Abstract :
针对北美最新发布NEMA超高效率异步电动机新标准,文章提出了基于新型通风冷却系统取代传统通风冷却系统,有效降低电机机械损耗,并采取降低定、转子绕组电阻及使用优质硅钢片等措施,有效降低了电机定、转子铜耗及铁耗,通过对电机磁场谐波分析及优化电磁设计等研究,使电机效率达到了NEMA超高效率新标准。电磁设计与性能实测进行对比,结果相吻合,证明所采取的减损提效方法可行有效。

Abstract :
A novel pulse width modulation (PWM) overmodulation technique based on splitting variable modulating waveform is proposed in this paper. It aims to solve the disadvantages of complex and difficult application of the existing space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) overmodulation algorithm and offer a simpler implementation for overmodulation than classic SVPWM techniques. When the modulation index M is within the linear modulation range [0, 1], the modulating waveform is a sinusoidal wave. With the M is increasing within [1, 4/pi], the modulating waveform area expands continuously until it becomes a square wave. The PWM output voltage of the vector control system is implemented by using triangle carrier-based sampling pulse width modulation. Furthermore, digital low-pass filters are used in the d-axis current and q-axis voltage of the system, in order to eliminate the negative influence of the PWM low-order harmonics on the proportion integration control in the overmodulation range. The control software is modified and improved to overcome the shortage of slow response speed. The basic logic of the software is to close the filtering process once the load or speed instructions changes and turn on the filtering process when the transient process ends. The contradiction between the filtering and dynamic responses is thus eliminated by using the basic logic. Compared with the SVPWM working in linear region, the constant torque speed regulating range of the AC motor has an improvement of 10% based on the proposed technique. Simulated and experimental results indicate the good effectiveness and feasibility of this technique.

本文对SVPWM输出电压谐波作了数值分析,研究了在全电压范围内谐波分布情况、数值大小以及随调制度M的变化趋势,并与SPWM进行对比.结果表明,SVPWM的谐波分量相对较多,在全电压范围内与同次的SPWM谐波分量在数值及变化特征方面均有不同.在相同载波比N条件下,当M<0.35时,SVPWM的电流畸变率THDi值较大;当调制度M≥0.35时,SVPWM的THDi值低于SPWM.搭建了TMS320F2812的DSP为控制核心的硬件实验平台,所得SVPWM谐波实测结果与计算值相吻合,为客观评估SVPWM技术性能及消除谐波提供了依据.

Abstract :
The existing SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) overmodulation algorithm is complex and involves division operation. Hence, a new type of splitting variable modulation waveform was developed. The modulation waveform is a sinusoidal wave in the linear range of modulation index M∈[0, 1], while in the M∈(1, 4/π) overmodulation range, the sine wave is split into two sinusoidal curves that can be changed independently. The two splitting curves are connected to form a new modulation waveform. The area of the new modulation waveform further expends with the increase of M until approaching the square waveform. In the linear range, through a triangle carrier waveform sampling, changing the modulating waveform height linearly changes PWM fundamental amplitude. In the overmodulation range, reducing the splitting angle further increases the fundamental amplitude till approaching a square waveform. The optimal splitting angle's initial value can be obtained by studying the relationship between the harmonics of PWM in overmodulation range and the initial value of splitting angle. The new PWM algorithm is simple. Compared to SPWM, its total harmonic current distortion THD is identical in the linear range; and it is still continuously lower at M∈(1, 1.2) overmodulation range. 针对空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)过调制算法复杂且涉及除法运算的问题,构建一种分裂式可变调制波,该调制波在调制度M∈[0,1]的线性区为正弦波,在M∈(1,4/π)的过调制区则分裂为两种以不同方式变化的正弦曲线段,相衔接构成一种调制波,其面积随M提升进一步扩大,直至方波.采用三角载波采样,在线性区改变调制波幅值即可线性地改变PWM基波值,在过调制区则减小两种正弦波曲线段间的分界角,继续提高PWM基波幅值大小,直至方波模式.经研究过调制区的PWM谐波影响与分界角初值的关系,得出最佳分界角初值.提出的PWM算法简单,线性区间的PWM电流总谐波畸变率(THD)与正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)一致;在M∈(1,1.2]过调制区其值仍延续低位.实验结果验证了该技术的有效性和优越性.

本文提出了采用Y/△变换扩大永磁同步电动机恒转矩调速范围的方法,分析了Y/△变换能够扩大永磁同步电动机恒转矩调速范围的数学原理,搭建了基于矢量控制的Y/△变换系统的Matlab/Simulink模型,以及以TMS320 F2812为控制核心的实验平台.仿真和实验都验证了采用Y/△变换矢量控制方法扩大永磁同步电动机的恒转矩调速范围的可行性,并且显著提高了电机的功率密度.

提出了Y/△变换拓宽异步电动机恒转矩变频调速范围的方法.分析了异步电动机Y/△变换运行时的数学模型,构建了基于绕组开放式异步电动机的Y/△变换运行时转子磁链定向控制系统的Matlab/Simulink仿真模型.以TMS320F2812 DSP为控制器,搭建了实验平台.实验与仿真结果表明采用Y/△变换能显著拓宽异步电动机恒转矩变频调速范围,能显著提升电机功率密度.

本课题研究的组合式三相逆变电源是基于单相逆变电源设计,采用分相调制策略控制各相的输出电压,使三相逆变器输出电压对称.组合式逆变器的输入侧由中频发电机供电,输出侧的一端直接相连形成中性线.这种拓扑使逆变电源既能满足三相负载对称或者不对称运行,也能满足单相负载运行.本课题仅用单个DSP处理器产生12路PWM波,节省了芯片资源.实验结果表明,该方案满足逆变电源供电需求,输出三相电压对称性良好.

本发明的目的是提供变极与变频相结合的矢量控制异步电动机调速方法,提供一变极异步电动机调速系统,其包括变极异步电动机、变频电源、变极控制电路及控制系统;变频电源通过变极控制电路向变极异步电动机供电;变极控制电路受控于控制系统;控制系统实测变极异步电动机的转速;所述变极异步电动机的定子绕组联接方式为YY/Y联接。当电机电压随频率升到额定值(对应转速n1≥n1N)时,即对变极异步电动机施以变极操作,并根据变极后新的电机参数及当前转速值重构U/f,使系统恒转矩调速范围在新参数条件下得以延拓,以此实现在不提升电源电压,不增加逆变电路半导体开关器件数量的情况下扩大电机恒转矩调速范围的目的。
