Analysis of Aerobics Auxiliary Training Based on Deep Learning SCIE

Abstract :

With the in-depth integration of information technology and subject teaching, it is also an inevitable trend to apply modern information technology to aerobics teaching. In this paper, the N-best algorithm is used in the video and real-time camera in aerobics, so that the human posture parameters in a single-frame image can be estimated. By using the relative position and motion direction of each part of the human body to describe the characteristics of aerobics, the Laplace scoring method is used to reduce the dimension of the data, and the discriminant human motion feature vector with a strong local topological structure is obtained. Finally, the iterative self-organizing data analysis technology (ISODATA algorithm) is used to dynamically determine the keyframe. In the aerobics video keyframe extraction experiments, the ST-FMP model improves the recognition accuracy of nondeterministic body parts of the flexible hybrid articulated human model (FMP) by about 15 percentage points and achieves 81% keyframe extraction accuracy, which is better than the keyframe algorithms of KFE and motion block. The proposed algorithm is sensitive to human motion features and human pose and is suitable for motion video annotation review.

Abstract :

With the continuous progress and development of society, the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in sports and fitness is getting higher and higher. The outdoor environment is a multi-level organic whole composed of many natural and social factors, and it is an important symbol of showing modem ecological competitiveness. The relationship between sports and the environment and the impact of environmental changes on human life are overall and long-term. This research aims to reveal the long-term change characteristics of PM2.5 and its main component concentration through long-term online observation of PM2.5 in a certain area, supplemented by offline encrypted sampling, and to explore the chemical composition of PM2.5 during haze and non-haze periods. We discuss the pollution characteristics of secondary components and the seasonal differences of causes during heavy pollution, analyze the main pollution sources of PM2.5 in winter and their contributions, and provide theoretical support for formulating effective PM2.5 pollution control strategies. The frequency of acute attacks of male and female airway inflammation patients under haze exposure was similar, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The frequency of acute attacks of airway inflammation patients >= 40 years old under haze exposure was significantly higher than that of patients with airway inflammation under 40 years old, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The peaks of PM2.5 in spring, summer, autumn and winter are 400ug/m(3), 488ug/m(3), 416ug/m(3), 424ug/m(3). There are differences between the average PM2.5 value of each month and the average PM2.5 value of heavy haze days, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). There are differences in the acute onset rate of airway inflammation in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Under different PM2.5 exposure levels, there were differences in the levels of IL-13 and IL-17 in patients with airway inflammation in each season, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Under different PM2.5 exposure levels, there were differences in FEV1%pred, PEF%pred, Fe NO, and ACT scores in each season, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Under different PM2.5 exposure levels, there are differences in the control level and severity of airway inflammation in patients with airway inflammation in each season, and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).

Abstract :

Traditionally, the data continuity of monitoring method for undersea diver dangerous posture is poor, leading to the lack of edge information. Therefore, a frame difference method to monitor the dangerous posture of undersea diver was put forward. This method improved the multi-target tracking algorithm based on the combination of multi-feature by resetting the color feature and SIFT feature extraction technology, and thus to capture the underwater pose of diver with stronger continuity. Meanwhile, the frame difference method was used to set the morphological filter and identify the dangerous target of pose. Experimental results show that the proposed method has higher continuity of monitoring data and better edge image feedback effect of dangerous posture than the traditional monitoring method.
