基于用电数据挖掘的企业环保异常识别

Abstract :

目前污染源企业点多面广,各个企业的生产与治污流程不同,缺乏有效统一的监管指标和预警手段,导致监管困难、实时性差、工作量大等问题,提出一种基于用电数据挖掘的企业环保异常识别方法.首先,采用K-means聚类识别设备运行状态、基于动态时间规整(dynamic time warping,DTW)距离构建企业生产线模型;其次,对历史数据统计进行连续型与间歇型生产线划分、利用傅里叶变换识别生产线的生产周期,建立适合企业的环保工况模型;再次,提出分别针对连续型与间歇型生产线的环保工况识别方法;最后,利用实际污染源企业监测数据验证所提方法的有效性与实用性.目前基于所提方法研发的电力智慧环保平台已在某省得到实际应用,取得了良好成效,为环保部门掌握企业环保情况提供有效的技术手段与数据支撑.

基于电能质量监测数据的电压暂降敏感负荷识别

Abstract :

为了解决现有方法无法适用于已投运负荷或需要已知敏感负荷类型等问题,提出一种基于电能质量监测数据的敏感负荷识别方法,以有功功率有效值监测数据为切入点,采用Hodrick-Prescott滤波、滑动均值分段进行电压暂降事件时段划分;利用电压暂降事件前、后的电能质量监测数据变化量构建待处理稳态数据集,通过动态聚类来有效划分各次电压暂降事件;对各暂降事件集进行边界拟合,得到多个拟合拐点,并与预设拐点行比较,完成对用户所含敏感负荷的类型识别.通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真算例和实际敏感用户电能质量监测数据对所提方法进行验证,结果表明所提方法可准确识别交流接触器、变频调速系统、可编程逻辑控制器、个人计算机这4种典型敏感负荷,能有效利用稳态电能质量监测数据与电压暂降事件数据进行综合分析,具有成本低、可实施性强的优点.

A General Model Construction and Operating State Determination Method for Harmonic Source Loads Scopus

Abstract :

The widespread integration of power electronic devices and renewable energy sources into power systems has significantly exacerbated voltage and current waveform distortion issues, where asymmetric loads—including single-phase nonlinear equipment and unbalanced three-phase power electronic installations—serve as critical harmonic sources whose inherent nonlinear and asymmetric characteristics increasingly compromise power quality. To enhance power quality management, this paper proposes a universal harmonic source modeling and operational state identification methodology integrating physical mechanisms with data-driven algorithms. The approach establishes an RL-series equivalent impedance model as its physical foundation, employing singular value decomposition and Z-score criteria to accurately characterize asymmetric load dynamics; subsequently applies Variational Mode Decomposition (VMD) to extract time-frequency features from equivalent impedance parameters while utilizing Density-Based Spatial Clustering (DBSCAN) for the high-precision identification of operational states in asymmetric loads; and ultimately constructs state-specific harmonic source models by partitioning historical datasets into subsets, substantially improving model generalizability. Simulation and experimental validations demonstrate that the synergistic integration of physical impedance modeling and machine learning methods precisely captures dynamic harmonic characteristics of asymmetric loads, significantly enhancing modeling accuracy, dynamic robustness, and engineering practicality to provide an effective assessment framework for power quality issues caused by harmonic source integration in distribution networks. © 2025 by the authors.

负荷等值阻抗参数在非线性负荷分析中的研究现状及展望

Abstract :

随着新能源、电力电子等技术快速发展,非线性负荷在电力系统中的占比日益增加,导致电网电能质量问题日益严重.负荷等值阻抗参数是分析非线性负荷特性的重要参数之一,系统梳理负荷等值阻抗参数辨识技术及应用领域的研究现状,并展望未来研究方向和应用趋势.首先,阐述负荷等值阻抗参数的基本原理;其次,对现有负荷等值阻抗参数辨识方法进行梳理分析,指出不同参数辨识方法的精度、适用范围和优缺点;再次,综述负荷等值阻抗参数在谐波分析和瞬时无功计算中的应用;最后,探讨负荷等值阻抗参数进一步的研究方向,并对目前领域以外的扩展应用进行展望.

Comprehensive optimization method for power quality based on deep reinforcement learning EI

Abstract :

With the ongoing advancement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, a large number of renewable energy generation resources are integrated into the grid, which will influence the power quality and jeopardize the stable operation of the power system. In response, this paper proposes a power quality comprehensive optimization method, which considers SVGs and PV grid-connected inverters (PVGCI) to optimize voltage deviation and harmonic distortion issues. First, based on practical engineering, a control framework is designed where the PVGCI only participates in voltage regulation, while the SVGs are responsible for both reactive power and harmonic compensation. Second, the mathematical optimization model is established, and the optimization problem is formulated as a Markov Decision Process (MDP), to be solved by the Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm. Finally, a simulation based on the IEEE-33 node distribution network model under typical time profiles is performed to verify the optimization effect. The result shows that the proposed method can effectively control the devices' compensation output and achieve significant power quality comprehensive optimization. © 2025 Institute of Physics Publishing. This paper introduces how doubly-fed wind farms can compensate for reactive power demands of the grid during low voltage ride through (LVRT) events, thereby providing voltage support. This capability significantly influences the assessment of voltage sag. To address this, this paper proposes a method for assessing voltage sags in the power grid that considers the voltage support capabilities of doubly-fed wind farm during LVRT. This method accurately characterizes the voltage support capability during LVRT by establishing a dynamic equivalent model of the wind farm. For each wind farm, the clustering is based on the Crowbar status determination as the primary clustering criterion, while the interconnected voltage at the point of common coupling (PCC), considering the mutual influence among multiple wind farms, is used as a correction factor for iterative clustering. By utilizing collaborative equivalence of multiple wind farms, the final dynamic equivalent model is determined. Subsequently, a comprehensive simulation of various grid fault scenarios is conducted to evaluate the voltage sag. The proposed method's accuracy and effectiveness have been validated through case studies. © 1986-2012 IEEE.

Abstract :

Implementing nonintrusive load monitoring (NILM) for industrial consumers plays a vital role in managing power demand and enhancing energy utilization efficiency. Focusing on the scarcity of sampling data and continuous variation of loads in industrial settings, this article proposes a nonintrusive industrial load decomposition (LD) method that considers the load power consumption characteristics and time series correlation. According to the time-varying characteristics of the power consumption, the load is divided into three types including switching load, multi state load, and continuously varying load. On this basis, the active and reactive power characteristics are jointly considered, and integer programming is used to build the load decomposition model. Particularly, the matrix factorization (MF) method is used to describe the continuously varying load. In addition, the timing correlation constraints under the base vector grouping constraint and production process constraints are proposed and integrated into the load decomposition model. Finally, the proposed method is validated on a public dataset using a PC platform and a Raspberry Pi 5, respectively. The results of the tests on the PC platform show that the proposed method has higher accuracy than the existing methods.

Voltage sag-sensitive load identification based on power quality monitoring data EI

Abstract :

In order to address issues such as the existing methods are not applicable to operational loads or require knowledge of sensitive load types,a sensitive load identification method based on power quality monitoring data is proposed. Taking the monitoring data of active power root-mean-square value as the entry point,the Hodrick-Prescott filtering and sliding mean segmentation are used to divide the period of transient voltage sag events. The steady-state dataset is constructed based on the variation of power quality monitoring data before and after the transient voltage sag events,and dynamic clustering is used to effectively divide various transient voltage sag events. Finally,the voltage tolerance curves of each action area are fitted and compared with the preset curves to complete the type of identification of the sensitive load contained by the user. Through MATLAB/Simulink simulation examples and actual sensitive user power quality monitoring data,it is proved that the proposed method can accurately identify four typical sensitive loads such as AC contactor,adjustable speed drive,programable logic controller and personal computer,and can effectively use steady-state power quality monitoring data and voltage sag event data for comprehensive analysis,which has the advantages of low cost and strong implementation. © 2025 Electric Power Automation Equipment Press. The problem of absorption of new energy, such as wind and solar power, into the power system is becoming increasingly serious. How to improve the economic benefits of hydrogen energy system while using it to help the absorption of new energy is a practical problem that needs to be addressed in the development of hydrogen- electric coupling. The paper proposes a method for optimizing the capacity of a hydrogen energy system through the cooperative operation of alkaline electrolyzers and proton exchange membrane electrolyzers. First, a wind-solar-hydrogen energy system is constructed, and the mechanisms of each component are analyzed. Second, considering the operational characteristics of the electrolyzer, a power distribution strategy for the hybrid electrolyzers is proposed. Subsequently, the optimal configuration model of wind-solar-hydrogen energy system is established with the maximum profit of the system as the optimization objective. Finally, an industrial park system in northwest China is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of the optimal configuration method. The results indicate that the coordinated operation of alkaline electrolyzers and proton exchange membrane electrolyzers significantly enhances the absorption of wind-solar power in the power system, demonstrating promising application potential.
