Abstract :
地下金属矿山复杂应力条件下围岩破碎和软弱性给巷道支护设计带来了重大挑战.本研究以塞尔维亚某铜金矿为研究对象,采用FLAC3D有限差分软件对3种巷道类型和两级破碎岩性进行数值模拟,评估现有支护设计的合理性,并优化适用于不同围岩条件的支护参数.结果表明,-200 m中段巷道的失稳主要由高地应力、围岩临空面变形共同引起,其典型破坏形式包括压顶破坏、尖顶破坏、锚杆支护系统失效以及喷射混凝土层的外鼓开裂等.Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩巷道的顶板沉降量大致在允许范围内,但两帮的累计相对位移普遍超限,表明现有支护设计在控制两帮变形方面存在不足.将-200 m中段Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩巷道,支护参数优化为锚杆间距0.8 m × 1.0 m、锚索间距2.0 m ×3.0 m以及喷射混凝土厚度125 mm,从而满足了符合安全要求,研究成果为地下金属矿山破碎岩体支护优化提供了理论支持.

针对卡林型金矿全尾砂胶结充填存在尾砂细度细、充填料浆流动性差、强度低的问题,采用三因素五水平正交试验开展"中和渣+废石+水泥"充填配比试验,并通过极差分析和回归分析探讨料浆浓度、废石掺量和灰砂比对充填体强度及流动性的影响.结果表明:充填料浆坍落度随料浆浓度的增加而减小,低浓度时随废石掺量增加变化不明显,但在浓度达到 62%时,坍落度由13.9 cm提升到 27.2 cm.在相同质量浓度下,充填体单轴抗压强度随灰砂比的减小而降低;在相同灰砂比下,充填体强度随料浆浓度的增大而加强;废石掺量对充填体强度影响较小.空场嗣后充填采矿法"中和渣+废石+水泥"的充填最佳充填配比为浓度62%,废石掺量 40%,灰砂比1:6,此时料浆坍落度 27.98 cm,充填体 28d强度0.93 MPa,可满足分段空场嗣后充填采矿法的料浆流动性与充填体强度要求.

Abstract :
Backfill of cemented waste rock into underground mined-out areas is an effective way to eliminate solid wastes and potential hazards in mines. To understand the backfill strength distribution law throughout the stope, similarity simulation experiments were conducted for direct-irrigating cemented waste rock backfill, and OpenCV and neural network were employed to analyze particle segregation and the spatial distribution of backfill strength. Results show that distinct gravitational segregation leads to an uneven and heterogeneous distribution of natural graded waste rocks in a similar model. Backfill strength near sidewalls and bottom of the model surpasses that of other areas. In the vertical direction, the average backfill strength increases with depth, ranging from 1.15 MPa at the topmost layer to 1.91 MPa at the bottommost layer. Horizontally, the average backfill strength near model boundaries is consistently higher than that at the model center, irrespective of the layer depth and orientation. Neural network prediction on spatial backfill strength proves reliable, exhibiting an average relative error of 4.12%, compared to the traditional surface fitting with a 10.20% error. Verification tests affirm the capability of the neural network model to accurately predict the anisotropic and nonlinear distribution of backfill strength in a large stope.

Waste rocks and tailings are widely applied materials in underground metal mines to backfill mined-out areas. To test the effect of low calcium fly ash on slurry fluidity and long-term strength of cemented paste backfill, orthogonal experiments of backfill proportions with variable levels of waste, tailing, fly ash, water and their combinations were carried out. Results show that slurry slump is most sensitive to mass concentration, and slurry fluidity is optimal when fly ash-cement ration is 1:1. The longterm strength of cemented paste backfill after curing for 56 days is significantly affected by cement-(tailing + waste) ratio, and slightly evolves regardless of fly ash-cement ratio. Fly ash promotes the generation of active silicon oxide and aluminum oxide, which fills the pores within the backfill. The optimal proportion of cemented paste backfill is 77% mass concentration, 8:2 tailing-waste ratio, 1:30 cement-(tailing + waste) ratio and 1:1 fly ash-cement ratio. The correlative slurry slump and long-term backfill strength meet the requirement of pumping and backfill mining. Additionally, an industrial scale loop pumping test of backfill slurry shows the pipeline transportation resistance is 4 kPa/m, pipeline diameter is optimal at 150 mm, and flow rate is optimal at 90-100 m3/h. The experiment confirms that proper addition of low calcium fly ash is conducive to improve the slurry fluidity and long-term strength of cemented paste backfill.

分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法是倾斜中厚矿体的高效采矿方法,但爆破、充填与采场稳定性之间关系复杂,可能存在地表塌陷、顶底板垮塌和回采损失率高的问题.采用工程类比、工业试验等手段,从回采顺序、切割方式、底部结构布置等方面对倾斜中厚矿体分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法进行了工艺优化,并提出采场内不留间柱的布置方法.该方法在一步骤充填后将充填体侧帮直接与矿房相连接,并采用挤压爆破提高充填体强度和矿块的回采率.实施时间是该方法的关键,ANSYS/LS-DYNA数值模拟表明:采用中深孔挤压爆破形成切割槽时,应在采场充填及充填体养护7~9 d后进行.工程实践表明该方法具有可行性,能够为矿山生产提供技术支撑.

Rock fragment movement during blasting operations is a major cause of ore and profit losses in hard rock open-pit mines having a complex-orebody. To address this issue, a novel multilayer dig-limit approach, which well considers blast movement in dig-limit optimization, was proposed in this study by combining machine learning techniques and practical heuristic algorithms. First, horizontal and vertical blast-induced rock movement distances were predicted using a supervised learning model. Then, the movement direction of rock fragments was computed based on the initiation sequence. After meshing the blast block into rock units, the blasted muckpile and post-blast ore boundary were determined, providing a good basis for dig-limit determination. Finally, the optimized dig-limit with maximum profit can be calculated using a practical heuristic algorithm. By applying this method in a case study, the ore recovery and economic profit were improved, compared with manually drawn dig-limit method. Additionally, the impact of equipment size, number of layers and powder factor on the application of this method was discussed. The obtained results indicated that ore and profit losses can be reduced with a decreased equipment size, increased number of layers and decreased powder factor. A multilayer dig-limit approach considering blast-induced rock movement and dig-limit optimization was proposed.The multilayer dig-limit approach yields higher ore recovery and economic profit compared to manually drawn dig-limit.Ore losses can be reduced by decreasing the equipment size, increasing the number of layers and decreasing the powder factor.

本文以塞尔维亚某铜矿大型破碎硐室开挖为工程背景,结合地质特征和作业条件确定了硐室开挖工艺与支护方法,基于加固拱等理论计算了锚杆、预应力长锚索等支护参数.结果表明,单侧导硐正台阶分层施工可实现不良岩层大型硐室开挖过程稳定性,其中上分层拱部"导硐+扩刷"三步开挖比一次开挖成形时顶板竖向位移和侧帮水平位移分别减少了 27.9%和35.7%;锚-网-喷-锚索临时支护和钢筋混凝土永久支护的联合支护条件下,破碎硐室的顶板应力拱与侧帮受拉应力大幅减小,围岩位移量及塑性区最大深度减小明显,保障了硐室开挖与服役期间的安全.

本实用新型涉及一种自然崩落法底部结构,包括巷道平行交错布置的拉底层和运输层,拉底层包括分别沿着矿体的上盘和下盘布设的上盘拉底巷道、下盘拉底巷道,上盘拉底巷道和下盘拉底巷道之间设有多个并排分布的拉底平巷;运输层包括分别沿着矿体的上盘和下盘布设的上盘运输巷道、下盘运输巷道,上盘运输巷道和下盘运输巷道之间设有多个并排分布的运输平巷,相邻运输平巷之间设有多个并排布置的运输进路,运输进路倾斜设置,运输进路的中央布置聚矿槽。采用拉底层和运输层的巷道平行交错分布,且拉底层和运输层沿矿体走向布设,整体结构设计合理,有效提高底部结构的稳定性,提高地下开采施工效率和安全性,确保工人在地下有限空间作业的安全性。

为了预测倾斜厚大矿体自然崩落过程的岩层移动范围,选取矿体上盘围岩岩性、下盘围岩岩性、上盘围岩构造特征、下盘围岩构造特征、开采深度、开采厚度及矿体倾角为影响因素,以人工神经网络中的误差反向传播网络模型推导上盘、下盘岩层移动角.结果表明,BP神经网络预测Borska Reka厚大矿体超大规模自然崩落过程上盘岩层移动角为65.1°,下盘岩层移动角为72.2°,预测精度高,预测结果为合理布置地表工业场地及地表沉降监测提供了理论依据.

合理的采矿结构参数是保障金属矿地下开采的前提.为了优化缓倾斜破碎金矿体的采场结构参数,以采场稳定概率大于95% 为目标,引进拓展的Mathews稳定图法来优化采场最大跨度和暴露面尺寸,并采用考虑岩梁自重的弹性力学简支梁等理论进行验证.结果表明:当采场长度80 m时,回采进路跨度小于4.36 m时即可保证采场不会破坏;当采场长度80 m时,采场顶板跨度为4.3m,采场上盘跨度为3.0m,采场稳定概率能达到95%;优化后的上向进路充填法采场结构参数为3m×3.5m.现场工业试验表明:采场结构参数条件下回采过程中采场顶板及围岩未发生垮落及剥落现象,采场稳定性良好.因此,基于拓展的Mathews稳定图法适用于缓倾斜破碎矿体的采场结构参数优化.
