Abstract :
针对室内低浓度甲醛(~0.2 mg/m~3)的净化处理,选择两种不同孔径分布的活性炭,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、比表面积及孔径(BET)测试和扫描电镜(SEM)分析,两种活性炭为同材质炭,孔容占比分别为:中孔炭(A)的微孔容积占比为9%(V_(Micro)/V_(Total)),中孔容积占比为91%(V_(Medium)/V_(Total));中微孔炭(B)的微孔容积占比为72%(V_(Micro)/V_(Total)),中孔容积占比为28%(V_(Medium)/V_(Total))。利用静态法评价装置对活性炭样品吸附低浓度甲醛性能进行测试。结果表明,湿度变化对活性炭吸附低浓度甲醛基本没有影响;小范围的温度变化对不同孔径活性炭的吸附速率有较大影响;多次注入低浓度甲醛的测试表明,中微孔炭的吸附容量要显著高于中孔炭;甲醛脱附测试表明,中微孔炭的脱附量远小于中孔炭,对比两种活性炭的孔容,可以认为,微孔孔容有助于低浓度甲醛的吸附和锁定。

Abstract :
本发明涉及大坝混凝土表面防护领域,具体指一种大坝混凝土表面自洁净材料及其施工方法。所述大坝混凝土表面自洁净材料包括依次涂装于大坝混凝土表面的氟碳清水混凝土保护剂密封底层和二氧化钛水溶胶涂料光催化面层,其具体施工方法包括混凝土的表面处理、密封底层的涂装和光催化面层的涂装三个步骤。本发明所述大坝混凝土表面自洁净材料较易于施工,且具有良好的适应性和耐候性,能够较好地满足大坝表面的防碳化和自洁净需求,有助于维持大坝外观的整洁,降低人工清理维护成本。构成大坝混凝土表面自洁净材料中光催化面层的二氧化钛水溶胶涂料易于制备且具有较好的光催化性能。

Abstract :
Pyrochlore W2O6 center dot H2O were successfully prepared via a facile and rapid hydrothermal process in the presence of fluorinion. It is worth noting that our developed method can efficiently overcome the tedious process in the preparation of nanostructured tungstic oxide in the previous reports. The as-prepared samples have been characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. Results showed the morphologies of the samples were nanoplate and the thickness of the plate was estimated at about several nanometers. TEM image further revealed that the plates were trigonal-like with equal lengths of about 300 nm. Furthermore the selected area electron diffraction ( SAED) pattern taken from a single nanoplate indicated that the nanoplates were the single crystals with a preferential growth direction along the [011] direction. The effect of the additive ions on the formation has also been discussed. It was found that the fluorinion played a key role in the formation of W2O6 center dot H2O nanoplates. It is hoped that our work could provide a new insight into the facile and rapid preparation of metal oxide nanomaterials.

本发明公开了一种提高有机材料表面耐候性的方法,在有机材料基底表面先涂覆有机无机杂化中间层,而后在中间层表面再涂覆无机纳米二氧化钛表面层,制得有机无机杂化中间层/无机纳米二氧化钛表面层复合防护涂层,以提高有机材料表面耐候性。本发明利用有机无机杂化中间保护层的双亲结构特性将有机基底材料表面的憎水基团与表面无机二氧化钛膜的亲水性基团实现良好结合;利用表面二氧化钛无机防护膜的吸收紫外线作用减少有机底层受到紫外线的辐射,从而提高有机基底材料的耐候性能;利用表面膜层的光催化作用和光自洁特性以净化空气和维护材料表面清洁。该复合涂膜能够广泛的应用在各种有机材料表面,方法简单易行,效果良好。

Abstract :
High efficient photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline to p-phenylenediamine over microcrystalline SrBi2Nb2O9 was observed upon purging with N-2 under UV-light irradiation. Its photocatalytic activity was higher than that of sample P25 (commercial TiO2, Degussa Co.). The analysis results of X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that microcrystalline SrBi2Nb2O9 had high stability for the photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline. Further experiments indicated that ammonium oxalate was indispensable for the photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline. Moreover, the high efficient photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline over microcrystalline SrBi2Nb2O9 might be ascribed to its relatively high conduction band. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. Abstract :
Highly efficient photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline to p-phenylenediamine over a commercial CdS photocatalyst was observed under visible light irradiation (lambda >= 420 nm) in water. The conversion of 4-nitroaniline and the selectivity of p-phenylenediamine were similar to 100% and similar to 98% after 9 min of visible light irradiation, respectively. The photoreduction efficiency of 4-nitroaniline over the CdS photocatalyst remained above 95% in the 5th cycle of testing. Its photocatalytic activity was much higher than those of nitrogen-doped TiO2 and commercial TiO2 photocatalysts. Further experimental results revealed that the ammonium formate and N-2 atmosphere were indispensable for the photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline over the CdS photocatalyst. On the basis of the results of electron spin resonance, photoexcited electrons and .CO2- radicals were detected in the present system. These species had strong reductive powers, and were therefore able to efficiently reduce 4-nitroaniline to p-phenylenediamine.

Nanocrystalline PbBi2Nb2O9 was successfully prepared by a modified sol-gel method. The as-prepared nanocrystalline PbBi2Nb2O9 was an active visible-light-driven photocatalyst for the photoreduction of 4-nitroaniline to p-phenylenediamine in aqueous solution upon purging with N-2. Its photocatalytic activity was determined by the balance between the surface area and crystallinity. The best sample was obtained after calcination at 650 degrees C, giving 4-nitroaniline conversion of similar to 100% and p-phenylenediamine selectivity of similar to 99% after irradiation for 150 min, which was much higher than those of bulk PbBi2Nb2O9 and TiO2-xNx photocatalysts. Further experiments revealed that oxalate anion (as a hole scavenger) was indispensable for the photocatalytic reduction of 4-nitroaniline. Moreover, on the basis of the electron spin resonance analysis result, a mechanism was proposed to explain the photoreduction of 4-nitroaniline over nanocrystalline PbBi2Nb2O9. (c) 2012 Elsevier Inc. Polyaniline/Bi3NbO7 nanocomposites were successfully prepared by a simple chemisorption approach. Their particle sizes ranged from 25 to 50 nm. The photocatalytic activities of the as-prepared samples for the rhodamine B degradation were evaluated under visible light (420 nm <= lambda <= 760 nm). The results indicated that the samples exhibited excellent photocatalytic activities and high activity stabilities for the degradation of rhodamine B. When the loading amount of polyaniline was 4 wt%, the obtained sample showed the highest photocatalytic activity. Its photocatalytic activity was also much higher than that of the reference sample (TiO2-xNx powders). On the basis of the experimental results, photo-generated holes were detected as the main oxidation species responsible for the decomposition of rhodamine B over polyaniline/Bi3NbO7. Furthermore, the enhanced photocatalytic activity was mainly ascribed to the synergetic effect between polyaniline and Bi3NbO7. (C) 2012 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
