滤波方法。

Abstract :
Acupoint potential signal is a kind of bioelectric signal collected on the skin surface, which has the characteristics of weak signal, strong noise and strong randomness. These characteristics make it difficult to extract acupoint features, which further affects the accuracy of acupoint classification. This paper proposes an acupoint classification method combining signal processing with intelligent algorithm. Firstly, the signal is decomposed by CEEMDAN (Complete Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition with Adaptive Noise), and the decomposed IMFs (Intrinsic Mode Functions are obtained). Secondly, the filtered modal set is taken as input, and the features are extracted by using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to get its deeper features. Finally, the obtained feature parameters are input into the support vector machine (SVM) optimized DBO:(Dung Beetle Optimizer) for classification. The experimental results show that CEEEMDAN-CNN-DBO-SVM model can effectively identify the types of acupoints, with an average accuracy rate of 93.01% at rest and 90.6% at click stimulation. The effect is better than CNN, SVM, CEEMDAN-CNN, CEEMDAN-SVM, CNN-SVM and other five classification methods. © 2023 SPIE.

风力发电系统网侧变换器的并网性能依赖于高性能的同步检测系统,尤其是在电网电压故障情况下快速而准确地提取同步信号.在双同步参考坐标系下提出一种基于二阶广义积分器(SOGI)的新型锁相环,消除了dq变换中电网电压不平衡和低次谐波产生的2倍频和谐波变换交流分量带来的影响,实现了对基波电压同步信号的检测.MATLAB仿真和试验结果表明:该方法能快速有效地实现对基波电压正、负序分量以及电压频率、相位的提取.

基于双二阶广义积分器的锁相环(dual second-order generalized integrator PLL,DSOGI-PLL)通过二阶广义积分器产生正交信号和滤除谐波,可实现在电网电压不对称和畸变情况下同步信号的提取。但当电网电压含有多次谐波时,基本二阶广义积分器的滤波效果不理想,锁相环提取的同步信号出现波动。文中通过构建谐波消除模块,在DSOGI-PLL的基础上,提出一种改进的锁相环结构。该锁相环在计算分离正负序电压之前先利用谐波消除模块消除电网电压中的各次谐波,从而消除谐波对锁相环的影响,准确地提取电网电压同步信号。MATLAB仿真和实验结果均表明,这种锁相环在电网电压不对称...

Abstract :
With phase locked loop based on dual second-order generalized integrator (DSOGI-PLL), the synchronization signals of unbalanced and distorted grid are extracted by producing the orthogonal signals and filtering the harmonic with second-order generalized integrator (SOGI). The synchronous signals extracted through DSOGI-PLL fluctuate when there are multiple harmonics among voltage sequence in grid, which reduces the performance of SOGI. By applying the harmonic eliminating module to the structure of DSOGI-PLL, this paper proposed a modified DSOGI-PLL. It can eliminate the impact of harmonics effectively and extract synchronization signals of the grid voltage accurately when the harmonics in grid voltage are eliminated through harmonic eliminating modules before calculating the positive and negative sequence voltage. MATLAB simulation and numerical tests show that the fundamental positive and negative sequence components, frequency and phase angle can be obtained effectively in the case of unbalanced voltage with multiple harmonics in grid. © 2016 Chin. 针对电网电压不平衡故障,分析了永磁直驱风电机组的运行特性,提出了一种在正序旋转坐标系下网侧变换器控制策略.该控制策略针对不同的控制目标得到dq轴电流的给定值,并采用比例积分谐振控制器实现dq轴电流的控制,可实现在不平衡电网电压下抑制有功功率二倍频波动、抑制无功功率二倍频波动以及同时抑制网侧有功功率和无功功率二倍频波动.Matlab仿真结果表明,本文所提控制策略能够有效地实现各种控制目标.

对双PWM变换器的永磁直驱风力发电系统,建立了机侧变流器控制直流母线电压稳定、网侧变流器控制跟踪最大功率的控制系统。在此系统中提出了一种单位功率因数的机侧变流器控制策略,减小了系统的运行容量。在 MATLAB/Simulink 中搭建了系统的仿真模型,仿真结果表明该控制系统能实现发电机的单位功率因数运行和最大功率跟踪。
